BEFORE:
"This fight was Carmen's idea and I wasn't going to say no,” Maddie speaks first from the press table. “Millie is one of the best fighters in the FCBA for sure and we kinda see each other as personal rivals. This rubber match was going to happen at some point so why not today? I beat her last time so I'm feeling pretty good about tonight, especially after watching her fight with Watson. I'm trying to get my first shot at the Flyweight title and beating Millie today is going to be huge for that. Excited to get in there already!"

The Doll of course referring to her KO7 victory last August against Millie, but deliberately leaving out the fact that a full year earlier saw her suffering her first KO defeat at the hands of the Brit. Well, it’s another year, and another much-anticipated contest, and the question on everyone’s minds tonight is which young star will come out on top and win tonight’s rubber match, cementing herself as the superior fighter for the time being.

"Maddie DID get me last time...so, big props to her....not an easy feat...” Millie says confidently back from across the room with a curved smirk. “I don't lose often. And definitely not tonight. No way. As good as Maddie is, I know I'm the favorite and for a good reason. I have a better record, I was able to win the title on my debut year, including introducing Maddie to her first ever knockout experience,” Bobby Brown chuckles, before continuing. “I'll do it again tonight. We're tied and I don't like it. It's time to fix that by knocking her out. Poor Mads...you’re in for a ROUGH night."

Girls line themselves up at the podium, facing each other with their fists raised high, arms and bodies steady at the ready. Ziegler of course with that two-inch height advantage which narrowly gave her the edge last time, though Millie might be probably right in that she’s faced down the tougher competition in the interim, and having secured a championship belt to brag about to give that claim more legitimacy. Ladies for now separate without much incident, and save the fighting for later.

In the ring, we’re ready and set for ten rounds of Flyweight action. Millie in a purple sports bra and matching tights. She raises her black gloves to the roar of the crowd. She’s done well for herself ever since her Stranger Things debut, with a host of new Netflix show and recently being engaged to her long-term fiancé and Jon Bon Jovi’s son, Jake Bongiovi . In the other corner, Maddie’s no slouch either, looking all fired up and jumping in place in a turquoise sports bra and long white tights, waving her white gloves to the fans. Ziegler is definitely better known for her dancing days, but recently also starring in several films, slowly but surely making her name for herself as a legit actress. But tonight is all about boxing, and these two are looking ready and eager to rip into each other!

Referee signals for the opening bell and HERE WE GO!

ROUND 1:
Millie marches forward like she’s got something to prove. Having last lost to Emma Watson but also to Maddie in their last match, last year has definitely gotten the British starlet with loads to think about, particularly regarding making her comeback firm and proper this time. She kicks off the action with plenty of punches tossed in, landing firm combos off Maddie’s arms and generally trying to put the Doll on early notice. These aren’t your light love-taps, folks, but hard, left-right, one-twos that ram into Ziegler’s frame and make her falter just slightly each time, with Bobby Brown putting in a little too much force for this early in the fight. Ziegler, meanwhile, is trying to stay calm, blocking what she can, doesn't like this intimidation one bit and only begins to retaliate late in the first minute with a counter-jab to her foe’s pretty face, drawing a growl from Millie. Then, Maddie circles back out as another flurry catches her low on her body, but she quickly creates enough distance to mitigate any damage. So far, both girls are keeping each other’s ambitions in check, but one fighter is clearly making more inroads than the other. Surprise surprise at the bell -- Millie and Maddie both end the first with a draw, setting up an exciting fight to come!

ROUND 2:
Ziegler shows off her boxing IQ as she circles at a greater distance and keeps exploiting Millie’s aggression, jabbing at her face and sinking leather into her cheek over and over. Bobby Brown looks worse for wear here, like a fowl in the headlights as her bigger combos and swings just don’t find purchase, and her movements countered by back-and-forth bursts of speed from the Dollhouse blonde, who has easily dealt with other in-your-face bullies before. By the second minute, Millie is left breathing hard and has her back pressed to the ropes after trying to rush her down for the third time, only to get turned around and her face jolted to the side by a nasty hook, before Ziegler sneaks in another one-two whap-whap to that toned waistline before high-tailing it outta there. Not the best round so far for the Lookout! girl, who just can’t catch a break! Rest of the round has Maddie staying cautious, but Millie also chooses to slow down and go back to long-range fire. But the damage is done, and the Dollhouse corner lets out a cheer at the bell, signaling a shutout performance for their fighter!

