Intro:
We kick off tonights action with two female rapper wanting to settle things in the ring. Ice Spice made her debut on last month's pay per view. Bhad Bhabie saw it and wanted some of that smoke with Ice. Both will duke it out in Las Vegas's MGM Grand.
It all started as Bhad posted on her social media after Ices fight with Avril Lavigne "god that fake bytch now thinks she is a boxer? F**k Ice Spice. I'd whoop her if she ever had the guts to fight the guts to fight me."
Ice not exactly happy after her loss to Avril in six rounds. Ice replies that night "of course you'd pipe up bytch. Last I checked Avril knocked you out cold. I am happy to step into a ring with you anytime and anywhere!"
Back and forth went the pair online. Contracts were signed for this bout and both fighters fans were throwing insults about how their hero was going to smack the other fighters down. Showing how highly charged this bout was.
Fight night! First out comes Ice Spice with her coach behind her. Ice is jogging down the aisle wearing a black sports bra with silver trim, matching trunks, black shoes and gloves. She climbs into the ring before jogging around the ring trying to fire up her fans in the crowd. Ending back in her corner nodding to her coach that she has got this.
Bhad now comes out with her coach behind her. Bhad bangs her black gloves together as she marches down the aisle. She is wearing a camo black and grey sports bra, trunks and shoes, black gloves, hair tied into a ponytail. She steps inside the ring eyes locked on Ice with a hard look to her face.
The fighters square up at the middle of the ring as words are exchanged. Referee needing to hold both apart with Bhad trying to take a swing with her left in a cheap shot. It misses and forces coaches to step in to pull them back towards their corners. The fighters cool off before the bell is signalled to begin 10 rounds of flyweight action.
Round 1:
Out they come with the crowd roaring them on. Trading stiff single punches in the opening salvos. Moving in closer to swing in some hooks as these two don't like each other one bit. Bhad lands a crisp straight to the face of Ice to push her back. The younger woman landing several more clean punches to push back Spice to the ropes.
Pushing Bhabie off her; Spice lands a double jab back onto the smaller woman's face. Things settle down after the quick fire start from both as Ice shows good hand speed to land punches behind her jab. Bhad is still giving her issues but it's Ice who has stepped up a gear.
Bhad looks annoyed as she eats a jab/right cross combo to push her near the ropes. She has to move around the outside part of the ring as Ice is holding the middle of the ring. The round ends with Bhad having to be held back as she is trying to get at Ice. She cools down after being warned she'll be disqualified. Her coach needing to tell her to not act herself.
Round 2:
Returning to the center of the ring. Bhad is swinging in hooks to the body when she can try in closer. Ice landing the better straight shots as they try to control the action. Sometimes getting scruffy on the inside with more shoving and landing to shoulders and hips as they show that they are still rookies then battle tested veterans.
Still an uppercut catches Ice to push her to her heels. Bhad pushing her the rest of the way to the ropes, working the torso of Ice till she is held onto. Both wrestle around with Bhad forcing her head into the lips of Ice to rough her up. They are broken up with both scowling at each other.
Resuming Bhad is walking into several clean shots to her face as she is coming on too open to her opponent. Ice happy to have the free shots her can take. Both going toe to toe in the dying moments of the round till the bell rings. Walking to their corners with marks on their cheeks.
Round 3:
Circling with Bhad looking to fence her way inside behind her jab. Ice looks a little tense after that last round didn't go her way. Ice lands a few short cross punches around the top of Bhad's head to try to keep her at range.
A straight catches Ice on her lips to knock her back a step. Bhad again rushes her, stepping in and nearly headbutting Ice on her chin as she pounds away to the abs of the taller woman. Driving Spice into a neutral corner as she is working her over in tight. Ice needing to hold onto Bhad to force the referee to step in to pry them apart.
Broken up but Bhabie is still keeping the pressure on Spice. They exchange with Bhad landing shots through to the face of her foe. Making Ice cover up more tightly in the home stretch of the round. The bell dings to end the round with Bhad raising her arms in the air telling Ice "this is the real world you pampered bytch!" Ice has to be told off her coach not to let her rival get into her head. They discuss what is happening and what Ice is expected to improve upon.
Round 4:
It looks like Ice is going to use her jab more and move around the ring. Stinging the cheeks of Bhad as they exchange. Bhad dipping down to try to keep working the body of her opponent. They come in closer when Bhad can force her way in but Ice pushes her off now to create the space she wants.
Ice stabs multiple piston like punches into the face of Bhad, causing a cut on the bridge of the smaller woman's nose. Bhad looking annoyed that she isn't having the success she had the last two rounds as Ice is holding her predominantly at range.
Late in the round Bhad does manage to deflect a straight to step in with an overhand left to land around the side of her opponents head. Ice gets pushed back to the ropes where she shells up as Bhad tries to unload on her. The round ends with Bhad shaking her head as she wouldn't make a great poker player, showing frustration. Ice nodding to her coach as they tell her that's much better from her.
Round 5:
Trading with stiff shots through gloves to faces as they open up. Crowd cheering the fighters on as this has been an energetic start to the night. Ice lands few jabs to the face of Bhad. With Bhad dipping down to go to the body with straight shots.
An overhand left catches Ice around her ear. Bhad muscling her back into her own corner, Ice listening to her coach to clinch up. Bhad trying to force her off with her left forearm on the chin of Ice. Referee warns Bhad again to keep it clean. They resume with Bhabie looking to be the aggressor.
Final thirty seconds sees Ice uncorking more to not let Bhad bully her back. Bumping each other and trading. The round comes to an end with both women needing to be nudged apart to go back to their corners as they want more of each other. Bhad is not really listening to her coach, Ice taking a few breaths to cool off as her coach talks to her showing how different they are.
Round 6:
Pushing off their stools to trade. Bhad looking to step in quickly but is getting clipped around her temples with short hooks. Ice looks to be back boxing and not slugging it out with her opponent. A straight lands on the nose of Bhad to stop her in her tracks. A RIGHT HOOK LANDS ON THE TEMPLE OF BHABIE TO MAKE HER STUMBLE BACK AS SHE IS BEING HURT! A LEFT HOOK/RIGHT CROSS LANDS FLUSH TO SEND BHABIE ONTO HER BACK!
Ice jogs to the neutral corner with sweat on her brow, wiping it off as she looks at Bhad. 1....2....3....4... Bhad has her eyes shut as she lays flat on her back. 5....6....7... Bhad bends her right knee as she is slowly stirring. 8....9....10 but she can't move any further as she is counted out!
Winner Ice Spice KO Round 6
After:
Ice mounts the bottom ropes of the corner as she raises her arms in the air and looks relieved that she now has a victory on her record. Her supporters jumping for joy at ringside. She heads over to her corner to be hugged by her coach as they are proud of her.
All the while Bhad has to be helped up to her stool after being checked on. She complains that the referee stopped her repeatedly and saying the fight was rigged. That won't go over well with the FCBA committee.
Bhad needs to be helped out the ring as she looks furious. No wins and three losses is certainly not how she expected her career in the ring to start. Her mentality seems to be her biggest issue as she is not exactly focused on what she did wrong. Blaming others for why she has lost.
In the ring the winner Ice gets her left hand raised by the referee. She jumps for joy as she is applauded by the crowd. She blows kisses out of the ring to the crowd. Leaving the ring as her coach hands her phone to her for selfies with the crowd. It'll be interesting to see how Ice continues to improve in the ring. |
