BEFORE:

"It's time for me to get management again," says Chiara with a smile. "And what better way to prove I belong than to take out Winter?"

"Chiara's dangerous," Ariel admits with a nod, "But, not as dangerous as I am."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Back at ringside and that's 'Like A Soccer Mom' by Ski Mask The Slump God..."

McCarthy: "Who mask the what now? Where does Weirdo GET this stuff?"

O'Dell (sighing): "And here comes Italian beauty Chiara Nasti!"

Cassie: "Nasti a girl who's beaten some good fighters, both at flyweight and JMD. Definitely a challenge for Ariel..."

O'Dell: "Chiara into the ring and helped off with the robe, and the crowd loving the brunette in that black and white checked number she's chosen. And, that's 'I Knew You Were Trouble' you hear behind us, but not Taylor's version. Instead, it's the cover by the young lady headed to the ring right now, Ariel 'Dangerous Curves' Winter!"

Tess: "Winter's been close to the top of the Front Street flyweight division for some time, but she hasn't been able to break through and grab a title, and she now finds herself behind not only Stewart but Eilish. She can definitely use a win tonight..."

O'Dell: "Ariel into the ring and helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve, and she'd got the crowd popping in that curve-hugging white number she likes. Ladies about ready. Time for some picks. Tess likes Ariel. Mac?"

McCarthy: "Nasti actually HAS FCBA wins. She'll beat this tomato can!"

O'Dell: "Cassie?"

Cassie: "I agree with Tess!"

O'Dell: "There's the bell. Not a ,lot of artifice right now, as the two brunettes simply meet in the center of the ring and get after it, banging away at one another. Winter getting the better of it, backing up the Italian with some hard shot..."

McCarthy: "Nasti has reach. Needs to use it."

O'Dell: "Having no success doing that at the moment. Winter's stepping to, getting off in combination, backing the taller woman up, working some body, and even a little rack. Chiara on the back foot and can't get off it at the moment..."

Tess: "These are exactly the terms Winter wants."

O'Dell: "She's definitely in control at the moment. Good right hand by Winter backs Nasti up again. Chiara has been in retreat the entire round, and she's going to stay that way right to the bell. Not close in the first. Ariel."

Cassie: "And Winter grabs the 10-9 lead."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Second begins with more of the same, except that Chiara is determined to hold canvas now and WE'VE GOT A FIREFIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING! American and Italian letting the hands go, both trying to impose will here..."

Cassie: "Some BOMBS being traded right now..."

O'Dell: "And, everyone able to take the punishment and keep firing back. GOOD right by Nasti backed Winter up a step, but Ariel right back in her grill, banging some body now as Chiara goes rack in response. Fast and furious action here..."

McCarthy: "This is REAL JMD!"

O'Dell: "We're down under fifteen seconds remaining in the second, and, while there's been plenty of action, nobody's been able to establish any kind of control. ANOTHER sharp exchange and there's the bell. Very close. Chiara."

Tess: "And, we're even at 19."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Third underway and the brunettes are right back at it and NASTI LANDS A RIGHT HAND THAT STAGGERS WINTER! Chiara winging away now, driving Winter back and DROPPING HER WITH A STRAIGHT RIGHT!"

McCarthy: "JUST like I said!"

O'Dell: "Chiara to a neutral corner. Winter down on her back in the middle of the ring. Count at three. Four. Five. Ariel sitting up at six. Seven. Eight. Ariel to her feet. Ref going to give her the mandatory and wave on Chiara..."

Tess: "Still plenty of time for Nasti..."

O'Dell: "Sure is, and she's winging away with both hands, driving Winter into the ropes and then going body and rack in a BIG way. Ariel keeping the guard high, tying up, jabbing back in spots, doing just enough to keep the ref at bay. Final seconds ticking away...and there's the bell. Huge 10-8 round for Nasti."

Cassie: "And, Chiara pulls into a 29-27 lead."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "Fourth begins with Nasti pushing the issue. Winter still wobbly, and the Italian taking advantage of that, backing up the American with hard, accurate shot. Ariel willing to give ground, work in counter here, as she plays for time."

McCarthy: "Nasti needs to finish right now..."

O'Dell: Chiara definitely trying to do exactly that, but Ariel keeping the guard high, defending well, countering in spots, seemingly shaking the worst of the damage, at least for the moment. Nasti in control though, piling up points and punishment..."

Cassie: "Definitely getting the better of things."

O'Dell: "We're down to twenty seconds remaining in the fourth. Nasti's been in control throughout, and that's not going to change in the final seconds. Nice combination from Chiara, and there's the bell. Nasti and wide in the fourth."

Tess: "And, Chiara now leads 39-36."

ROUND FIVE:

O'Dell: "Fifth begins with Nasti pushing forward, backing up Winter and then EATING A RIGHT HAND FROM ARIEL! Vicious counter from the American and Chiara is RUMBLIN', STUMBLIN', FUMBLIN' around the ring!"

Tess: "Ariel over to the offensive in a big way..."

O'Dell: "She's backing Chiara up with heavy fire, trapping her on the ropes and GOING RACK IN A BIG WAY. Chiara keeping the elbows tight and the guard high, crouching, Winter banging ribs and then DROPPING NASTI WITH A RIGHT HOOK!"

Cassie: "That might be it..."

O'Dell: "Chiara down on her right side parallel to the ropes. Winter to a neutral corner. Referee's count at three. Four. Five. Nasti pushing to her left forearm and haunch at six, trying to grab the bottom rope. Seven. Eight. Pulling to her knees at nine. TEN! It's OVER. Chiara still trying to climb the ropes as the count passes her by and it's OVER and your winner by KO5 is Ariel 'Dangerous Curves' Winter!"

McCarthy: "Lucky punch!"

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I have our winner, Ariel WInter, and, Ariel, very physical in there..."

Ariel (nodding): "Knew it would be. But, that's my game. If you try to play that with me, well. You're going to end up where Chiara did."

Tess: "So, what does the rest of 2024 look like for you?"

Ariel: "I'm looking for gold, Tess. That's the plan. Beach. JMD. Fly. Ice Hotel. Don't care. The plan is gold!"
