INTRO:

Alica Schmidt had just been signed and she was feeling more confident than ever. She's sitting at one win and two losses, and her ring time had been limited. Gigi Hadid, on the other hand, had plenty of experience, but not much success going by her win ratio. But that didn't stunt Gigi's confidence at all as in the brief pre-match comments she said, "I'm about to show why they should have signed me instead! Alica Schmidt is a nobody, and she's got no potential! Her only talent is RUNNING. And I'll leave her running after this!"

The German Alica looked noticeably annoyed, but she kept her cool and replied, "We'll see who's running when we get in the ring." It was the only comment she felt she needed to make now. The cold line was enough for Knockout Artist Productions, who typically likes when their girls play up for drama. But there was some charisma in Alica Schmidt, if her boxing could back up her badass talk.

When it came time, both women approached the ring. When Gigi disrobed, she was in a yellow, leopard print bikini that clung to her body. Alica, on the other hand, wore a pink, stingy sports bra and black shorts that clung to her muscular frame and showed off her thick thighs and her narrow, chiseled abs as well. As their gloves were fixed on by their respective coaches, Gigi couldn't help but yell, "Run away now, Alica! Before you run away crying!" Alica only gave a narrowed glare in response, not humoring Hadid's blustering.

Round 1:

The bell sounded and both women squared off. They both felt each other out at first, with neither giving an inch for a very slow start to this competition. It wasn't necessarily exciting for the crowd, and Gigi Hadid was getting a little impatient. As a result, she went and made a big jab that Alica was able to duck and slam a jab of her own into Gigi's gut! The blond instantly went back on the defensive, scowling at once. This gave her the thunder to really heat things up. She swung a hook towards Alica's head, grazing the German as she stumbled, and then she raced forward with a couple body blows. Schmidt returned with a big uppercut and then started striking back, trying to get Gigi back towards the corner as she laid into her with hooks to the midsection and then a battering of jabs to the face. Gigi tried to block, but as she got into the corner, the bell had sounded, with Alica having barely gotten ahead this round.

Round 2:

Gigi Hadid was fired up this time, not liking how the last round left off. It was surprising to Alica, who wasn't ready for the shift in style. A shot to the breadbasket made her wheeze, and then an uppercut followed as she leaned into it, staggering backwards towards the ropes. Gigi came in with haymaker, catching Alica in the ear and Schmidt desperately went for a clinch to slow this down. A few body blows resulted for Schmidt before the referee forced a break. Alica, after that split, came back and threw a cross into the side of Hadid's face, and then got her on the defensive, only for Gigi to blast her in the head with a big jab right to the nose! Schmidt's eyes were wide from that one, and she managed to duck the next haymaker that came, clinching once more. This one lasted to the end of the round.

Round 3:

Schmidt had to change tactics after that last round. She didn't like it at all. And so she got on the defensive once more and said she'd commit to attacking Hadid when she was opened up. Gigi over extended after Alica blocked a cross and then sent a cross of her own to Gigi's cheek! The American yelped in response, and then Schmidt continued to lay on a flurry of punches to the midsection, blasting away and trying to give Gigi no time to breath. Hadid got her break after slamming a fist into the side of Schmidt's head, only for Alica to fire back with one of her own. The two exchanged blows after that, with Alica easily getting the best of them. And then the bell sounded, forcing a break.

Round 4:

Gigi Hadid looked livid now, opposing this attempt from Alica to beat her down. She was better than this. And she'd prove it by pounding this rookie. Alica Schmidt was looking confident now, even if she was feeling the effects of this fight. As they met in the ring, Alica attempted the same strategy. But her inexperience showed when Gigi went for a feint and caught the German with a punishing haymaker shot to the skull! Alica was shocked, but still came back to start attacking Gigi's stomach with a few blows. Gigi weaved past another and then slammed a haymaker to the other side! Alica was rattled now, stumbling about until a big right hook slams into her jaw! Alica is down! The referee starts to count after Schmidt is in a heap of limbs, crumpled back on the mat. Gigi starts parading around like she's already won as the referee's count gets higher. Alica Schmidt's body trembled as she pushed herself up slowly. She sits upright at 6... starting to push herself up with effort as she gingerly touches her jaw and she's up by 8. The round continues, but Alica plays careful defense, catching Gigi a couple times with more ineffective blows, but she manages to not take too much more damage now. Alica's in far more pain, but Gigi's looking worn out. It's clear which woman has the endurance for this, and Schmidt's reserves are incredible due to her track and field background. She just needed her body and skill to keep up.

Round 5:

Alica's muscles were tight as the round began, she knew she needed to make a big move for this match. As Gigi came in, sweating profusely, she had a nasty look in her eye as she came at Alica. She wanted that right hook again, trying to blast the German back down to the mat. Schmidt ducks it and then immediately blasts Gigi in the jaw with an absolutely thunderous uppercut! Gigi's feet leave the ground as she fell onto her back, arms over her head. Alica doesn't showboat, a contrast to her opponent. She paces the ring, taking moments to lean over and rest her gloved hands on her knees. Taking measured breaths, she prepares herself for Gigi Hadid to get up. Eventually, at 4, Gigi is sputtering, whining, and trying to get herself ready. She's looking exhausted, and she manages to push herself up at 8, looking worse for wear. Giving a steeled look to her opponent, Alica waited for the moment the referee gave the go-ahead and proceeded to unleash hell on Gigi Hadid. Schmidt started to batter her with haymakers to the head, sending her stumbling around helplessly. Uppers to the stomach came after, sapping the breath from Gigi as well! She's looking like she's almost depleted as she has to find the ropes, doubled over. Then, Alica pounced, throwing wild shots to the head and stomach of Hadid. Slowly, the American began to slump down. It was clear that she had no more fight left. The referee called this one and forced a break!

"And your winner by TKO in Round 5... Alica Schmidt!"

Post-Match:

The crowd roared for the impressive action of Alica Schmidt, who stepped back as Gigi remained slumped, using the middle rope for leverage to stay standing. She's whimpering and whining as Alica holds up a single fist in the air. Knockout Artist Productions has to be happy with this one. But they're looking for that extra edge for Alica Schmidt to become a star here. And it seemed like they were going to be granted just that. The victorious Alica stormed back to the wheezing, whining American and then gave her a straight kick to the side! Gigi Hadid went flying through the ropes and outside of the ring! The referee chastised her, but Alica Schmidt was already walking away back to her corner. KAP definitely loved that one. They have a lot of potential for a real killer here. A sore looking Alica Schmidt looks mostly happy with herself, and Gigi Hadid has to figure out things as she's laying pathetically on the mats on the outside of the ring in a messy heap.
