Before:
Welterweight action sees another addition to the classic blonde and brunette rivalry as Lorella Boccia looks to avenge her previous loss to Blake Lively. Boccia under new management after leaving IBB while Lively setting her sights on the hall of fame. The two women enter the press conference and keep their comments brief and they want to get to the actual fight.
“Lorella talks a big game but she hasn’t won anything except for the JMDD title and this isn’t a JMDD fight.” Blake says. “I’m going to put her in her place and prove we are on two different levels.”
Boccia dismisses Lively. “Lively may have more fights but she is on borrowed time. It’s time a new generation of fighters put her in her place.”
Lively the first girl to step out of the back for the fight and the blonde wears a black sports bra with matching trunks and pink gloves for the fight. The blonde shadowboxes as she waits for the brunette. Boccia steps out and the Italian girl wears a silver sports bra with matching trunks and gloves. The two women stare each other down and thump gloves before the bell rings for ten rounds of welterweight action.
Round 1:
Both women familiar with each other and Blake charges out of her corner and slugs a left into the smaller girl’s chest to start the fight. Lorella not afraid to go toe to toe with the blonde and she pounds Lively’s jugs back and the two girls trade blows in the middle of the ring. Lively dips a left into Boccia’s liver and the brunette winces and the blonde takes advantage and pounds two rights into her foe’s ribs. Lorella retreating gloves up as on comes Blake. Lively working her foe’s ribs and she works the brunette back around the ring. Boccia knows she has to stop the punches and the brunette clinches her foe to get the break. Lively continues swinging after Boccia out of the break and the Italian girl dips in close and tags the blonde’s ribs. The bell rings and Blake wins the round on points.
Round 2:
Lively charging out of her corner to start the second round but Boccia is ready for her and the brunette ducks a right and connects with a left to the blonde’s jaw. Blake staggered and Lorella pounds a right into Blake’s chest. Lively on her heels with her gloves up as Lorella turns up the heat and the Italian girl is showing no mercy as she targets the older woman’s body. Lively quick to clinch but Boccia digs in a pair of rights into Blake’s torso before the referee steps in. The round continues and Boccia fakes a right at Lively’s head before tagging her jugs. Lively winces and the blonde manages a weak right of her own into the brunette’s chest. The round ends and Lorella won the round.
Round 3:
Lorella picking up where she left off and she gets in close to Blake and it’s phonebooth boxing to start the third round. Both women trading blows to each others’ jugs and ribs. It’s an even first minute of trades but Lively opens the round up with a left hook in the second minute that sends the brunette backward. Blake with a short right into Lorella’s chin and the brunette looks wobbly! Lorella covering up as Blake hits meaty body blows. Blake getting back to the phonebooth boxing and working on the smaller girl’s body but Lorella keeps on fighting and sinks a thumping left into Blake’s jugs. The blonde girl giving up ground as the brunette shows the power that made her a JMDD champion and the brunette connects with a thumping body blow at the bell and Lively winces as she returns to her corner.
Round 4:
Boccia taking advantage of her blows to end the third and she comes out targeting Lively’s body to start the fourth. Lorella tactically targeting the former lightweight and welterweight champ’s body and the blonde girl’s counters are too late to get the brunette back. Lively stepping back and using her extra height and leg length to get herself extra reach. Boccia wary of the blonde’s reach and feints left. Lively feints with a left of her own and Lorella steps forward straight into a right from Blake. Blonde girl now tagging her foe back but the brunette clinches to force the break. Both women circling and trading blows but neither woman is able to get the upper hand and the round comes to an end.
Round 5:
Lively and Boccia exit their corners quickly and it is a flurry of punches early in the fifth. Lorella scores the first clean hit to her opponent’s face and the blonde girl totters backward. Lorella charging forward and she shoots out a left at Blake’s face but the blow misses and Lively buries leather into the younger woman’s midriff. Blake follows up with a left that snaps Lorella’s head backward and on comes the blonde! Lively working blows into the Italian girl’s flanks and the brunette starts to bend over. Boccia’s guard still protecting her head but the brunette knows she is in trouble and she wraps her arms around Lively with a minute left to get the break. The round continues and Blake feints right and Lorella connects with a left to the blonde’s shoulder but Lively connects with a right hook and Lorella spins to her left! Lively follows and digs in a body blow that bends Boccia over and opens her guard up for a right uppercut to drop the brunette! Lorella crawls to the ropes and grabs a hold of the bottom rope at the count of seven. Lorella looks up at the ref and gets to her knees but she can get no further before the round of ten. Your winner by KO5 Blake Lively!
After:
Lively raising her fists in victory and the blonde parades around the ring. Boccia starting off the year with back to back losses and the Revolution Boxing girl is helped to a stool and is tended to by her medical staff. Lively sneering at Boccia the whole time and the two women make eye contact as Blake gives the younger girl a taunting wave goodbye as she exits the ring.
“I said it before and I will say it again Boccia can’t compete with me.” Blake brags. “Most girls can’t and I know there are plenty of girls who want to prove me wrong but I will tell them the truth. The can’t beat me.”
“I know Blake beat me this time but I am going to get my revenge on her.” Lorella promises. “The FCBA better be ready for a new Lorella.”
