Intro:
For the second time in their careers, two supermodels of different eras fight, this time on Dubai's Black Palace Beach, where Kate Upton will hope to beat Rebecca Romijn once more, they fought in the BBU in August with Kate knocking out Rebecca in six rounds, it was far from a cake walk for the current Queen of the Beach, whose title is not on the line, plenty of pride is though.

Both women were asked for their opinions on the fight and maybe a message for the birthday girl Kendall Jenner, Rebecca sitting in her hotel room on her bed, wearing a red tank top and leggings as she shows that at nearly fifty, she still has a body to be jealous of and a winning smile.

"First before I get rude shall we say, I want to say I hope you have a wonderful day Kendall, I am proud of how far you have come in the ring, I expect more titles to come your way" Says Rebecca, blowing a kiss to the camera.

Then her demeanor changes, she looks hard at the camera, she says "now to you Kate, I haven't forgotten your bullshyt after our fight, you were lucky, hell I am guessing you thought I wouldn't come back for more, hell ask your friend Charlize (Theron) about me, I am not someone you push aside so easily, I asked Kendall for the chance to shut you up" scowling as she truly hates Kate's guts.

With the "Queen" of the FCBA sitting in the hotel bar, grinning as she has Tess Valmore on her right side and Charlize to her left, all wearing dresses as Kate's is white, Tess a navy blue dress and Charlize wearing a black dress, Tess not looking so keen to be on the camera.

Raising a glass of water (maybe gin) to the camera, Kate starts off with "to Kendall, you have always been inferior to me, you always will be and I hope you and Kylie batter each other till you are both out cold, you are both living in my shadow anyway" laughing to herself as Charlize smiles and shakes her head, asking Tess "was I ever this annoying?" Making Kate stare at her before tapping her arm with her left hand.

Turning back to the camera, Kate then turns her attention to her opponent, telling the camera "oh and you Rebecca, nearly forgot you there which is ironic isn't it? I mean if not for me then you'd have disappeared into being nothing, I mean you have Kendall in my shadow as Rebecca was in yours Charlize, couldn't write a better script on this, once I beat you again Rebecca I am done with you, no more free passes to drag you out of the retirement home for another big payday" Tess takes a drink as Charlize jokes to not drink too much, Tess waving the camera away as she proceeds to tell Charlize "I am big enough to handle my drink mum" as all three laugh.

Fighting time on the beach, the ring posts are placed into the sand, with fans watching from deck chairs as only those who are friends of Kendall or VIP's are allowed, judges table nearby to watch closely at the action.

Here comes Rebecca onto the beach with her coach Taryn Terrell, she has an ice cold expression, stepping into the ring wearing a black bikini with black gloves, hair tied into a braid as she shakes her arms to keep them loose, Taryn telling her she can take down Kate as Rebecca simply nods at her.

Kate struts onto the beach now with her coach Nicole Kidman, wearing her favourite gold bikini with matching gloves, hair in a ponytail, Kate climbs into the ring with eyes locked onto Rebecca with a smirk, not hiding how confident she is as she taps her gloves together.

The referee waves the fighters together at the middle of the ring, eyes locked in a hateful stare, this isn't a respectful meeting of legend and one of the best today, this is a grudge fight as both touch foreheads, no touch of gloves when the referee finishes their instructions, instead they jog back to their corners, ready to start 10 rounds of welterweight action.

Round 1:
At the bell both step out to fight head on, early on trading stiff punches, trying to knock each other back as this is like two bulls meeting head to head, Kate breaking the deadlock by deflecting a straight to land one of her own on the nose of Rebecca to knock her back a step, a short left hook follows to turn the older fighters head.

Kate muscles Rebecca to the ropes, bashing the older woman with hooks around the side of her head, Rebecca clinches up not wanting to be beaten down this quickly, they are split up with the fighters staring angrily at each other, both landing a stiff jab at a similar time when they resume with a crack of leather showing they are not using kid gloves on their rival, this is brutal head to head action.

