MODEL MAYHEM AT THE ASYLUM IV: THIS TIME IT'S PERSONAL

BEFORE:

"It's ridiculous," says Lily-Rose with a shake of the head, "That I've only had ONE fight over here. Well. The folks who haven't been booking me have been making a mistake. As I'm about to prove!"

"The only thing THIS girl is going to prove," says Ariel with a smile, "Is that her back can clean a canvas."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Back at ringside, and that's 'Claws Out' by the young lady heading to the ring as we speak, Lily-Rose Depp!"

McCarthy: "ONE FCBA fight, and she LOST it. A TYPICAL Dancing Hooker Opponent!"

Cassie: "She's been fighting mainly in the BBU recently..."

Tess: "And not exactly setting the world on fire over there..."

O'Dell: "Depp into the ring and helped off with the robe to reveal an olive green number that has the crowd popping. And, that's 'I Knew You Were Trouble' banging through the arena, but that's not Taylor Swift's original, it's the cover by the young lady coming to the ring right now, Ariel 'Dangerous Curves' Winter!"

Cassie: "Ariel is in a VERY competitive flyweight division at Front Street and definitely wants get a result tonight."

O'Dell: "Winter into the ring and helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve to reveal that curve-hugging white number she likes. And, the ladies are about ready to go. Time for some picks. Tess like Ariel. Mac?"

McCarthy: "NO FCBA wins! Winter!"

O'Dell: "Cassie?"

Cassie: "I agree with Tess!"

O'Dell: "Unanimous in the first, and Depp quickly making with the jab here. Lily-Rose has a bit of reach and she wants to use it to keep the brunette at bay. Winter wants to work forward, of course, as she likes to close and bang."

McCarthy: "If the Depp kid can box at ALL she may pull the upset here."

O'Dell: "Lily-Rose boxing pretty well at the moment. It's mostly the left hand, but she's getting that in the brunette's face, keeping her at bay. Ariel not getting much done early. She's probing for openings in the blonde's defense, but not finding any."

Cassie: "Depp pretty accurate with the jab."

O'Dell: "Certainly is, and she's finding spots for the right hand behind it. This is good stuff from the younger woman. We're down under fifteen seconds to go in the first. Combination by Depp and there's the bell. No doubt in the first Lily-Rose wide."

Tess: "And, Depp takes the 10-9 lead."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Depp back to the jab. Winter working forward, angling, moving the feet. Lily-Rose still getting some work done at range, but Ariel closing some now, working some body. Depp quickly tying up, hanging on, forcing a break."

McCarthy: "Kid is smart. Don't let her work you over in there."

O'Dell: "That seems to be the plan. Ariel inside again, hooking the ribs. Again, Depp ties up, hangs on, get the break from the referee. Good, two-way stuff this stanza. Lily-Rose scoring at range and Ariel offsetting that inside."

Tess: "Not a lot in it."

O'Dell: "Certainly is not. We've got ten seconds to go in the second. Winter inside, hooking body. Depp ties up. Ref gets in there, breaks them apart and there's the bell. Very, very close in the second. Too close. Even round."

Cassie: "And that means Depp remains on top by one, 20-19."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Pattern set in this one. Depp wants to work at range, and she's effective when she's able to do that. Ariel wants to close, bang, and she's getting work done when she's able to do that. And, right now, both fighters are getting some, but not all of what they want."

Cassie: "And, that means another two-way round, at least to this point."

O'Dell: "Sure does. Depp had firm control in the first, but neither blonde nor brunette has managed to grab any since. SHARP exchange there, with both fighters landing a good right hand. They fall into a clinch, and the ref breaks them again."

McCarthy: "Referee had better watch for low blows in there!"

O'Dell: "Twenty seconds to go in the third. Depp working that left. Winter slips inside, digs to the belly. Lily-Rose tying up. Ariel shoving off working the ribs, then landing a nice right hook to the head and there's the bell. Close. Winter."

Tess: "And, we're even at 29."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "Fourth begins the way the third ended. Depp working outside with that jab, Winter angling forward, looking to get by and get inside. Ariel working body again. Lily-Rose tying up. Brunette shoves off, lands a solid right before Depp circles away."

Tess: "Winter starting to find some things here."

O'Dell: "Definitely landing more hard shot in these last couple of minutes than she had been earlier. Ariel inside working the ribs and tummy and ROCKING DEPP WITH A RIGHT HOOK! Lily-Rose stumbling backward and DROPPED WITH A STRAIGHT RIGHT HAND!"

Cassie: "That was a BIG punch..."

O'Dell: "Ariel to a neutral corner. Count at three. Four. Five. Lily-Rose flat on her back and not moving at ALL. Six. Seven. This is going to be academic. Eight. Nine. TEN! It's OVER! Depp is down and out and it's OVER and your winner by KO4 is Ariel 'Dangerous Curves' Winter!"

McCarthy: "Lucky punch!"

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I have our winner, Ariel Winter, and Ariel, a bit of a slow start for you..."

Ariel (nodding): "She can box, and she's pretty slick defensively. Took me a minute to break that down. Once I did, though, it was only a matter of time."

Tess: "Good start to 2024 for you..."

Ariel: "But, the year is young. Lots of work to do, and big plans for the next eight months. Big plans!"
