Lily-Rose Depp vs Julia Wieniawa

BEFORE: The Polish Beauty stable has big plans for Julia Wieniawa this season but some pundits question whether Lily-Rose Depp is anything more than a low-hanging fruit which doesn't really fit the development demand. However she has the HBO contract support so finding takers for the extra cash doesn't defy the conventional logic whatsoever. Word is Julia wants a piece of some of these established soap opera veterans but she really needs to make a statement against Miss Depp tonight or else she might end up as "go-to-target" for the next crop of divisional upstarts.
Lily-Rose Depp wears a white bikini set & light blue gloves. Long blonde hair tied in a braid. Julia Wieniawa wears a pink bikini set & black gloves. Long dark brown hair tied in a half-up ponytail. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the flyweight division.
Round 1:
Lily-Rose tries to neutralize the expected slugging charge and delivers a speedy uppercut blast to hold her own in the opening minute but she lacks that essential power supply and gets beaten over the top down the stretch when Julia realizes she doesn't have to worry about the blonde's punching skills. The tape doesn't lie and while Lily-Rose has the right mindset for this kind of action, the physical aspect leaves her trailing once her opponent is able to simply land the desired combo on target. Julia uses the blonde's face as target practice come the final minute but some fans admire Depp's courage. She gets outworked to the point of looking out of her league again but she doesn't back off and even lands one low shot into the brunette's exposed stomach to claim it's not exactly a whitewash in progress here.
Round 2:
Julia smacks the blonde with another overhand series and takes off from there gashing the younger actress from both flanks until a booming right hook cuts Lily-Rose across the nasal ridge and sinks her into noticeable spasms. Ugh! The HBO free agent tries to swing back from behind the guard but Wieniawa cashes in on the proverbial red mist instead and pummels the lacklustre foe back to the ropes where she tries to deliver that slam dunk combo alas she just can't quite find that elusive punch. Depp survives the onslaught but barely throws a one-two punch back until she manages to clinch the frustrated Pole who struggles to shake off the stalemate and the referee decides to let it pass as well. Lily lands a couple of kidney shots to see out the round and this makes the Polish camp even more frustrated during the interval.
Round 3:
Julia bangs away in close range and clips Lily-Rose's chin a couple of times to wobble her on the heels before another right cross squashes the nostrils and causes immediate blood spillage that freezes the blonde in the center of the ring... look out... a left hook nails Depp on the ear moments later and DOWN SHE GOES amid a loud ovation from the Cardiff audience. Ugh! HBO promotional money goes down the drain one more time as Lily-Rose simply can't shake off the piledriver punch and only sits up at seven looking shaken up beyond repair. The merciless count is a formality and the bookies would be better off scratching Lily from future bets anyway. KO3 Julia Wieniawa!!!
AFTER: The Polish actress passed the test but she needs to step up the food chain if anyone is set to consider her a true contender. Word is Georgia May Foote might be next on the menu and that is an upgrade over the lacklustre Ms Depp whose HBO contract puzzles several BBU TV pundits but maybe the league needs a tomato can with a glamour name like that after all.
