2. Nina Agdal vs Joy Corrigan (Body Saddle Bout)

Nina:

BEFORE:
Busy schedules continue for the VIX roster, as Nina Agdal gives Joy Corrigan a chance to humiliate the Lightweight champion in our first Body Saddle bout of the afternoon.

Nina adamant in the pre-fight segment that this ain’t a title fight, and Miss Corrigan ain’t worthy of one - at least not in her book:

“Corrigan’s too far down the pecking order. Perhaps after I’ve broken Lily James’ perfect win-streak, I’ll consider giving Joy another ride for her buck,” Nina says, with cocky scorn. “Regardless, I’m happy to give her a spanking today. It’s been a while since I participated in one of these.”

Joy Corrigan, of course, disagreeing, rolling her eyes during the proceedings, and chastising the champion for not putting her title on the line:

“Disgraceful. She should know better, be better, as a champion. It’s why I know Agdal will lose that title one day. It may not be to me, but I’ll be just as happy to see her get stripped of it,” Joy says, with a smile. “I’m proud to represent my stable this afternoon, along with Brooklyn. We’re gonna ride these Vixens on their home turf!”

Proud words as both blondes meet in the center of the ring moments later, who have gloves set on their hips and fiery-eyed gazes on either side. Nina in a pure black bikini with white stripes, and red gloves; Joy in a floral white bikini with embroidered roses, and yellow gloves.

Sound of the bell and HERE WE GO with ten rounds of Lightweight action! This here’s a Body Saddle match!

ROUND 1:
Nina came off an important win against old rival Taylor Hill, hoping to maintain that momentum into next week’s title defense. She powers inwards, head moving fluidly, then shocking Corrigan to the body with straight hands and rising lunges to the side of her head, knocking her about. Joy ain’t used to the pressure - at least not yet - keeps herself moving and blocking, and her arms take the majority of abuse for now. The Lioness hammers back later in the round in a flurry of her own to Nina’s nose and cheek, but Agdal meets her punch for punch, as heads get shoved about and bodies take a stuffing right till the end of the first. Good brawling action for this opener!

ROUND 2:
Joy finds her groove, rocketing several quick right hands into Nina’s face when the Vixen wasn’t looking. Nina looks pissed off, keeps coming in hot and swinging back, but missing, her hands flying overhead or inches from Joy’s face. Corrigan may be a little shorter but she’s more agile on her feet, avoiding Nina’s hooks and then shocking the Vixen to her side stomach and cuffing off the chin. Nina finally resets at the opposite end, rubbing her cheek and looking incensed, but not much she can do at this point, with Joy fending off her advances at every chance. Ladies trade leather for the remaining minute, short, snappy left-right combos pounding into lips and nostrils, neither lady backing down. Wide round swings to Corrigan at the bell - the Lioness has done more than enough earlier to clinch the round.

ROUND 3:
Nina battles right back, however, countering Joy’s countering in the first minute with a well-placed forearm or swerve of the head to beat off the Lioness’ attacks. Nina predicts her patterns a little better, taking minimal damage in each instance and then punting Corrigan’s head to the side with a right hook across the cheek. Joy looks shocked each time, mouth open and gasping, but has seconds to straighten back up before Nina hammers her arms with more punches. Corrigan’s getting pushed to the ropes early, blocking her face from incoming fire but her body getting wrecked by Nina’s uppercuts and low hooks, almost getting blown off her feet if not for the bell at the end of three minutes. Not the best round for the Lioness, but at least she’s still standing!

ROUND 4:
Nina tries to bully her way in once again, keeping her arms tucked in and head low, before blasting away at Joy’s lower frame from the get-go. Corrigan bracing better, her body absorbing some low shots to the ribs but otherwise is holding her ground and dishing back punishment. Nina takes a stiff hook to the right temple, which stuns her slightly, before almost getting stumbled by another of Joy’s swings up high. Corrigan exploits the holes in her opponent’s form, blocking low and selling high, stuffing another right cross into the champion’s lips to send her packing!! Nina grunting, eyes winced in pain, as she falls back! AND HERE COMES CORRIGAN, paying the blonde model back with fists prodding that toned midsection, then stunning her again with mixed-up swings to the head! Nina’s turn to get walked back into the ropes, covering up for dear life, allowing Joy to wail away on her frame and stuff that belly with an uppercut or two to cement her lead this round! Bell rings and ladies are dead even, and know it, growling at each other on their way back to their corners!

