Midway through the round, Alexis lunges in with a swift combination, trying to capitalize on her speed to connect leather to Mia’s face, but the bigger girl effectively blocks, before countering with a sharp hook to Ren’s side, forcing her to grunt and quickly regroups, bouncing back into her rhythm with her teeth gnashed together. Ren is still coming in hot, establishing her perimeter with that constant left jab snapping outwards in rapid succession. However, Mia manages to parry a majority of them, often countering with body shots that make Alexis momentarily double up from the fierce impact. Each time, Ren shakes it off, but the effects of Mia's strikes are becoming more and more painful, especially when Kang begins to put her own body weight before some of the punches, landing another stiff shot off her tummy to send Ren jerking to the side, not knowing what the f*ck to do with Mia’s power. In the final seconds, Alexis attempts a daring uppercut to the chin, but Mia sidesteps skillfully and lands another clean jab-cross combination straight to Ren's face, shocking her head back with a grunt, and the bell rings too soon and early. It’s Mia’s round to start, though both girls could be simply in their exploratory phases.

ROUND 2:

Mia storms in, taking the center of the ring and looking to impose herself early on. Ren, however, has other plans. Adjusting her tactics, Alexis circles Mia to the side more aggressively, avoiding a big overhand swing from the bigger brunette, before changing her angles and going on the offensive, jabbing at Mia's head and body with renewed intensity. For every counter Mia throws, Alexis responds with a two-punch combination, stuffing another one-two left-right number into the cheek. The VIXEN’s speed becomes a significant factor, allowing her to slip in and out of range before Mia can mount an effective counter. Midway through the round, Alexis shimmies her shoulders, and lands a particularly hard right cross straight through the arms and into Mia's temple, causing her to stumble a bit. Sensing another opening, Alexis unleashes a barrage of lefts and rights, battering Mia’s thick torso and arms to push her back towards the ropes. Yet, Mia, ever the warrior, fights back, launching a powerful right hook at the oncoming Ren, who sees it coming just in time to duck and counter with a stinging uppercut that snaps Mia's head back! It finally landed this time, and the last thirty seconds of the round sees both fighters trading blows near the ropes, with Kang mostly hitting the arms and throwing Ren to the side. But the Vixen’s punches are overall crisper, faster, and more numerous, swerving back in to leave Mia a little dazed at the bell. It's clear that Alexis has come back with a vengeance this round, making a statement and winning it on points decisively.

ROUND 3:

It's Mia who takes the initiative, perhaps recognizing that she can't let Alexis build momentum. The opening seconds have Mia establishing her own jab, snapping Alexis's head back repeatedly. Not just content with a jab, Mia incorporates feints, making Alexis second-guess her movements. This strategy creates openings which Mia exploits with precise hooks to both the head and body. Alexis tries to retaliate, throwing jabs and straights of her own. But Mia, showcasing her own agility, ducks and slips past most of them. She seems more grounded this round, using her feet smartly to stay within the pocket but at angles that make her a challenging target. Midway through the round, Mia executes a perfectly-timed bob and weave to avoid a straight right from Alexis. In the split second that Alexis is off-balance, Mia lunges in, sending a crushing left hook to Alexis's ribs, making the younger girl grunt in pain. Sensing Alexis's momentary vulnerability, Mia continues her assault. A quick one-two combination to Alexis's head is followed by a devastating uppercut. Alexis, reeling from the hits, stumbles backward, gloves raised defensively. Mia doesn't let up. But as the bell rings, it's evident that Mia dominated this round. The combination of her aggressive offense and tactical defense showcased her experience and earned her a decisive win on points.

