6. Alexis Ren vs Krysten Ritter

Alexis:

BEFORE:
The Sydney Showground continues to stay lit as the co-main event was finally set to begin and this time it is going to be nothing short of a war with the last woman standing only having a pyrrhic victory. This time the FCBA Security is on high alert knowing about Alexis’ ‘personality,’ but rumor has it through the grapevine that Krysten may actually be worse than Alexis behind the mask she projects. Alexis accompanied by Steve Boyd and Krysten by Jennifer Morrison it is no wonder the grapevine has such rumors.

Both fighters at their respective ends of the table not yet in their ring attire - rather instead the pair were dressed more casually with Alexis in flats, jeans, and a black crop top while her hair was tied in a ponytail and Krysten was wearing heeled black leather ankle boots that gave the already tall woman additional height, blue jeans, and a mostly zipped up black leather jacket that exposed enough to show all she had on underneath it was a black bra while her hair was free flowing.

“The Ren Rankings did give me a smile,” Krysten said to the pundits and reporters; “Who does this girl think she is as it’s not like she’s actually ranked one in the lightweight division. Hell, she’s missed the cut for the top five by one,” Krysten laughed, enjoying the irony of that as her eyes wandered the room and glimpsed the piercing eyes of an already boiling blonde.

“You b*tch, insulting my rank when I don’t even think you’re ranked,” Alexis snaps back. “Oh, I am if you ever stopped living in that air filled head of yours for a moment,” Ritter quips.

The press conference is already breaking down into an insult flinging grudge match and Alexis is finding herself on the losing end to Ritter. “If I were you, I’d stop now; besides, you might need to focus on the actual fight we have although I wouldn’t mind beating you twice in one day,” Krysten flamboyantly stated.

At this point, Alexis jumped from her chair and leaned into her mic, “why don’t you come over here and say that in front of my face Krysten?”

Krysten leaned into her mic, “Well, I don’t know what kinky sh*t you’re into but leave me out of it.” Ritter, really wanting to rile up Alexis, finally works, as Alexis started charging for her right up until Jennifer stopped her but Krysten left Alexis with a nasty present of a boot between her legs causing Alexis to screech while Jennifer had to use much more effort to hold her up. If this cheap shot was part of an elaborate plan it is certainly paying off as Steve Boyd collected her girl who began to limp away, turning to give a dirty look at Ritter who only smiled and waved her off.

“Well, I guess that’s it for the fun. That’s how you take someone down a peg. See you all tonight,” Krysten told the pundits as she stood up waving with both her hands before turning and walking out of the conference leaving Jennifer to do some damage control.

Fight night and the Sydney Showground is sold-out for the co-main event. Fans of the FCBA, VIXENS, Alexis, Krysten, and now the Queens have come from all around the world to watch this coveted boxing match and those that were lucky enough to have tickets knew that Krysten already drew first blood. Actually, at this point, there probably wasn’t a soul who didn’t know the stunt that one of the Queens of Queens did to the feisty blonde VIXEN as it was all over the internet. That probably made a few people happy.

First out, wearing off and darkened shaded colored red bra and panties, with her blonde hair in a long sleek ponytail, Alexis Ren accompanied by head trainer Steve Boyd! The duo made their way down the ramp with Alexis having a very angered expression on her face. Tonight, she was out for Krysten’s blood after the humiliating stunt she pulled at the press conference which went viral. Climbing into the ring, she had red boxing gloves put on before she raised her arms up to a cheering crowd that roared louder while she made her way to her corner to consult with Boyd. Of course, this was about to get a whole lot harder as the Queens have been showing off a hefty budget by giving their girls introductions to remember.

Completely dark at the entrance for the Queens, fog machines started to mystify the blackened area as the lights in the arena dimmed so people would be able to get good photos. Suddenly, the lower third of the fog lit up blue and the upper two thirds a purple-pink as the lights shined down on the raven haired pale beauty who was turned away from the ramp with exception to her head looking left and right at the ring. Wearing a strapless black bra which almost matched her hair and black panties, the long waisted girl truly did give it a moment for the professional photographers to take the photographs before she turned and began walking down the ramp with interchanging blue and pink smoke shooting up - until she was much closer to the ring.

The crowd was on their feet. It was another win for showmanship in the Queens column.

That entrance, as it happened, was really pissing off Alexis however, and that was yet again something Krysten had done in just as many hours to the blonde beauty. Krysten climbed the ropes and slid into the ring where her hands were encased in black boxing gloves. The referee, wary, signaled them both over and at this point Alexis’ face was red hot from that entrance. It was a shock she hadn’t exploded and come after Krysten yet. Getting through the mandatory rules the ref asked both girls to bump gloves, which actually happened but with a lot more force put into it by both girls before they returned to their respective corners.