ROUND 5:
So far, so even, as Nina and Joy circle each other to start the fifth. It’s been a wild encounter thus far, which has left both breathing hard and unwilling to make unforced errors at this mid-point of the match. With the scoreboards even, neither girl wants to fall behind now! Joy, in particular, has shown much resilience going toe-to-toe with the current Lightweight champion, signaling her desire and ability to target the golden belt at some time in the future! She tries to push ahead here, score back-to-back victories for her corner: flurries landed to Nina’s arms to put her on notice, before Corrigan swerves to the side and targets the Vixen’s body. It ain’t a body saddle match with some gut-wrenching action, and Nina gets caught by a round or two off her tummy, to bowl her over. But the Vixen quickly regroups, guard lowered to intercept the remaining lunges, then shoving her own fists right back into Corrigan’s midsection and chest! Joy’s turn to get bent over, especially by a stiff uppercut to the center of her gut, making her eyelids flutter and the rest of her body sag into Nina’s arms! The Vixen gleefully continues the abuse, pounding away at her sides, knocking her head about with more rising hooks. Joy’s lead all but evaporates, getting shoved back into the ropes and having to cling onto Nina’s shoulders to keep herself upright till the bell! As if on cue, Nina returns with a vengeance!

ROUND 6:
Joy looks shocked and bothered, slightly hunched over in her corner but still with determination on her face. Bell rings and she meets the champ stride for stride, surprising Nina with a first swing towards her head to put her back on notice! Nina has to hastily raise her guard and block, before having her own return hook intercepted by the other blonde. Ladies go at it in the center of the ring, turning heads quite literally and having more leather shoved into their toned torsos. Joy scores an uppercut to the chin, however, which dazzles the Vixen and makes her instinctively fall back. No rest for the wicked here as Joy barrels in after her, smelling BLOOD!! Nina’s forced to cover up and defend herself as more combos slam into her forearms and body, Joy putting her remaining energies into this final thrust for a knockout. But it doesn’t materialize, with Agdal used to the intense pressure of being champ, and having fended off more serious dangers to her throne in the past! Vixen clinches up with Corrigan on the ropes, breathing heavily on her shoulder but more importantly, immobilizing her arms and body to stop the abuse! Bell rings and Joy is understandably frustrated, pushing Nina off and almost tempted to take a final swing at the champion, if not for the referee’s quick intervention. Good round for the Lioness, who just needs one last push across the finish line!

ROUND 7:
Nina doesn’t look too good in this exhibition match - true, it ain’t a title fight, but the pundits are already whispering on the rafters if she’s in fighting fit shape for the showdown with Lily James in just under a week’s time. Here, Joy Corrigan’s pressed and pounded on her for the last six rounds, and looks to continue doing so until the tenth and final bell. Not a great look for the Lightweight champ failing to put away a challenger probably several rungs down the ladder, by comparison. Joy’s also a little sluggish, however, slow steps forward before pestering Nina’s guard and head with jabs. Nina blocking them all, then unleashing her own lightning attacks, which are landing more often on Joy’s nose and lips. The Lioness performed exceptionally in the first half of this fight, but finds her energy reserves slipping away, and with that, the robustness of her defenses. Nina’s landing stiff hands straight to the center of her face, knocking her head back and disappearing that pretty face behind leather. Corrigan lets out another grunt as a fist connects with her mouth, shocking her with pain, and that seems to have done the trick! Joy’s falling back, looking stunned! Nina pressing in, still keeping up the pressure with fists striking flesh high and low, poking and pounding upon Joy’s frame! Corrigan gets caught by another left hand to the chin, before an overhand right comes screaming in from the other side, blasting her head about!! AND DOWN SHE GOES, Corrigan spun upon her heels and then collapses straight down to her knees, then all fours, and left sputtering on the canvas!! Referee ushers Agdal to the neutral corner, but Nina’s ALREADY eyeing the fallen blonde, who’s in the perfect position to get body saddled, at the signal of the bell! And the bell tolls indeed, with Joy left heaving all the way through the ten-count, barely crawling to the ropes but the rest of her body protesting any attempt to straighten back up! The ref has no choice but to WAVE OFF the rest of this fight!! It’s OVER!

Official Decision: Nina Agdal defeats Joy Corrigan via KO7!

AFTER:
Nina’s in no hurry to exert her dominance, stalking the fallen blonde and only intervening when Corrigan attempts to rise back up to her feet and escape the post-fight torture to come. Hands dug into the back of the Lioness’ hair, hauling her off the ropes and throwing her towards the center of the ring, where Corrigan lands with a hard PLOP!

Joy left groaning, barely lifting her head, as Nina bends over and begins to strap on the VIX body saddle, which has been slid in under the ropes by a helpful Corey Saucier. Well, the Lioness corner can only look on, helplessly, as Nina pulls the leather straps under Corrigan’s tummy and chest, slapping at her sides to get her moving into the correct position.

Joy merely groans, still out of sorts even as Nina takes her perch on her lower back, tugging on messed up hair and keeping her promise: slapping her exposed buttocks from behind to get her moving. Corrigan needs a little more encouragement than usual, at one point defiantly trying to shake off her tormentress from above, gets her throat choked by a looped over forearm from Nina, who hisses more threats into her ear from the side.

Thereafter, Corrigan in a more compliant state, crawls from corner to corner, a look of subdued defiance on her face. Nina’s riding high, for now, posing for pictures in every direction, before finally letting Corrigan go once one entire lap has been completed.

For now, Corrigan still has a while to go before she can stake a challenge for the title. But from the way she’s performed tonight, that opportunity might come sooner than later!