Late in the round, Rebecca starting to fire in more combos to try to ward off Kate, who grins as she waves at Rebecca to bring it on, both exchanging as Kate holds the center, a missed jab by Rebecca earns her an uppercut on her chin, Kate motoring forwards as she puts Romijn back to the ropes, pounding the body and breasts of the veteran to the delight of her corner, at the bell Kate tells Rebecca "get out before I hurt you" making Rebecca scowl at her, referee keeping between them so they don't kick off the next round too early.

Round 2:
Trading more on the move, both fighters are still trying to pound each other back, Rebecca though looks to use her footwork to not be so much in the firing line of Kate, leaning out the way of a right hook, crashing a straight into the forehead of Upton to knock her head back.

Rebecca starting to catch her opponent more as she bobs and weaves, making Kate miss before pounding clean counters back into her rivals face, Kate maybe a little overconfident after that opening round, not using her jab as much against Rebecca to set up her punches.

A right hook crashes into Kate's face to turn her head, she covers up as now she finds herself pressed onto the ropes, Rebecca pounding in hooks into Kate's jugs, more in spite it seems then to really hurt her, Kate angrily comes roaring back, toe to toe exchange gets a roar from those at ringside, the round ending stops them, Rebecca sits on the middle ropes nearest herself, opening the ropes up and taunting Kate by saying "you can leave if I hurt you too much kitten" making Kate move towards her, referee stepping in front of her to stop her, ordering both to focus on boxing, getting cleaned up by their corners.

Round 3:
Kate looks to push the pace from the start, pressing inside to whack away at the tits of her opponent, trying to push back Rebecca, who pushes Kate to her forehead, then landing a short right cross to the face of Kate, both letting their fists do the talking, trying to grab control of the round.

An uppercut catches Rebecca on her chin, knocking back the older fighter onto her heels, Kate powering her to the ropes, bashing away at the ribs of Romijn, pulling Kate into a tight clinch, referee needed to step in as they hiss insults, once apart Rebecca lands a double jab into the face of Kate to show she won't be bullied around so easily.

Less then a minute to go, Kate ramming in more punches around the abs of Rebecca, landing an overhand right to her cheek as Rebecca can't seem to keep Kate to the outside where she wants her, instead having to box in close as they move towards the ropes, the round comes to an end, Rebecca nodding to her corner, knowing she needs to do better, Kate meanwhile stays standing, showing she wants to beat Rebecca right from the off.

Round 4:
Stepping out to resume, Kate looks to put the heat on her opponent early on, jabbing at the tits and abs of Rebecca, who lands a crisp left hook onto her eyebrow, making Kate's head turn, THEN AN UPPERCUT LANDS TO ROCK KATE TO HER HEELS, LEFT HOOK PUTS KATE ONTO HER LEFT SIDE!

"Go on Rebecca!" Yells Kim Kardashian at ringside, happy to see Kate getting a taste of sand, 1...2...3... Kate sits up shaking her head to clear some cobwebs away, 4...5...6... She pushes to her knees, 7...8.. getting up to her feet, Kate raising her fists to show she wants to continue, referee dusting her gloves off.

There's a redness to Kate's cheeks from embarrassment of being put down, her mood doesn't improve as Rebecca ploughs a right straight into her face from the off, Kate driven onto the ropes, where Rebecca looks to beat her around her guard, referee watching closely, Kate grabbing on in a tight clinch, Nicole looking a little worried, till the bell rings to end the round.

Kate walking back to her corner looking upset, she pounds her gloves together as she sits on her stool, Rebecca taking a seat herself, tapping her toes showing that she can't wait for the bell, Taryn wiping her face down and telling her not to rush out, be patient as Rebecca nods in reply.

Round 5:
Rebecca thrusting her jab in more like a fencer, looking to snap back the head of her opponent, Kate giving her the center of the ring, looking to dodge and counter, just falling short as Rebecca steps back when the counters flash past her face, instead it's the older woman landing combos back into her face.

