Then, she launches a counterattack, connecting with a sharp left poke high to Kyra's temple, disorienting her, before swiftly following up with a devastating right cross crunching into her upper abs. The impact causes Kyra to fold over momentarily, her breath caught in her chest. However, the bell rings, ending the round and denying Malu the opportunity to capitalize further. Despite Malu's late surge, Kyra manages to maintain a slim lead and takes the round on points.

ROUND 3:
In the third , Malu maintains her relentless assault on Kyra's midsection, seeing breaking her body as a personal mission. Her relentless attack frustrates Santoro, who focuses on launching combinations towards Malu's face and forehead instead, seeking to disrupt her rhythm. As the round unfolds, the contrasting strategies become evident. Malu delivers powerful hooks, swinging them low and with force, relentlessly pounding away at the tummy and ribs. With each impactful blow, Kyra struggles to contain and block the punishing onslaught, feeling the throbbing punches on her abdomen. The first two minutes of the round prove challenging for Kyra as she grapples to defend against Malu's assault. In the second minute, Malu appears slightly dazed after getting rocked for a third time with a swift overhand to the nose, looking uncertain about her strategy moving forward. She opts to retreat and resort to jab combinations once more, with both fighters engaging in a back-and-forth exchange from a distance. However, Santoro makes a critical error by thinking Malu’s done and dusted, attempting an overhand punch to Malu's head. But Trevejo SLIPS under the attack, responding with a hook bashed into Kyra's belly, causing the brunette to fold over in pain. With the final seconds ticking away, Malu asserts her dominance by driving Kyra back into the ropes with more punches, her fists relentlessly pounding and swiping away at Kyra's upper abs, bending her over with loud huffs of air. In a bid to survive the round, Kyra is forced to clinch up, wrapping her arms around the smaller girl and wrestling with her on the ropes, seeking respite from Malu's punishing assault. Bell rings and Santoro realizes the danger she’s in if she doesn’t turn things around…

ROUND 5:
Kyra taps into her deep reservoir of skill, employing her expertise to outwit the less-experienced Malu. Malu on the other hand sees her hesitation as weakness, swiftly launching herself forwards, rushing Kyra down and sending powerful swings at her head and body. But all Kyra needs to do is lean back, narrowly avoiding Malu's wild hooks, and then use subtle head movement to slip away from more oncoming jabs. As the second minute ticks away, it becomes evident that Malu's energy reserves are rapidly depleting. She struggles to connect with significant blows, managing only a couple of hooks to Kyra's sides. Sensing her opponent's fatigue, Kyra launches her counterattack: employing left feints to the temple followed by powerful straight rights, she systematically dismantles Malu's defense, striking at her face and head through her arms. With Malu pushed towards the ropes, Kyra shifts her focus back to punishing her adversary's midsection. Lefts and rights sink into tummy flesh, subjecting Trevejo to unwanted body therapy. Although Malu remains on her feet, the toll of the punishment leaves her gasping for air at the sound of the bell, her body bent over and shuddering…

ROUND 6:
As the round begins, Kyra capitalizes on her advantageous position, walking right in and punishing Malu with steady strikes to the head. Malu, visibly drained and battered, is forced to cover up with her arms, but even then, she’s feeling the effects of each right cross driven into her guard, the force of the blows sending her reeling about the ring. In the second minute, the Latina starlet launches a desperate final charge in an attempt to shift the momentum, barreling inwards with an overhand counter, then another glove crushed into Kyra’s side. However, the Vixen is ready for her, as Kyra blocks the rest of her attacks, before a return right hook catches Malu clean on her jawline, causing her head to whip violently to the side. Kyra SPRINGS into action, unleashing a torrent of jabs that further disorient Malu. And then, like a sledgehammer, a thunderous right cross connects with Malu's chin, which sends her flying off her feet, then CRASHING to the canvas in a heap of flailing arms and legs! It’s a KNOCKDOWN for Miss Santoro!!

The crowd erupts in cheers and applause, as Kyra celebrates her moment in the spotlight, roaring and parading about the ring, and pumping her fist in the air. In stark contrast, Malu lies on the canvas, groaning in agony, struggling to lift her head off the mat, her body battered and bruised. The referee commences the count, the seconds ticking by as the crowd holds its collective breath. Will Malu summon the inner strength to rise and continue the fight, or will the toll of Kyra's devastating blows prove insurmountable?

Against all odds, Malu Trevejo rises from the canvas, displaying incredible resilience despite the pain etched on her face. She steadies herself against the ropes, finding the strength to continue the fight by the last count of 9. The referee acknowledges her willingness to continue, and signals for the bout to resume!

However, Santoro shows her no mercy as the final minute unfolds, walking right in and resuming her barrage of powerful crosses, each fist driving Malu's head back and over the top ropes. Then, the Vixen shifts her focus back to Malu's vulnerable midsection, pounding her fists into the Latina fighter's abs. Blow after blow lands with precision, bending Malu over and sapping her of her last vestiges of strength. The damage accumulates, and Malu's defense begins to crumble. Her arms, initially attempting to shield her body, gradually lower to her sides as the punishment takes its toll… Recognizing the dire situation, the referee steps in to halt the contest, declaring Kyra Santoro the winner by Technical Knockout (TKO)!

AFTER:
BIG win for Santoro, who faced some trouble with the upstart's body attacks early, before blowing away Trevejo's resistance by the end of the show!

Santoro’s developing a mean streak in the post-fight, massaging her aching abs before going over to the fallen Latina warrioress and posing over her, shoving her roughly to the ground before planting a boot down into the center of her own tummy.

Malu lets out another gush of air from her lips, body convulsing slightly but otherwise pinned to the ground, left squirming as Kyra flexes her biceps overhead to the cheers of the crowd.

"Another girl tried to test me, and another who’s failed," Kyra later speaks to reporters with a beaming smile. "Malu's got potential, but she needs to stay humble if she wants to make it far in this game. I hope she's learned a lesson tonight."