ROUND 3:
Maddie caught smirking with pride as she walks forward for the third, maybe thinking she’s got this third fight in the bag and perhaps even a glint of gold on the horizon. Round starts off innocuous enough, with light jabbing exchanged from both directions. No change there, of course, with the Doll still staying at a comfortable distance and eager to use her slight reach advantage to pepper the Brit’s face. But Millie’s also staying surprisingly calm, the former Flyweight champion having been in tougher spots before, and knows better than to panic so early in a fight. She takes several stiff shots to her forearms and the occasional jab off the forehead or body, but shrugs them off easily, before suddenly RESPONDING with a right cross outta nowhere! OUCH!! The blow catches Maddie right on the kisser, disappearing into half her face and rocking her head backwards! Ziegler caught blind by that right-hand that was waiting in the weeds, which snapped her head and rest of her frame to the side, quickly backpedaling! And here comes Millie! Bobby Brown GOING TO WORK making up for lost time, hammering the taller blonde with punch after punch, beating her about the ring with payback for earlier. Ziegler can’t get away fast enough, can only block and try to absorb as many as she can, but takes several shots to the sides of her head, before Millie snags her with more leather to the stomach and ribs to further throw her into disarray! So much for the dominant performance, lads, as Millie puts the wannabe challenger on notice all the way to the bell to earn her own shutout performance!

ROUND 4:
Girls bounce eager on their toes before lunging in to strike. Of course, Millie just doing it more often, with more force, putting the Doll on high alert that she intends to continue her streak from the last round. Maddie’s dealing with the aggression well enough, locking her arms and letting the former champ tire herself out with every few steps forward and another blast to the guard, before being treated to return jabs that sting her to the nose and lips. Bobby Brown’s got plenty left in the tank and a hunger in her eyes, and so she shakes it off and just keeps on comin’. Fast and furious exchange in the center of the ring as both blondes trade leather rapidly, each girl landing a shot WHAP across the chin, turning the head to the side, before, Millie gets TOO aggressive, goes for a big overhand and MISSES, with the savvy Doll ducking cleanly to the side at the final moment before rocking a swift and punishing uppercut right back -- KAPOW!! Ouch!! Bobby Brown's head gets sent skywards, comes right back down to earth before Ziegler follows through with an equally earth-shattering hook across her chin-- AND DOWN MILLIE GOES, that double-whammy of a combo just proving TOO MUCH! She goes for a half-tailspin before COLLAPSING down to her side by the ropes with a KNOCKDOWN! And the crowd goes wild! But not as wild is poor Millie Bobby Brown, of course, who’s still trying to right her ship and turn herself over onto her back, a look of panic growing in her eyes. Meanwhile, Maddie’s looking exquisite, both arms over the sides of the top ropes in the neutral corner, belly breathing in and out, a wider grin on her face. She’s done this KO-Bobby-Brown thing once before, and looks set to do it again! Millie however isn’t giving her the cruel satisfaction, already back to her knees by the referee’s count of 5, then forcing herself to stand up fully by the count of 8. It ain’t over till it’s over, she’s saying, from that narrowed glare and hunched shoulders!

ROUND 5:
It’s Ziegler’s turn to turn up the pressure! She sees that the end is nigh and wants to make a statement tonight. And having your eyes on your stablemate’s prize will certainly do that to you! First minute sees Bobby Brown just trying to stay alive, locking her arms and playing it defensive for once. Maddie stalks her about the ring relentlessly, pestering those arms with punches before firing in the odd bigger cross straight down the middle or slammed in from the side with a rising hook. Dollhouse corner even shouting instructions at their girl to go south and hammer the body, which Maddie doesn’t need to think twice about: lefts and rights bunch into tummy flesh but Bobby Brown gets the memo early enough and begins to brace her own abs for incoming fire. Third minute and Maddie’s starting to lose steam, taking some punishment of her own with stray jabs sent high to catch her on the forehead or sides. But it’s another decisive round for her when the bell rings. So far, so good, but it still means we’re heading into the second half of this fight to settle the score once and for all.

ROUND 6:
Ziegler tries to recreate her success and is met with stiffer resistance all of a sudden, with Millie not as softened up or ready to go down just yet. The Dollhouse blonde storms in good and early, ready to score the second and final knockdown of the fight, but her punches are getting blocked by Millie’s guard, Bobby Brown also playing it safe and showing off that she too can also rock the defensive game and then dish it back through technical skill. Girls exchange fire repeatedly near the ropes, with Ziegler trying to tie off that noose and plant another big counter-hit to Millie’s pretty face, but Bobby Brown just a tad more energetic and agile, especially given the former’s continued pushes for the past consecutive numbers. Soon, the British actress is the one catching her foe back on the side of her jaw, just swerving and weaving to avoid her firepower before planting her own hook across chin and cheek, each nasty shot jolting the Doll’s head to the side and at times even making her wobble. Ziegler lets out a war cry in the final seconds and bashes her way back in, eager to accomplish her own goals: she manages to catch Bobby Brown with a few more thumps to her tummy and up into her chest, but is still finding it difficult to penetrate the upper regions and lock in leather to that vulnerable face, and both fighters get into a final clinch along the ropes till the bell rings, their arms still wrapped around the chest and mouths breathing hard on shoulders before the referee forces the separation.

