Vanessa Hudgens versus Joey King (AMD Title)

BEFORE:

Pair of brunettes squares off in this battle for the AMD Titles, and the difference in pedigree is apparent. Hudgens is a Hall of Famer and six time Unified Flyweight Champion who held those titles as recently as last month. King, on the other hand, is on her third stable, and, while she's beaten some solid opposition, she's also below .500 career and on a six-fight losing streak. But, none of that bothers Joey, who's brimming with confidence. "I've been in a slump, sure," she says with a shrug. "But, I've proven I can beat people, and tonight, I'm going to beat HER."

'Nessa, on the other hand, clearly believes she's slumming. But, then, when DOESN'T she? "This girl," she says dismissively, "Is NOT in my league, and I'll make quick work of her."

ROUND ONE:

'Nessa bouncin' and misbehavin' early. Joey's got the reach advantage here, but it doesn't matter, because Hudgens is in her element, circling, jabbing, stopping to pop, ranging around the ring, creating openings with her feet that she fills with leather. King working to square, moving well, trying to locate with that left, but she's having very little success doing so. Instead, it's 'Nessa in open ocean, and that's pretty much bad news for any opponent. Late in the round, Hudgens ups the ante, putting together a trio of nice flurries to the head followed by hooks to the abs when Joey raises the guard. At the bell, the Hall of Famer has left no doubt. She's taken it wide to lead 10-9.

ROUND TWO:

More of the same. Vanessa's getting the terms she wants, and that's very bad news for the younger brunette. Joey can't get anything going, because Hudgens is here, there, and everywhere. Meanwhile, the Hall of Famer is working that left, circling, reversing, stopping to put together solid combinations, hooking abs off that left jab. She's controlling the proceedings and piling up both points and punishment as Joey tries to find some offense. She's able to land here and there, but that's all the younger brunette can manage. Final thirty seconds sees 'Nessa turn it up again, sending King backward with some hard flurries and tenderizing abs with hooks. At the bell, Hudgens has it wide again and leads 20-18.

ROUND THREE:

'Nessa in command. Joey looking as out-classed as the six-time champion claimed she was in the pre-fight...BOOM! Right hand, KING and 'Nessa is HURT! Joey finally locates with that jab and then follows with an on-the-button right hand and Hudgens is all WOBBLY BUTT! King quickly over to the offensive, driving all before her and trapping the older woman on the ropes. She goes BODY in a big way, digging those abs as Hudgens keeps the guard high. King going upstairs occasionally, but tenderizing abs almost exclusively. Final thirty seconds sees the ref looking in closely and Hudgens hanging on desperately. 'Nessa makes it to the bell, but King's turned the momentum and taken it wide to cut the lead to 29-28.

ROUND FOUR:

King dominant. 'Nessa still wobbly and Joey's piling on the punishment. Hudgens in full retreat, backing and covering as the younger woman sits down on punches, looks to take her out of there. Joey working mostly upstairs, until she's able to bind the Hall of Famer to the ropes again. When that happens? Time to tenderize abs in a BIG way. She's digging as 'Nessa keeps the guard high and hangs on. Hudgens tying up, but King shoving her off, going right back to work. Again, the ref looking in closely as King batters the champion, but, again, 'Nessa's doing enough to keep him at bay to the bell. When it rings, Joey's pitched a shutout and evened things at 38.

ROUND FIVE:

More Joey. Hudgens in retreat from the beginning of the round. All the damage of the last two clearly having taken their toll. 'Nessa's still buzzed, and King is taking full advantage, pouring on the punishment as she backs the older brunette up again and again. This time, though, 'Nessa's able to stay off the ropes, and, as the round goes on, solidify her front. Last minute sees Hudgens firing back, giving as good as she gets. It's much too late to matter for the fifth, but at least the champion's out of the woods, for now. When the bell rings, there's no question, however, that King's taken it wide and pulled into her first lead of the night, 48-47.

ROUND SIX:

Ladies fighting on fairly even terms for the first time in the bout. Hudgens may not have the legs for the bouncin' and misbehavin', because she's boxing with instead. She's still moving, head, hands, and feet, but no longer using the jab and circle. King squaring up, landing hard right hands and GETTING ROCKED BY A THREE-PUNCH COMBINATION! 'Nessa puts together a PERFECTLY-timed flurry and JOEY IS HURT. King stumbling backward and DOWN SHE GOES AFTER A VICIOUS RIGHT HOOK FROM 'NESSA! Hudgens STALKING to a neutral corner, eyes as hard as you can imagine. King, eyes a flutter, on her back, staring up at the referee as the numbers get bigger. She can't beat it! It passes her by and it's OVER! And your winner by KO6 and STILL AMD Champion is Vanessa Hudgens!

AFTER: Vanessa immediately storms over to a dazed Joey as Hudgens smirks, "King, it's time to meet the best set of abs in the entire flyweight division." as she goes to shove her foe back up against the turnbuckle. Gazing down at her with a smile playing across her lips, in stark contrast to the horrified and dazed look across her foe's features. Leaning forward as she goes to scrub her tummy back and forth, grinding her sweaty abs down as she enjoys the muffled shouts from Joey. Slapping her abs back and forth into a dazed King's face as she listens to the cries growing louder and first, then settling into a dazed moaning as she calls for a microphone. "Are you done, Joey?" as she holds the microphone down to her abs with a snicker, with a muffled whimper the only response. Vanessa snickers as she brings the microphone up, "That's what I thought. You're right where you belong - tasting my abs, just like those other jealous bytches who think they are in my league. Like over-the-hill Natalie, that loser Lily, backstabber Avril or that cow Camila, who I am going to absolutely RUIN next month." Stepping back as she looks to the camera, taking a moment to pat her abs as she points to her belly button, "Cami - you'll be kissing right there, crying right there, apologizing right there and acknowledging I have the best abs right there." as she then blows a kiss to a slumped over Joey before sauntering out of the ring!
