Intro:
We kick off this year's Boxermania event with a battle of youth against experience. The debuting Chicago native Skye Blue has had a quick rise in the wrestling world through AEW in the past two years. Across the ring from her will stand the legend Trish Stratus, the Canadian was one of the earliest wrestlers in the FCBA universe. Can the pioneer roll the years back to defeat the upstart?

Before the fight the FCBA Networks Alicia Atout was on hand to talk to both fighters in their locker rooms. First she spoke to Skye Blue, who was wearing a black hoodie, matching denim jeans and black boots. Alongside her is her friend Julia Hart with her brimmed black hat, a black dress and heels as both glare at Alicia interrupting whatever they were talking about.

Skye steps up to Alicia so they are inches apart as Alicia looks uncomfortable. Skye telling Alicia "you know it's not wise to disrupt what we are doing." Julia smirking as she comes up to the right side of Alicia, who switches looking at both with a visible gulp.

Both Julia and Skye laugh as they take a step back from the interviewer. Skye says "I'll keep this simple. I am here to beat that old witch down and to show that the new era is here, next year you'll see Julia and this year you get to see me dominant what should be done in the ring. Trish is a relic." Laughing as they wave Alicia out the room. Alicia quick to take the offer as she rushes out.

Next Alicia heads into Trish's locker room to see the veteran former WWE women's champion warming up with stretches as she wears a pink tank top and pink booty shorts. Trish grinning as she unlike her opponent wants Alicia in with her so she can talk.

"Alicia what a lucky day for you. You get to be in the presence of true greatest, before we start you should tell me how thankful you are" Trish says. Alicia looks thrown off till Trish waves at her to say it. Making Alicia say "thank you."

"Good, you see all the women on this card should thank me. If not for me the FCBA wouldn't have given them the time of day. I am the catalyst for all of this. Skye whatever her name is will give me thanks after I defeat her" says a confident Trish. Nodding to Alicia to see herself out before she goes back to stretching.

The crowd inside the Lincoln Financial Field stadium in Philadelphia are buzzing to get the show started. Green and silver fireworks go off around the top of the stadium as the crowd roar.

Now down to business as first out comes Skye with Julia and her coach behind her. Skye has her theme music playing as she blows a kiss to the crowd with a wink. Climbing into the ring moments later wearing a black sports bra, matching trunks, gloves, with black sneakers and her hair tied into a ponytail. She smirks as she leans back against the turnbuckles of her corner with a dismissive look up the aisle.

Trish's music plays as she begins her walk to the ring wearing a white T-shirt with "thank you Trish" in big black letters with her badge behind it. Trish getting a mixed response as she certainly is full of herself now. She climbs onto the ring apron and gets help taking her shirt off to reveal a silver sports bra, matching trunks, shoes and gloves, hair in a ponytail too. Trish bows after getting into the ring and tells the fans "you are lucky to see me" waving for them to say thank you to her but getting boos.

The fighters walk to the middle of the ring as Skye looks over Trish with a Solent malicious stare. Trish on the other hand is telling Skye how blessed she is to get a first hand experience of her brilliance. There is only a quick swipe of gloves as these two wanna get started now. Back in their corners, the bell rings to start 10 rounds of bantamweight action.

Round 1:
Trish starting off behind a crisp jab, ramming it flush into the forehead of Skye as the youngster looks to close the distance early on. The Chicago girl dipping down more to dodge and land a few two punch combos around the torso of Trish, testing how well the legends abs do under any pressure now.

After a closely fought opening minute; Trish opens up more on Skye but gets caught over the top with a looping left onto her chin to twist her head. Skye sees the chance to pressure her veteran opponent to the ropes. Crowd roaring as both women exchange. Trish though looking pissed off as she is the one being out worked here, maybe thinking Skye should let her reset herself to show thanks for her career.

Pushing Skye off as they head into the final thirty seconds. Trish dances on her toes away from the ropes. Skye showing her youth by trying to keep on top of Trish, getting caught though coming in with several clean shots to her face to cause a few marks to show. At the bell Skye has her hands on her hips grinning cockily at Trish. Who tells her "don't get too cocky little girl" before they return to their corners.

Round 2:
Starting to double up her jab more; Trish is moving to the left side of Skye, hoping to keep her at range. Skye again digs some straight shots to the body of Trish to make her grunt. A right hook to the cheek of Skye makes her think as she tried to move in closer and Trish read it perfectly.

While Skye is having some success getting in closer at times. Trish is reading her movements better now and is hammering in punches to dissuade the young woman. A left hook opens Skye up to a straight on her nose. Skye finding herself being pushed back onto her heels as Trish now is landing more punches in bunches to knock her head backwards.

Holding onto Trish in a clinch; Skye is taunted by the older woman. They are broken up with Skye coming back at Trish as they are ordered to fight. Both exchanging in tight as the crowd is hyped for this. Trish looks ready to curse herself when the bell rings, not happy with letting Skye back in there. Skye taps her toes in her corner as she sits, staring daggers at Trish.

Round 3:
Trish starting off strong again as Skye is getting a little too one dimensional. Skye coming straight at Trish, which at times leads to some hard fought exchanges but predominantly is ending up with Skye being smacked clean onto her face by straight shots to keep her back. Skye hissing "come on bytch" to show some frustration, making Trish taunt her as she waves Skye in with her left glove.

Things get a little scruffy as Skye charges in. They end up clinched up and grappling into the ropes cursing each other. The referee breaks them up with both scowling at the other as this is brewing into a grudge fight. Skye taps her gloves together before they resume with some heated exchanges around the middle of the ring.

