Before the fight: Milana and the rest of the Carnation locker room booed vigorously when Stacy Keibler knocked out Stephanie McMahon in the last battle. Still, no amount of noise changes the fact that they're starting 0-1 and need to make up ground with a ringer boxing Kate Mara next.

Meanwhile, Kate and the rest of the CWF locker room cheer loudly while watching Stacy's KO win, celebrating going up by one win in the stable war. Half of the locker room prepares their grounds for their veteran coming back victorious, while the other half hype up Kate in preparation for the fight.

Milana comes out first, wearing a light blue set of a tight boxing top, boxing shorts, and gloves dotted with baby's breath flowers. On the right breast is the AT&T logo and "Lily" written in scarlet cursive, and on the light blue shorts, cut above her knees, is the Carnation Creations logo on the right leg. Milana comes along with unnamed cornerladies since the rest of the stable is busy with the incoming fights. She raises her hands while in the ring, very eager to battle.

Kate comes out second, wearing the CWF standard fight gear: a pink string micro thong and matching micro tube top. Her body looked firmer and tighter than ever due to the brutal conditioning her stable underwent for this fight. Kate wore her thong high on her hips while her pigtails bounced with every step.

This fight is set for 10 rounds under bantamweight rules!

Round 1: The first few seconds of this fight pass in a flash, with both fighters using their jabs to feel with others out, seeing how quick their opponent's reflexes are. After that time, Milana notably steps back, putting her guard up to defend against any attacks, only giving some jabs to keep Kate honest. Kate, for her part, taunts Milana for her conservative approach, saying, "What, are you scared?" she says through her mouthpiece. Milana just winks in response while the two corners of the maidens shout unintelligible insults at each other. Kate wants to stick to her fight script and jab away, so there isn't much action here. Kate wins this round closely, up 10 to Milana's 9 in the scorecards.

Round 2: Both fighters come out confident, having heard ideas on how to proceed from their corners. Kate strikes first with a jab flush to Milana's right cheek, stunting the actress for a half-second. That's all the veteran needs to step in and throw hands, aiming to stun her opponent with a flurry of light jabs and crosses to Milana's upper body. The AT&T actress quickly gets her guard up, using the back of her gloves and elbows. After half a minute, Kate gets overconfident and switches a few hooks in her offense. Milana's corner notices this and shouts to alert their fighter; Milana deliberately takes a left hook on the cheek and ducks down to avoid the incoming right. Kate overreaches in the follow-up punch, and Carnation's woman makes her pay with a hard right uppercut to her sternum!

Miss Mara nearly spits out her mouthpiece at that punch and backs up a few steps to recover. "What should I fear?" Milana says as she steps in and feasts on Kate's body. The defender needs to pause and set her defense. Still, Milana gives her no quarter, with intricate crosses and uppercuts targeting Kate's bare stomach and upper chest. Her opponent must hang in the ropes to defend and keep herself upright, especially after a killer cross from Milana cuts Kate's chest. After the bell saves her, Kate staggers back to her corner, helped halfway by her CWF cornermaidens. On the other hand, Milana strolls confidently back to her corner, raising her right glove in the air, stained by Kate's blood. She wins this round wide and takes a 19-18 lead on the scorecards.

Round 3: Kate comes out of her corner with the fighting flame flickering, needing a big round to turn things around. On the other hand, Milana parades as if she's already won, only putting her right hand up to block and keeping her left hand down. Her opponent is incensed by this mockery and plans to use all her reserved energy to knock out Milana. This strategy wins Kate the round, narrowly, tying the scorecards at 28-all. However, CWF's corner looks worried after the third, since Kate struck Milana with her best punch - a left uppercut to Milana's jaw, set up after a right cross - but Milana still stood after that, albeit shaken.

Round 4: In stark contrast to the last round, Kate Mara takes heaving breaths leaving her corner because she left all her energy in the previous round. Milana comes out with mixed emotions - exhausted from the last two rounds but still able to show vital signs of life. The two warriors trade blows in the round, Kate desperate for a shock KO, but Milana is patient and able to dig into Kate's stomach to grind her down. The latter plan won out since, after 90 seconds, Kate looked out on her feet, stumbling over her feet because of her exhaustion. Milana climbs her body with hard uppercuts, finishing Kate off with the exact right uppercut Kate tried to use in the last round. Kate falls on her right hip, her pigtails wet with sweat and sticking to the mat, and barely stirs on the mat while the referee counts her out.

Milana wins via KO in the fourth round!

After the fight: After the complete win, Milana raises her blood-stained, light blue gloves and hugs her cornermaidens to celebrate. In the Carnation locker room, Stephanie presents an ice pack to celebrate tying up the series 1-1 as the staff gently guides her back to the recovery section.

In the ring, Milana takes off her gloves after a few minutes and pulls Kate by the hair upright and away from her staff. "Tell me again what I should worry about, Kate? Because right now you should be worried about -" She says confidently before cutting herself out to smother Kate between her chest. "I would challenge you to a JMD bout soon, but you aren't even big enough like I am, I'd pound your pancakes out in the first!"

Milana continues as CWF's corner begs her to let go, and Kate quickly goes to sleep. Milana finally gives up the struggle and lets Kate slink down to the mat again before leaving after a job well done.