Ten rounds of Lightweight FCBA action begins! DING! DING!

Round 01:
Admittedly, Krysten Ritter isn’t ready for the storming Alexis Ren. As a girl that was very good at intimidating her foes naturally with her body and stature, she did rely on a bit of speed combined with raw power to get the job done. Ritter could counter move for move if she is so inclined ordinarily but this wasn’t about to be ordinary. Sharing the Light/Welter positions with Elyse Levesque in Queens, they found themselves in unique positions as almost glass cannons. Steve Boyd did his homework for Alexis and he was going to make sure Alexis exploited Ritter’s weakness.

About one-third of the way towards the center of the ring, Krysten already has Alexis on top of her, jabbing at her guard, trying to break through it. What a start for the VIXEN blonde! Faking a left hook which exposed Ritter, Alexis slammed a rocket of a fist into Krysten’s left cheek. The look of dismay on Krysten’s face said it all to the arena - not only did Alexis hurt her, she was not expecting that at all. Alexis made one mistake however, she smirked at Ritter and gave her the time she needed to send an even more brutal missile back at Ren’s left cheek which was hard enough to send Ren to the ropes.

Although Alexis was now dazed, she knew if she stayed at the ropes she’d be in trouble and quickly moved off of them. With the crowd on their feet hoping for more of what just happened, Alexis and Krysten began fighting at range and although Krysten was hitting harder, Alexis was hitting more often to rack up the points.

Seeing Ritter settle into a pattern of virtually countering her own moves, Alexis closed the gap as the final minute was entered, snuck under Krysten’s guard, and delivered a cruel uppercut that dazed the raven haired Queen. Ritter tried to counter but it was no use, the bell rang and the round was over.

Judges agreed: Alexis won the round wide. A good start for the VIXENS!

As the girls turned around for their corners, Alexis whispered into Krysten’s ear: “it’s going to be a long night for you” sneaking in a punch into Ritter upper torso while the ref wasn’t paying attention.

Round 02:
Alexis was black and blue where Krysten had hit her and found herself with ice on her face during the intermission to reduce swelling. Meanwhile Rytter was holding ice on her chin and cheek which were both red from Alexis’ shots at her. As the intermission came to an end, both girls stood up and handed off their ice. They looked at each other with vengeance in their eyes. With the sound of the bell, round two started and both girls leaped for the center of the ring.

Going upstairs, Alexis tried to break through the guard again but Krysten was blocking her move for move. Krysten, knowing she was expelling too much energy on defense to the young blonde, took advantage of the feisty girl’s sacrifice of defense and delivered a gut wrenching punch just above Alexis’ belly button that nearly lifted her off the canvas and caused her to spit out her gum shield. Of course, Ritter didn’t notice that this happened to Ren and followed up with two jabs to the nose and another missile of a punch to the ribcage before the referee saw Alexis’ gum shield on the canvas.

While the ref was about ready to put a halt to the round, the bell rang signifying it was over.

Judges rule it wide for Krysten after she literally took control of the brawl and came out as the woman on top.

“Alexis!” Krysten shouted as she watched her opponent wander back to her corner clutching her body in pain. She stopped and turned. Krysten continued, “Long night you say? Maybe you should throw in the towel before I ‘accidentally’ really hurt you.”

“F*ck you,” the seething Ren who was about ready to turn around and go after Ritter in the intermission retorted.

Round 03:
The two girls now back at their respective corners found themselves doing entirely different things. Krysten really didn’t take much of any hits the last round but she was a bit sore from blocking Alexis’ onslaught. Meanwhile, in the VIXENS corner, the fuming Alexis was getting her nose tended to, a new gum shield, and ice on her ribs.

Steve offered words of wisdom: “remember Alexis, you can’t go toe to toe with her - we talked about this. Aside from being a Lightweight she’s also one of their Welterweights, she could probably toss you across the ring like a rag doll if she wanted to. You need to get her to come to you; you’re faster.”

As the intermission was coming to an end, both girls stood up although Alexis was still wincing in pain from the damage inflicted by Kristen last round. The bell rang and round 3 began with both girls coming out of their respective corners circling each other. Ren had taken Boyd’s advice and Ritter was expecting Alexis to come charging at her again.

