Round 1: Layla El shows her experience in the first round, taking the younger woman for a ride around the ring, mostly dodging while throwing a couple of punches when she can, but she is forty-seven and not the woman she was. Ili manages to catch her halfway in and corner her, taking the round by the thinnest of margins

Round 2: More of the same, and Layla continues to be whittled down through the first two minutes. However, she manages to catch Ili’s cheek in the closing seconds of the second minute, sending her stumbling, and she beats the Asian to the ropes with that momentum, taking the round by a thin margin.

Round 3: The swap in momentum in round two seems to have greatly affected Iri, the shorter woman stumbling around, unable to show superior footwork any longer. But Layla shows her age again and does not manage to put Ili Cheng down in round three despite having the initiative and advantage. The round goes to Layla.

Round 4: Early into round four, Ili catches Layla square on the nose with a lightning jab, sending her down onto her back. It does not seem damaging, but Layla nevertheless stays down through the count.

Winner: Ili Cheng via KO4!
