BEFORE
Katherine Heigl is at the podium. As usual Theron is in her dressing room watching Heigl on the closed circuit TV.
Heigl. “I joined a stable in 2003. I had already won the Unified Middleweight Title. In the next couple years I won both the Unified Lightweight title and the Welterweight title. I thought I should be the Queen of the stable, but the owners had a favorite and anytime a chance for a title came up, the fight went to their little favorite Charlize, despite the fact that I had taken the lightweight title from her. I complained and I was told management didn’t think I was fighting up to par and they suggested that I train with Charlize. I refused, but said I would fight her, so a fight was arranged. In one of the middle rounds of that fight, after the bell rang for the round, Charlize simply walked over to me like she was walking on the street with her hands at her side. She stopped right in front of me and said “take your best shot, it is all you are going to get” I was enraged and hit her with everything I had. She went down, I was shocked when she made it to her feet before the ten count was she was in no shape to fight. I got her against the ropes and spent the best two minutes of my life turning her into an absolute unrecognizable wreck until the referee stopped the destruction. I joined another stable, but the word was around that I was difficult to deal with and I haven’t gotten many fights like just three in the last six years and lost them because I don’t get any training time or time sparring. Tonight, they are going to take the great Theron back to her dressing room on a stretcher like they did in her last fight. I may not be Kate Upton, but the FCBA is going to know that Heigl is back”
In Theron’s dressing room Kate asks “Is that true about you walking up to her with your hands at you side and telling her to hit you as hard as she could”
Charlize “Yes that happened’
Kate “what were you thinking”
Charlize “that was many years ago,”
Kate “You shouldn’t be fighting this soon after our fight” It’s only a week since we fought.
Charlizes “You fought Ferguson two days after we fought”
Kate “I didn’t suffer a horrible beating or have you forgotten? I’m worried about you? First it was Torrie Wilson, then me.
Charlize: “You know I am really tired of everybody bringing up Torrie. She’s good and beat me end of story, so please stop talking about that one fight. As for as this fight, Heigl and I have a history. She saw our fight, that’s why she challenged. She knows you beat the stuffing out of me and I am going to be an easy win. She needs a win desperately. I had to take the fight or she would make a big deal out of me “ducking” her”

THE FIGHT. The two meet in the center of the ring. Heigl is is a black bikini with black gloves and bootS, hair is in a bun at the back of her head. Theron is in her usual red bikini, red gloves and boots, her hair in a pony tail. The referee explains the rules which Charlize is heard 486 times. Charlize extends her hands to touch gloves, but Heigl turns her back and heads to her corner

Round1. The two meet in the center of the ring. Charlize as usual pushes out a right jab. but it slides by Katherine’s head and in response she catches Charlize with two left jabs knocking her head back. Before Theron can recover, Heigl lands a right to the body and a left hook to the chin. She sends Charlize back to the ropes with a left cross, then a right. Charlize starts to throw a right cross but is stopped by a right to her face. Katherine keeps Charlize on the ropes with right to the body and left to the side of Theron’s head. Charlize knows she is in trouble and has to get off the ropes. As Heigl sinks a right into her stomach, Charlize lands an overhand right to Katherine forehead sending her back a couple step and Charlize is able to get off the ropes and into the center of the ring. Heigl meets her and the two exchange punches. Heigl gets the better of it as Charlize lands a right to the head while Heigl catches the great blonde with a hard left to the body and then buckles Theron’s legs with a right hook to the chin. A right cross sends Theron reeling back to the ropes. Heigl pursues, but the round ends before she can deliver further punishment, Heigl’s corner is upbeat while there is concern in Theron’s. Kate tells Charlize she looked terrible. She shouldn’t have taken this fight so soon after ours. “I don’t need to tell you to stay off the ropes. Use those legs, move more and use that jab”

Round 2. At the bell, Theron is quickly out of her corner. She meets Heigl with a couple right jabs and spins away. Charlize is going to use those legs. It’s hit and run. Charlize closes again. She catches Katherine with a right jab, then a left cross followed by a right. Heigl responds with a round house fight that hits nothing but empty space as Chalize has moved on. Once again Theron moves in with another right jab-left cross combination. but this time she doesn’t get out quickly enough. Heigl snaps her head back with a right hook, then a hard left to the midsection and another right hook to the chin. Charlize finally manages to put space between them. She’s not hurting Heigl. but she is piling up the points. Heigl is getting frustrated and can be heard saying “I came to fight. What did you come to do?” Theron just smiles and darts back in with an overhead right to Heigl’s forehead, but she is slow moving out and Heigl rips a pair of hooks to the great blonde’s midsection and a hard right hook to the jaw that sends Theron back to the ropes. Heigl lands a couple more to the midsection and hooks to Theron’s chin. She has her pinned against the ropes as the round ends’