But Upton showing her legendary toughness, stepping in to land away to the body with hooks, head nearly butting the chin of Rebecca as she drives in, when Rebecca's back hits the ropes, she holds onto Kate, both snarling in insults, a real hatred between them, broken apart, again Rebecca catches Kate with a double jab, showing she still has some speed to her punches.

Holding the center of the ring, Romijn is laying her gloves into gaps in Kate's defenses, the crack of leather ringing out when they exchange, cheeks reddened up on both beauties, Kate looking the more annoyed as the bell rings to end the round, another good round for Rebecca, Kate being told to focus on what is happening and not what she thinks should be, Kate needing that pep talk as she nods.

Round 6:
Stepping back out to fight, Kate rams a straight into Rebecca's face from the off, getting clipped with a left hook in return, Kate looking to take the fight to Rebecca, slamming in more power punches when she gets to the inside, Rebecca looking to hold on to slow her down.

Broken up by the referee, Kate dips under a jab to hammer in a harpoon like right into Rebecca's stomach, that looks to have taken some of the wind out the older fighters sails, a left hook ramming into her ribs making her wince, Rebecca finding herself being bullied back as Kate lays in the hard leather, smacking her cheeks and body.

Clinching with Kate, Rebecca shows a hint of worry on her face, not enjoying the body shots so much now, broken up again, Kate is quicker off the mark with a right hook that makes Rebecca stumble to her right, Kate pins her into a neutral corner, pounding away till the bell rings, Kate jogging to her corner as Rebecca takes a deep breath, sitting on her stool, Rebecca's chest is rising faster, while Kate gets washed down but looks the fresher of the fighters.

Round 7:
That nasty body punch in the last round still seems to be effecting Rebecca, Kate is off the blocks the faster of the fighters, taking a few glancing blows, she lands another right into the stomach of Rebecca, who bends slightly, KATE RAMS HOME AN UPPERCUT TO THE BODY, DOWN GOES REBECCA TO ALL FOURS!

There's boos from some in the crowd, Kate cupping her ears enjoying them as she heads to the neutral corner, 1....2....3.. Rebecca rolls to her left side, 4....5... Holding her stomach as her eyes are shut, cheeks flushed red, 6...7... Mouthpiece comes out as Rebecca tries to get her breath back, 8...9...10 getting counted out!

Winner Kate Upton KO Round 7

After:
Kate wins again over Rebecca, she marches over to her beaten rival, kicking sand into her face as she yells "stay out the ring old timer, next time I might break your hip" strutting back to her corner afterwards, forgeting that old timer put her down earlier in the fight.

Returning to her corner, as Kate is getting her gloves taken off, Nicole tell her "you can't lose focus or not bring your A game into a fight, f**k sake, a younger Rebecca would have taken you down" making Kate look furious, replying "I beat that bytch twice! Hell I am the queen of the beaches, Rebecca better retire completely before I force her to never step into the ring again" that makes Nicole smile, maybe playing a little mind games to fire Kate up, instead of coming into fights thinking she has won before a glove lands.

On the other side of things, Rebecca has an ice pack placed onto her stomach, she groans as she has tears running down her cheeks, Taryn telling her "you did a good job, just wasn't your fight" stroking Rebecca's hair with her left hand to console her.

When Rebecca feels better, she is helped to her feet, taken over to her corner so she can be cleaned up of sand, along with trying to wash her down, Rebecca grits her teeth watching Kate stand, still hating her guts as she mouths "bytch" to herself, Kate mockingly blowing her a kiss.

Helped out the ring by Taryn, Rebecca isn't in the mood to be around Kate any longer, especially as in the ring Kate gets her right arm raised, showing again why Kate rules the roost on the beaches right now, but is it over between these two proud blondes, well time will tell if Rebecca really wants a third crack in a professional bout with Kate, it might not end the debate over whose era is better, but right now Kate Upton has Rebecca Romijn's number.

While Kate steps out the ring, winking at Kim before mouthing "f**k you" over Kim's cheering of Rebecca, clearly Kate won't be invited to any more holidays the Kardashian/Jenner clan celebrate, Kate is heading off to the bar to celebrate her victory at least.