ROUND 4:

There’s a sense of urgency evident in Alexis's movements. She knows she needs to rally after the previous round, and from the first bell, it’s clear she intends to turn the tide. Alexis starts by keeping her distance, circling Mia and utilizing her jab effectively. It's a strategy that keeps Mia at bay, preventing her from setting up her powerful hooks and crosses. Mia, for her part, seems more cautious, perhaps respecting the fact that Alexis's jabs sting more than she lets on. Several times during the round, Alexis lands a good combination on Mia, finding success with a one-two followed by a swift uppercut. However, Mia’s experience shines through, as she's able to deflect the worst of the blows with her gloves, or roll with the punches to reduce their impact. The highlight of the round comes when Alexis feints a left, causing Mia to raise her gloves, only to swiftly pivot and land a solid body shot with her right. The impact is clear, as Mia winces slightly, but she quickly re-establishes her guard, nodding in acknowledgment. Mia, for her part, isn’t entirely on the defensive. She lands several good punches, with a particularly memorable cross catching Alexis flush on the cheek. However, Alexis absorbs the blow well, using the momentum to spin away and reset her stance. Both fighters have moments where they shine, and the crowd is on the edge of their seats, knowing the round could go either way. As the final seconds count down, the two exchange a flurry of punches, neither willing to give an inch. When the bell sounds, it's evident that while Mia had her moments, Alexis edged her out. ROUND 5:

The fighters come out with clear intentions, hands up and heads bobbing, but it’s Alexis who advances on Mia with a newfound aggression. Her eyes dart to Mia's toned midsection, identifying it as the target she needs to focus on. Mia, anticipating a head-on approach, raises her gloves high, expecting a series of jabs and hooks to the face. But Alexis pivots her strategy, instead throwing a series of powerful hooks to Mia's abs. The first couple are absorbed by Mia, who grunts with each impact, but Alexis’s persistence starts to pay off, with each body blow, Mia’s breath audibly knocked out of her. Alexis doesn’t let up. She throws a rapid combination, alternating between lefts and rights, each punch thudding into Mia’s abs. Mia senses her breath hitching and tries to back away, circle out and regain her composure, but Alexis begins to herd her into a corner, pinning her back to the ropes and continuing to wail away at her arms and waistline. Soon, Mia’s arms, initially held high, start to drop, trying to protect her vulnerable midsection. But this leaves her face exposed. Alexis, with a steely glint in her eye, feints another body shot, causing Mia to flinch, and then, with all the torque she can muster, she sends a vicious right hook crashing across Mia's jaw!! Just like that, Mia's eyes roll, her body sways, and then, as if in slow motion, she topples sideways. She crashes to the canvas, landing on her side, her body limp! It’s a KNOCKDOWN for Alexis Ren!!

The referee rushes in, starting the count. "One! Two! Three!" And the audience joins in, with Mia, to her credit, staring to stir, making an attempt to rise. Her hands tremble as they try to push her off the mat, but her body isn’t responding. "Four! Five! Six!" She manages to prop herself on one elbow, but her gaze is distant, unfocused. "Seven! Eight! Nine!" As the referee calls "Ten!", it's clear. Mia can't beat the count! And it’s OVER!

Official Result: Alexis Ren defeats Mia Kang via KO5!

AFTER:

As the referee signals Alexis Ren's victory, the crowd goes wild, the noise echoing throughout the stadium. Alexis doesn’t bother to look down at her defeated opponent, instead, shifting her gaze out to the crowd, searching and then locking onto a familiar face.

With a cocky stride, she makes her way to the ropes, leaning over them and shouting out over the din of the crowd, "Kendall! You see that? That's my 100th win! Think I'm slowing down? Think again!" Pulling herself onto the ropes, she points straight at the cameras, banking on the fact that Jenner might be watching from ringside. "Whether it's my 100th, 200th, or 1000th fight, Jenner," she yells, her voice dripping with defiance, "I'll still kick your ass! Your time's coming, and there's nothing you can do about it!"

The crowd roars, some in support, others in dissent, but the message is clear: the feud between Ren and Jenner is far from over, and the boxing world is in for an epic showdown when the two meet in Dubai in October.

Back in the ring, medical personnel are attending to Mia Kang, ensuring her safety and recovery, while Alexis, still buoyant from her victory, continues her celebration, readying herself for the next leg of the tour in Australia.