Round 3. Katherine is going to take the movement technique away from Charlize. At the bell she darts out of her corner catching Charlize just feet from her corner. Chalize flings out a right cross that misses and Heigl is inside Theron’s guard, After a left-right to the midsection, Heigl lands a right to the head, then a left, another right, a second left. The crowd is stirring as they see Heigl having Theron stacked up on the ropes and pounding away. Somehow, Theron is able to land an uppercut that send Heigl back a couple steps and she is able to get off the ropes and with those legs, she is back into the center of the ring. Heigl’s bombardment doesn’t seem to have slowed Theron down. Once again she is darting in, landing a couple punches and is back out. Charlize does it again this time. It was one time to many as Heigl has her perfectly timed and catches Theron with an uppercut that stops her in her tracks. Katherine, once again has Theron on the ropes and goes to work punching Theron’s head back and fourth. The crowd senses that this is the end for Theron. They are wrong as the bell saves the GOAT. In her corner Chalize is listening to Kate Upton who tells her. Heigl was able to time her because she was moving in and out. She needs to move horizontally more.

Round 4. At the bell, Theron surprises Heigl by moving parallel to the ropes instead of coming at her. Heigl follows, but Theron changes direction. A full minute passes without a punch being thrown. Suddenly, Charlize changes direction and comes straight at Katherine with an overhand right to the forehead. Theron then lands punch after punch to the head and then the midsection and back to the head. She has Heigl on the ropes. Charlize steps up the power. The pro-Heigl crowd is yelling for Heigl to get off the ropes. That’s easier said then done, but Heigl drops into a slight crouch and comes at Theron ramming her head into Theron’s jaw sending her back a couple steps. Heigl closes to try and finish her opponent, but it “ain’t’ going to happen as Charlize lands a right between her eyes and the a couple crosses have Heigl hurt and moving unsteadily. Charlize is on the offense, but the bell rings That first minute may have cost Theron the bout. In Theron’s corner, Kate tells Charlize, she is close to a knockout but don’t rush it and make a costly mistake because Heigl has proven she is a big hitter

Round 5. At the bell, both head to the middle of the ring. Charlize lands a right jab to Katherine’s face, then another and another. She has Heigl back on the ropes. Charlize lets loose with a big overhand right that slides by Heigl’s head. Katherine then lands a right uppercut to Theron’s chin sending her staggering back. Katherine fakes a right to the chin instead drives a left into Theron’s midsection. Charlize keeps her guard up and Heigl rips left and rights into her opponent’s body. It’s now Theron whose back is against the ropes. She starts to drop her guard to ward off the damage being done to her body. Heigl straightens her up with a hook and then unleashes a punch to Theron’s solar plexus. She hears the breath escaping from Charlizes lungs. Heigl thinks she has Theron ready to go. Charlize slightly doubled over is perpendicular to the ropes with one hand on the top rope and the other protecting her face. She’s offering a different target to Heigl. One that has less of a chance of a KO punch. Heigl steps back and looks at Charlize sizing up the best place for a fight ending punch, but Charlize moves on the ropes while maintaining her defensive posture as the round ends. In Theron’s corner Kate tells Charlize “I told you don’t rush it and you did and see what happened. You almost lost this fight. Now she thinks she has you ready for the kill. I think she is going to be overconfident. At the bell run from her for about thirty seconds then go after her. You will probably be in the center of the ring. Go toe to toe. Either you are going to win or get KOed. You got the advantage in that right hand use it”

Round 6. At the bell, Charlize does what Kate advised. She moved away from Heigl making her chase Charlize. Charlize moves to the center of the ring and simply waves Katherine in. This is what Heigl has been waiting for. They meet and the slugging begins. The crowd is on it’s feet yelling for Heigl to finish it Both heads are being punched back and forth. This can’t last. Suddenly the fight is over. Heigl caught the full power of Theron’s right coming off her hip. The crowd moaned as the punch landed. Charlize stepped back and looked at her opponent stretched out on her back. Charlize “want some more? Just get up. I guess not’ and she heads to her corner looking out at the crowd and listening to the count. When they hear ten, Kate and Tess give Charlize a hug

AFTER. Charlize and Kate are at the press table. Charlize: “Katherine & my relations go back a long way, We were both lightweight members of Kim’s Krushers and each title fight had to have fighter allotted, not only she and I but also Jovovich, Loken and Keibler, so the competition was fierce, We all stayed friends except for Katherine. When the Krusher’s were closed by the Commissioner, she joined another stable, but her reputation of being hard to deal with hurt her, I’m afraid this may have been her last fight. I was surprised by her challenge. She had been relatively inactive, but she thought some big bully named Kate had destroyed me Well, not quite
