Natalie: 24 YO 5’5 (1.65 m), 37-18-0, 33 KO since 2017, Hawkeye International Sports Consortium

Sasha: 28 YO, 5’6 (1.67 n), 21-21-0, 21 KO since 2014, Pretty Little Punchers

Before: “After I lost that JMD title fight to Sophie Mudd, I decided I wanted to see if I could find a niche for myself in that division. Everyone knows is a rising star and I didn’t want to start with some mere rookie,” explains Sasha Pieterse.

“If she wants to fight me, that’s fine (and I am certainly not a mere rookie), but I don’t think she’s had the JMD experience to beat me. I couldn't beat Sophie. She won’t beat me.”

“I wouldn’t be so sure of that!” Sasha snapped.

“Just because you have a decent sized rack doesn’t mean it can stand up to my punching,” Natalie informed the challenger.

“I can say the same thing about you!” Sasha retorted. “In fact, I think I will: I am going pound puppies black and blue.”

“Don’t make empty threats,” Natalie fired.

The two glared at each other from their respective podiums. FCBA Security people began to slide up behind them.

“Oh don’t worry, I’m saving my punches for the ring,” sniffs Sasha.

“I am too, See you there,” Natalie said and made her exit leaving Sasha looking annoyed being so dismissed. She stomped her foot and made her own exit.

Soon enough they were facing each other in the ring. Natalie was in a black bra and panties with black gloves and boots with white laces. Natalie’s hair was in a battle braid. Sasha was in a pink bra and panties with white boots and gloves (pink laces). Sasha’s hair was in a perky ponytail. The referee went over the instructions. Natalie and Sasha smack their gloves together, then they depart for their corners. The bell rings!

R1: Sasha and Natalie quickly out to mid ring and Sasha strikes first with hooks into the underside of NAL’s bra cups. Then she adjusts and drives right and left straight shots against Natalie’s rack. NAL pushed back by the force of these blows but then swings countering rights and lefts into Sasha’s chest, making those proud puppies bounce in their lacy cups. Sasha digs in and startles NAL with surprise straight right that catches her between the eyes. Natalie reels back and now Sasha advances with hooks to Natalie’s rib cage. Natalie stung, but answers with hard shots into Sasha’s ribs and abs. Tight, close-action follows with punches now mainly going belly and ribs. Natalie falling slowly back as Sasha pounds torso aggressively to bell. Sasha emerges as the narrow winner of the round.

R2: More close in punching as the new round commences. Sasha crowds in against Natalie with right and left hooks into NAL’s body. Natalie’s rack taking most of the punches, but Sasha mixes in some hard shots to the ribs and stomach areas. Natalie fights back with rights and lefts of her own into the same areas. Once again, it is Sasha who seems to be better able to plant her feet and get extra power into her blows. Natalie stubbornly resisting, but she is is being pushed back slowly but surely as the round draws to a close. Both fighter are dripping with sweat and breathing hard, but when the judges add up the points it is Sasha Pieterse who has won another close round.

R3: Natalie responds to the pressure by going at Sasha from a distance—and to the head. NAL bangs up Sasha to the head. Sasha is caught by surprise and stumbles back struggling to protect her head. Natalie able to find holes in Sasha’s high guard. NAL slips in nasty jabs that lump up Sasha jawline and cheekbones. Sasha lunging at Natalie, trying to get in close, but her counter not making up for the barrage of hurt she’s taking high. Sasha finally forced to protect her had more closely, but this allows for NAL to start working over Sasha to the body. (No surprise that most of these body shots are directed at Sasha juggs. Sasha hunched up and suffering as the round ends. Natalie Alyn Lind takes the round wide.

R4: Sasha Pieterse now responds by a furious burst of head punching as the round begins. At first, Natalie is able to block and dodge the incoming, but then a big, solid right uppercut knocks back NAL’s head and sends a shock wave through her body. Natalie retreating in disorder as Sasha pours in the leather. Natalie’s face now the one getting turned into a redden and swollen mess until she finally gets her mitts up around her face. Sasha then vengefully works over Natalie’s prize knockers with a barrage of meaty punches making them suffer one blow after another. Natalie is pushed back towards the ropes, but she manages to scramble away and buy herself some recovery time while Sasha tracks her down. Sasha has closed in again with hooks to the belly as the round ends. Natalie on swaying legs as she makes her way back to her corner. Sasha has won this round wide.

R5: Natalie patched up by the HISC corner during the break, comes out with a defensive look as the new round begins. Sasha moving in, eager to pick up the pounding where she left off, but suddenly it is NAL striking first with big right hook to the gut. Sasha doubled up from the impact and now gets her chin bashed hard by uppercuts. Sasha stumbles away as Natalie tries to move with her. Sasha suddenly turns back and clouts Natalie hard to the side of the head with a right and then to the jaw with a follow-up left. Natalie recoiling from this counterattack, but then fights back with more shots to the abs, Sasha gives it right back to NAL in the abs. Hard hitting body blows continue, but mainly it is the abs and ribs under attack. Natalie now digging hard and Sasha seems to be slowly wilting. Sasha still fighting back as the round ends and she has made it close, but Natalie Alyn Lind has wonthe round. Sasha looking more than a little shell-shocked returning to her stool

R6: Sasha trying to come back after a rough R5, goes in the attack by getting in close to hammer away at Natalie’s juggs. Natalie using her jab to try to get Sasha to back off, but Sasha is stubborn and she is fixed on bringing the hurt to Natalie’s rack. This duel goes on past the halfway point in the round when NAL suddenly rips an uppercut into Sasha’s chin. Sasha suddenly frozen and Natalie cracks the “ol’ one-two” off the stunned Sasha’s jaw. Sasha shudders AND CRASHES ONTO HER SIDE! Natalie trots to the neutral corner as the referee moves in to count. Sasha somehow pulls herself together and forces herselfto rise to brek the count at “NINE!” Referee allows the fight to go on, but Sasha is looking sluggish as Natalie comes at her hard. Natalie pounds Sasha to the puppies and drives her back towards the ropes. Sasha trying to push Natalie away, but these are too weak. Sasha hitting Sasha to the rack from all directions and Sasha is sobbing as she wraps her arms around her battered boobs. THE REFEREE STEPS IN! Sasha on her knees, hugging herself as the tears runn down her bruised cheeks. Natalie looks down at the wreckage an shakes her head, Then raises both arms in victory!

THE WINNER: NATALIE ALY LIND DEFEATS SASHA PIETERSE TKO6!

After: “She was just not ready for me and the jugg busting I can hand out,” says Natalie observes after the fight. “Oh, she can punch jugg all right, but you got to be able to stand up to what your opponent is dishing out. I will admit I have had to learn that the hard way at times, but this shows how much progress I have made. She’s got a long way to go.”

It is a few hours later that Sasha Pieterse comments: “I do not need Natalie to tell me that I need improve my JMD game. Yes, she hurt me, yes she made me cry, I hope she’s happy about that. But I have stopped crying and what I want to do is make other girls—especially named Natalie Alyn Lind-- to cry. I lose and it hurts, but I will heal and I will win. I am not giving up!”

Just the sort of match JMD fans seem to enjoy. Intense rack wrecking punches with some “regular” punching mixed in to keep it interesting. Sasha tried hard, but she didn’t have enough tonight to out-last Natalie. As she admitted, Natalie’s had her struggles at JMD, but she seems to be getting better. Perhaps Sasha will be able to do the same, but it can be a painful journey that not all JMD hopefuls want to continue. We’ll just have to see what Sasha does next and we can also look forward to where Natalie goes from here.