Trish lands a right cross into the face of Skye to cause blood to trickle from her left nostril. The Canadian legend pushes Skye into a neutral corner. Where Skye covers up as Trish looks to unload on her in the final twenty seconds. Trish telling Skye "f**king respect me you little bytch" as she wants to make a point.

At the end of the round Skye pushes out the corner to get into Trish's face. They push into each other as the crowd whistles and cheers. Skye heard yelling "make me!" As Trish looks ready to push her. The referee gets between them to order them back to their corners. They both do with sweat starting to come off their brows. Skye gets her nose patched up as she is told off Julia to humiliate Trish.

Round 4:
Skye is trying hard to close that distance quicker, she keeps leaving her guard too open though. Trish slamming in several clean shots to the face of Blue to ironically make her cheeks go reddish. Skye lands a looping right though to the jaw of Trish to twist her head before stepping inside to work the ribs of the older fighter.

Pushing Skye off her; Trish lands a straight square into the face of her foe before a left hook onto her ear. Trish starting to pin down Skye into the ropes after landing a three punch combo to her face. Julia is yelling at Skye to stop being weak, clearly trying to get into the friend of her ally to make her fight back. Trish though tells Julia to f**k off. Digging in a right hook to the tits of Skye to prove a point.

But with under a minute to go; Skye catches Trish with a sneaky uppercut to knock her head back. The Skye fans roaring as they see their girl hammer back Trish across the ring to the other set of ropes. Skye showing her smarts by switching her targets quickly when Trish blocks one avenue of attack. The round ends with Skye yelling at Julia "that look weak to you!" As she marches to her corner, Julia simply smirks. Trish meanwhile shakes her head for a moment before returning to her stool.

Round 5:
Fired up as she comes out her corner; Skye is starting to move her upper body more to dodge and land her own shots. Trish still lands some nice meaty hits at times but Skye is definitely landing more of her own now in the first minute. A straight to the chin of Trish snapping her head back as Skye is grinning.

A left hook crashes onto the ribs of Trish before a right hook on her chin as Skye is gaining plenty of momentum now. Stratus finding herself bullied back into her own corner as Blue is laying her shots in, digging her toes into the canvas as she swings away. Clinching up with Skye to slow her down as Trish for the first time this fight looks worried.

They are split up with Trish boxing more defensively to try to hold off Skye. It isn't long though before she misses with a jab and takes a harpoon like right into her stomach to make her gasp. Trish being hammered around her head and body as she tries to shell up. The bell rings to maybe save Trish as Skye asks "that too much for you old lady?" To make Trish push her to the face with her left glove. Referee risking their health getting between these two Hellcats as this has certainly become a hate fuelled fight.

Round 6:
Trish still looks a little sore from the last round, not throwing her punches with as much spark behind them. Skye is taking her chances to close in early, a left hook on the chin of the blonde opens her up to a right into her abs. Trish trying to push off Skye to create space. SKYE MOVES ON HER LEFT FOOT TO TWIST TO OPEN HERSELF UP TO LAND A RIGHT HOOK FLUSH INTO THE LIVER AREA OF TRISH! WHO GOES DOWN TO HER KNEES!

Skye mockingly skipping to the neutral corner as she turns and says "that all you got Trish?" To show disdain for the legend. 1....2....3... Trish is sucking in air as she spits out her gumshield. 4....5....6... Trish rubbing her stomach to try to numb the pain. 7....8... She pushes gingerly to her feet to the delight of her fans. Skye looks annoyed, especially after Trish raises her fists, she has to get a new gumshield before they are allowed to fight, giving Trish a little extra time to recover as Trish using every piece of the play book here.

They are ordered to fight on with Trish trying to land a counter shot to turn this fight around. Instead a straight lands onto her lips before a left hook hammers into her ribs to make her howl. Trish ends up pinned onto the ropes. SHE IS SITTING ON THE MIDDLE ROPE AS SKYE HAMMERS HER BODY! IN COMES THE TOWEL FROM THE VETERANS CORNER BEFORE MOST LIKELY THE REFEREE STEPPED IN ANYWAY!

Winner Skye Blue TKO Round 6

After:
Skye gets her debut off to a great start with the victory. Of course her and Julia are more interested in humiliating Trish then doing anything else right now as Julia slides under the ropes where Trish is to stand to the right of Skye. Who asks Trish "should I be thanking you for being my punch bag?" In a mocking tone. Trish's eyes going wide as she knows they are not simply going to let her go back to her corner.

Off come Sky's gloves before Julia grabs Trish's hair and spits her black mist into the face of Trish. Who cries out as she is blinded for the time being. They drag Trish down to her back and take turns stomping her stomach as Trish cries out. Boos ring out as this is going too far. The referee tries to step in but is pushed back, so we know both of these women will be getting fined after this.

Trish curls up holding her stomach as Skye gloats over her. The winner placing her right foot on the cheek of Trish as she has her arms out to her side. Making it clear to all that fight her that she isn't here to make friends, respect anyone, she is simply here to kick ass and take names.

Skye doesn't even bother getting her hand raised by the referee, instead leaving the ring with Julia after making her point. Skye's coach doesn't look too pleased by what they did but they probably don't want to lose the pay check by arguing with them. Skye has certainly sent a message for her future here in the FCBA.

While Trish finally gets helped by the ringside doctor and her coach. Tears streaming down her cheeks to the canvas as this is the worst beatdown she has had in a long while. The crowd applaud her when she is helped to her feet. Trish nods her thanks but this is certainly not how she expected tonight to turn out.

Out the ring goes Trish with help. It would be sad if this is how Trish's time in the ring ended. She showed her skills to control the middle part of the fight and her toughness to fight on when most might stay down. Time doesn't play nice though and it is catching up to Trish whether she likes it or not.