ROUND 7:
Girls are getting tired and we’re only at the three-quarter mark here - just a testament to how much these blondes want the win bad, and to see the glint of gold raised overhead once more. Maddie and the Dollhouse corner do see their fortunes beginning to turn, however, as Millie gears up for a final push, and they’re determined to stop it at all costs. First minute actually sees a RUSH by Ziegler, not wanting to give her opponent another minute to recover her senses. She bounds across the canvas and immediately resumes her crisp punching towards the Lookout! starlet, and like it or not, we’ve got to admit that having recently been dropped to Emma Watson will make ANY young fighter question their status quo. And for a hot minute, the pundits also write the poor Stranger Things starlet off as a one-hit wonder. She’s no longer displaying that same fire and aggression as she did in the first few rounds, but one thing she’s still made of is nerves of steel… That British tummy takes a couple more thumps but there’s frustration still flashing across Ziegler’s face at the firmness of the flesh, and the lack of reaction or panic in her opponent’s eyes. Millie just bracing for impact, keeping calm and moving on, until striking back with a ZINGER of a right hand that lands right on Maddie’s temple! OUCH! The punch catches her off-guard, blasting her head sideways briefly and stunning the blonde for a brief moment though Ziegler quickly regains her balance and roars back with some swings of her own! But the young Doll is looking unstable, and her disoriented attempts to hurt the Lookout! Superstar are easily swatted away by Millie who’s now punishing her former bestie, landing and LANDING back, bashing the Doll’s face to the side again with another hook to the cheek, then a BIG hook that grazes Ziegler’s chin! OUF! Ziegler wobbles, seeing stars and retreating on shaky legs, her mouth open and slightly ajar at the sudden turn of the tables! METHODICAL pounding follows as Bobby Brown rocks her frame with more strikes, circumventing her arms and slamming leather to her nose and lips! The ref is hovering by looking to stop this at any moment now as Maddie is getting pummeled and can’t seem to be able to defend herself anymore! Millie has no mercy for her former friend though! BAM! The poor Doll gets clocked with a mighty hook to the right cheek and that’s just too much! MADDIE GOWS DOWN!! The blonde beauty collapses face first unto the mat with a loud THUD, limp arms splayed on the mat above her head, her right cheek resting on the canvas as she lies there unmoving, eyelids fluttering for a brief second before her eyes close entirely. Stick a fork in her - Ziegler’s OUT!!! The referee takes one look at the fallen blonde dancer, her face pressed into the canvas, her gum shield halfway out of her mouth – and decides that’s more than enough for a win - he WAVES the rest of the fight off and calls for the bell! That’s it, folks! Millie Bobby Brown does it again and wins this much anticipated rubber match!

AFTER:
Huge win for the Lookout! Superstar as Bobby Brown proves yet again she’s one of the top dogs in the Flyweight division even after suffering the occasional defeat.

The proud Brit has her arms raised as she takes a victory lap around the ring, smirking cockily as she basks in the adoration of her huge amount of fans in the arena tonight. This girl is POPULAR!

Not wanting to leave the ring without a souvenir, Millie walks over to the unconscious Maddie still motionless on the floor, towering over the defeated blonde’s flattened body as she places her black boot on Maddie’s upper back and strikes a sexy pose, smiling wide for the cameras and this image is surely going all over social media in a matter of minutes!

Millie continues her celebrations inside the ring, hugging her team mates and responding to reporters hounding her with questions with a simple short answer and a confident smile:

“Look guys, I’m just...very, VERY good!”.

That, she is. And Carmen Electra, Dollhouse CEO knows it too. With Ziegler being out of commission and being attended to by her medical team, Electra agrees to speak to reporters about tonight’s result.

“This was a huge fight for both girls. I’m proud of Maddie, It’s obviously not the outcome we wanted...but she fought great tonight. Unfortunately she was fighting another amazing talent. She will definitely learn from this and come back stronger, I have no doubt. As for Millie, the girl might be the best Flyweight in the league at 20 years old....she’s a huge natural talent and very tough. No shame in losing to someone this good. It’s scary to imagine how good she’ll be with a few more years of experience. I’d sign this kid up in a second if I could!”

Can’t argue with the Dollhouse boss! Hopefully, Ziegler who is only now beginning to stir and show signs of life on the mat, will get another chance for revenge in the near future, as this ‘old friends turned enemies’ rivalry is only growing with each fight, and these two starlets aged 20 and 21 will surely have plenty of opportunities to clash again, and again, throughout their careers.
