Round 1 Diletta Leotta comes out swinging, a series of jabs marking her aggressive strategy. She's tagging Rachel Cook's face and body, setting the pace of the match. Cook rethinks her approach as she realizes she doesn't have the height advantage she may have counted on. Leotta is clearly ahead as the round ends, edging Cook out on points, but it's close folks.

In Round 2, Rachel Cook comes back with a vengeance. She's dodging Leotta's attempts with ease, her head movements crisp. Cook closes the distance, her blows thudding into Leotta’s midsection. As the seconds tick down, Cook unleashes a punishing combination right to Leotta's chest, drawing a wince from the British sportscaster. It’s clear as the bell rings that Rachel Cook has dominated the round.

Round 3 sees the fighters' intensity ramp up. Leotta, feeling the sting of the attack on her breasts, wants payback. They’re brawling toe-to-toe now. Leotta nails an uppercut, landing squarely on Cook's right boob. You can see the pain in Cook's gritted teeth. No sooner recovered, Cook smashes a cross into Leotta’s right bosom. SMACK! The sound echoes. THWUP! THWUP! Diletta gets her own back with rapid fire. THWAK! Cook retaliates with a sickening close-quarters barrage. Both fighters eventually ease up, mutually agreeing to a truce on the painful chest punches. Leotta clinches the round, her points just barely surpassing Cook’s.

The fight in Round 4 switches up tactics. No longer focusing on chest shots, Cook is targeting Leotta’s abs. OOF! Cook’s right hook drives into Leotta, but her punch bounces off of her hard abs. Leotta answers with a brutal uppercut to Cook’s own tummy. WOOF! Cook bends, winded, fighting to keep her dominance. Cook throws a massive punch, like a car crash, deep into Leotta's belly. Leotta doubles over, and Cook edges out another close victory.

Round 5, rolls in. Leotta’s experience begins to shine through. Cook is visibly exhausted, breathing hard, her movements betraying her pain. Diletta Leotta still blue eyes and sunny, fresh and focused. She hammers Cook with jabs and crosses to the body and chest. Cook's defense is scattered; she's slow to counter. In the second minute, Diletta Leotta lands a crushing right cross and down goes Cook! The ref counts diligently... but it's over. Cook can’t make the count, and Leotta wins this bout by knockout in the fifth!