When it became obvious to both what was going on, they both started moving in on each other with their guards raised. Krysten through a punch with power behind it that broke Alexis’ guard and smacked her nose once again causing red to trickle once more from her nostrils as she yelped. Ren retaliated with straights into Rytter’s slender, long, lean torso catching the Queens girl by surprise. Entering minute two, Ren was still beating on Rytter’s torso - forcing her to give ground and inching her close to the ropes. Every time Krysten threw a cross, Alexis would simply avoid it.

Now mere inches from her back touching the ropes, Rytter was able to lock in a clench forcing the ref to break the girls up and reset. A reset was all that Krysten needed as when the round resumed, she immediately slammed her right fist into Alexis’ sternum which not only pushed the blonde girl back but put her on wobbly legs.

Looking to finish her off, Alexis was saved from Krysten’s follow up by the bell which ended round three.

Judges rule it close for Krysten with both girls showing technical skill, speed, and power during round three.

The daggers in Krysten and Alexis’ eyes however, made it look like they wanted to end each other by the time this war was over.

Round 04:
In the intermission, Ren found ice on her sternum from that nasty punch delivered by Krysten. They were also trying to get the nose bleed back under control. Meanwhile, in the Queens corner, the red bruising on Krysten’s torso had ice all over it. The previous round saw Alexis do damage to the model turned actress although not enough to return her to the position she had in round one or even win the third. Came

Realizing if she didn’t do anything soon, she would likely lose, Alexis started to look more from a woman who has gone three rounds with Krysten to a woman that got her second wind.

Intermission came to a close with Alexis and Krysten standing up for the next round. With the sound of the bell it is like suddenly everything had been thrown out of the window for both girls who found themselves in a brawl in the middle of the canvas.

It was hard to tell who was at a disadvantage here as Krysten had strength and some speed on her side while Ren was agile, feisty, and proud to the point where she would never go down without a fight.

For Alexis, this was about hitting everything and anywhere that she could to pick up points. It had become totally lopsided until the final ten seconds of the round when Krysten saw an opening for Alexis’ stomach and took it with what felt like a brick hitting Alexis’ toned body.

With the round now closed, it became exceptionally hard for the judges to rule until they finally agreed that it was a draw.

Round 05:
We’re now halfway through and the audience is certainly getting their money worth out of this boxing match. The intermission was nothing of note this time and as soon as the bell rang, both girls were right back at it.

It was more of the same from round four: it seemed Alexis found a tempo which was a weakness to Krysten and she was sticking to it. The raven-haired girl had no counter and with no recourse aside from the brawl the round simply ended with Judges calling in close.

Round 06:
Now the model turned actress was pissed off and she intended to put the blonde model asleep on the canvas as she thought about how to do that from her side of the ring. Meanwhile, on Alexis’ side, Steve was encouraging Alexis to finish up the match before Krysten takes her down. The bell rang as the intermission came to a close and both girls swarmed the center, hurling insults at each other to bait the other one in. However, on one of the turns, Alexis got too close to Krysten who sent a missile past Alexis’ guard and into her face, causing the nostrils to start bleeding.

“You b*tch,” Alexis yelped, having grown tired of Ritter reopening that wound. This time Alexis would respond in kind by counterattacking with a hook to Krysten’s left forehead; leaving a gash of blood trickling down Ritter skin.

As the war of attrition entered minute two, Alexis delivered an uppercut through Krysten’s guard that sent her onto her back. Ren quickly moved to a neutral corner and the ref began to sound. 1, 2… Krysten rolls over and is already on her knees and elbows, 3, 4… Krysten is kneeling, 5, 6… Krysten is standing up. The ref gives her the mandatory and once cleared to continue, Ren was waved back in.

Alexis wasted no time however, seeing this as an opportunity with Krysten so close to the ropes. She sent another rocket of a hook to the face which pushed Ritter all the way against the ropes. With that, Alexis started going to work on Krysten’s long-waisted lean torso. Each punch pushed her further into the ropes with Alexis sending another punch to Krysten’s face that visibly rolled her eyes back.

That was it, the ref had seen enough! He stepped in to break the fight up.

Official Decision: Alexis Ren defeats Krysten Ritter via TKO6.

Postfight:
Alexis just pulled the VIXENS ahead in the Queens vs VIXENS December 22 Stable War. Only one more match will decide the outcome. In the double-header. As both girls are escorted out of the ring, reporters are awaiting to ask each girl questions. Alexis doesn’t choose to answer any - likely waiting for the morning talk shows to make her rounds. Krysten made one statement given the match is a double-header with the main event: “Elyse will tie everything up and Halston will take us over the line. I may have lost today but I have learned that the VIXENS are more talk than bite.”

With that Krysten and company left the reporters behind as they will also be making the rounds on the morning talk shows.
