Before:

Top bantamweight action sees two surefire future hall of fame fighters meeting in the ring as Nina Dobrev from Lioness and Elizabeth Olsen from Fates step in the ring for a tiebreaker match after splitting the previous two fights. Dobrev has her 60 wins and just needs to reach her 100th fight for the hall of fame while Olsen can secure her 60th win tonight with a victory. The two brunettes make their way into the press conference as the press cameras flash for the dark horse candidate for fight of the night.

Olsen smiles and talks first, “Its an honor to fight Nina tonight. Not many girls have the chance to get a tiebreaker match against her.” The Fates girl pauses. “It would be an incredible way to end the year I got my first title after ten years in the FCBA - winning my 60th fight and getting the hardest part of the hall of fame criteria done.” Lizzie puts puts down her mic and smiles at Nina.

Dobrev smiles back at Olsen as she picks up her mic, “Lizzie has had a great fun and comeback.” The Lioness says, “Tonight I won’t show her mercy. I will show her why I am a future hall of famer.”

Come time for the fight, Nina is the first woman to make her way to the ring, the Lioness wearing a green sports bra with the stable logo and matching trunks with white gloves. Elizabeth steps out moments later and the Fates girl has chosen a red sports bra and matching trunks with black gloves for the fight and she steps into the ring. The two women thump gloves and the ref calls for the bell.

Round 1:

The brunettes slowly circle each other, both girls knowing how dangerous her opponent is. Nina with a reach advantage and she uses it early, jabbing at Elizabeth to keep the Fates girl on her back foot, but the American keeps her guard up and the Bulgarian-Canadian cannot land a blow to her head. Olsen picks up the pace in the second minute, moving left and right quickly and Dobrev leaves herself open. Lizzie with a quick right into her foe’s jaw before retreating and Nina’s counter misses. Olsen with a short left to her body and drops back. It’s a stick and shift approach from the smaller girl and it is working as she tags Dobrev and the bigger girl can’t find her counters in time. The bell rings and the first round goes to Lizzie on points, wide.

Round 2:

The Lioness is ready for the Fates girl’s stick and shift strategy and she does not fall for Elizabeth’s feints. Olsen moves in close to the bigger girl and tags her torso and follows up with a blow that bounces off of Dobrev’s guard. Nina counters with a strike into Elizabeth’s ribs and snaps her head back with an early left. Lizzie still on her feet but the American actress has to drop back with her guard up as Nina steps forward. Dobrev working body, finding short lefts and rights into the Fates girl’s body. Lizzie planting her feet and fighting back, but Nina is too strong and bullies her back into the ropes. Olsen quick to escape the ropes without a clinch and she tags Dobrev’s body back but she stays away to the bell.

Round 3:

Dobrev picks up where she left off, using her extra size to work Olsen around the ring. Nina with a short left into the American’s flank and she nudges her back with a right to her shoulder. Olsen backpedaling and Dobrev shoots out lefts and rights at the actress and connects with a blow to her chest. Dobrev with an overhand right that Olsen sidesteps and the Fates girl responds with a short left into Dobrev’s midriff. Nina winces as Lizzie plows follow up leather into her body and the Fates girl with a chop into her face. Nina wraps up Lizzie and the referee steps in. The two girls resume fighting and they circle each other, both feinting and trying to get her foe to overcommit but both girls stay disciplined and the round ends without either girl getting a big opportunity.

Round 4:

The fourth round starts with more of the same as both girls keep their blows tight and they trade jabs. Olsen getting the better of the trades as she works Dobrev’s body, playing the long game as she picks her spot on the Canadian’s body and turns it red. Nina wincing as the hurt builds and the American girl connects with a chop to her chest. Dobrev with a left that finds Olsen’s chest in response and the two girls scrap from close range. Elizabeth snaps Nina’s head back with a short left and Dobrev takes a half step backward. Lizzie with a follow up to her midriff and Nina takes another step back. Olsen steps forward and lands a third blow but Dobrev is ready for her and finds a left into Olsen’s midriff in response. The Fates girl shifts to her left and strikes the Lioness and the bell rings and Elizabeth takes the round on points.

Round 5:

The two brunette actresses still have plenty of energy as they start the fifth round and near the halfway point in the match. Olsen bounding around the ring, the Fates girl going back to Dobrev’s battered body. Nina winces as Lizzie lands a follow up into her mouth and Nina’s back touches the ropes. Olsen winds up with a right haymaker but Dobrev snaps her head back and Olsen is stunned for a moment! Nina connects with a right hook that sends Lizzie’s head to her right but the Scarlet Witch stays up! Dobrev and the Lioness corner stunned that Olsen is standing and Lizzie takes a wild swing but it lands into Nina’s breadbasket. Dobrev takes the punch and clips Olsen in her chin to force a clinch from the smaller girl. The ref separates the two girls and Nina is getting her second wind. Dobrev chases Olsen out of the break, and now it is the Fates girl with her gloves up. Nina lands a pair of blows into Elizabeth’s trunk but the round ends before she can do more and she takes the fifth on points.

Round 6:

Olsen slow to get out of her corner and she winces as she takes her first steps while Dobrev bounces out of her corner. Nina on the offensive immediately as she shoots out lefts and rights that pepper the smaller girl’s body. Liz blocking the blows as she best can and she finds a left counter into Nina’s chest. Dobrev does not react to the blow and drives a left of her own into Olsen’s chest before connecting with a right jab to Olsen’s chin and Lizzie’s legs buckle! Lizzie unstable on her feet as she staggers backward before regaining her balance and on comes Nina. Dobrev now the girl with the stick and shift approach as she pivots and drives blows past Olsen’s guard. Lizzie tottering, the Fates girl shooting out a right to keep Nina away. Dobrev steps back before darting to her right and smoking Lizzie in her jaw with a left hook and then sending an uppercut into her chin to send her to the canvas! Nina to the corner as Elizabeth picks her head off the canvas to see the ref’s count at five. Olsen’s eyes glazed over as she shakes her head and moves her arms, but it’s no use as the ref reaches ten! Your winner by KO6, Nina Dobrev!

After:

Olsen falls short yet again in her quest for her 60th regulation victory as Dobrev wins the rubber match between the two women. Nina’s celebration is limited to hugging her trainers and staff while carefully watching Elizabeth get helped to her stool. Dobrev goes to the Fates staff and asks “Is she okay?” before she goes over and embraces Olsen. The crowd cheers the show of sportswomanship as Nina helps Elizabeth to her feet and raises her right arm. The two women embrace again before leaving to speak to the press.

“Lizzie is a good fighter, she will get her 60th win and the hall of fame.” Nina tells the press. “She just fought me today. I am going to get my hall of fame place too.”

Olsen quiet after two straight losses standing at the edge of 60 wins. All she forces out of her mouth is “I will get that win. I promise.”
