MODEL MAYHEM AT THE ASYLUM VI

BEFORE:

"I'm far from done," says Candice with a lovely smile. "I've proven I can beat people in the FCBA, and, tonight, Demaiter is 'people'!"

"I know what everyone thinks," says a hard-eyed Mikayla. "Last time out, I got 'exposed'. Well, I didn't get exposed, I just LOST. And, tonight, I'll get right back on track."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Back at ringside and that's 'All Right Now' by Free, and here comes Candice Patton..."

McCarthy: "I'm just LOVING this. Patton has been in a rough patch, but tonight she gets this tomato can coming off a loss. And, YOU know what happens when you lose TWICE for Weirdo. It's CURTAINS! She's headed out the door and Patton's going to grease the skids!"

O'Dell: "Candice into the ring and helped off with the robe to reveal an orange number that shows she's in top shape for this one. And, that's 'Behold The Hurricane' by Horrible Crows you hear behind us, and here comes Mikayla 'Mass Destruction' Demaiter!"

Cassie: "Demaiter is, indeed, coming off an upset loss her last time out, and there's no doubt she wants to get back into the win column tonight."

O'Dell: "Demaiter into the ring and helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve, and the crowd liking what it sees of Mikayla in that cobalt blue two-piece she likes. Ladies about ready to go. Time for some picks. Tess likes Mikayla. Mac?"

McCarthy: "Patton! And Demaiter is in the streets by tomorrow!"

O'Dell: "Cassie?"

Cassie: "I agree with Tess..."

O'Dell: "Panel split again. Let's see who's right. Candice on the move early. We know the brunette is athletic and can run that jab and circle thing right around you if you're not careful, and that might be the plan right now."

Cassie: "Demaiter trying to match..."

O'Dell: "That's exactly what the blonde wants to do, match footwork, try to get off with heavy shot. Not having a ton of success right now, but she is getting off in spots, and landing some good shot when she does so. Patton fighting lead, though..."

McCarthy: "Dancing Hooker overboard. That's what's coming!"

O'Dell: "Down the stretch in the first. Patton's been getting the better of it throughout, though Demaiter is having her moments. NICE combination Mikayla at the bell, and the solid right in there was the best punch of the fight so far. Still Patton's round, though."

Tess: "And Candice leads it 10-9."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "More movement from Demaiter now. She's stepping forward a little, trying to cut the ring, getting a bit more aggressive, but not overly so. Candice has solid power, and the blonde's clearly aware of that..."

McCarthy: "Fighting SCARED after her last fight..."

O'Dell: "Don't know about that, Mac, but she's definitely staying sound as she looks to find spots to get off more frequently. Patton moving and grooving. Snapping that jab, stopping to pop. Demaiter measuring, working the feet..."

Tess: "Pretty good stuff from both fighters here."

O'Dell: "Agreed, and not a lot in it as we head into the final fifteen seconds. SHARP exchange and then another as both blonde and brunette land some good shot and there's the bell. Close, and the blonde's on the board."

Cassie: "Making us even at 19."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Third underway and a little more aggression from Patton now. It's still jab and circle stuff, but Candice stopping to pop, committing on punches, hanging in here for the rejoinders and then getting off again before slipping away..."

McCarthy: "Good stuff from Patton."

O'Dell: "Most certainly is. Demaiter still looking to cut the ring in spots, step to and bring that power to bear, but once again, Candice fighting lead and the brunette getting the better of things, at least at the moment, despite the blonde's best efforts."

Cassie: "Mikayla needs to move a little more."

O'Dell: "Agreed. But, it's not going to matter as far as the third is concerned. Patton's built the lead and she's now legging out the final seconds of this stanza. There's the bell and it's not close at all. The brunette has the round wide."

Tess: "And Candice is back on top 29-28."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "Demaiter back to looking to match footwork now. She's turning with, stepping forward in spots, looking to cut and then get off in combination. Patton continuing to circle, wants to use that speed and athleticism the way she has in the first three rounds..."

McCarthy: "Just keep moving and she'll send this kid on the next train to loofahville..."

Tess: "Next train to WHERE?"

McCarthy: "Don't you know ANYTHING, Walmart?"

O'Dell: "THERE'S A RIGHT HAND BY DEMAITER and PATTON IS HURT! Candice stumbles and nearly goes down and the blonde is all in! Demaiter backing the brunette up, trapping her on the ropes and GOING TO WORK ON THE BODY..."

Cassie: "Some NASTY shots in there."

O'Dell: "Sure are. Blonde working to bring the guard down, but the brunette keeping it high. Mikayla hooking ribs and tummy, going upstairs and right back down. Final seconds ticking away and there's the bell. Mikayla. Wide. To even things at 38."

ROUND FIVE:

O'Dell: "Demaiter pouring forward now, looking to finish this thing. Patton's legs plenty iffy, and that means the blonde's having no troubling lining her up, backing her up, landing hard shot and DROPPING HER WITH A RIGHT HAND!"

Tess: "NASTY shot!"

O'Dell: "Blonde quickly to a neutral corner. Brunette down on her back. Count at three. Four. Five. Patton sitting up at six. Seven. Getting to her feet at eight. Ref going to give the brunette the mandatory and wave on Demaiter..."

Cassie: "Going to be a LONG two minutes for Patton..."

O'Dell: "MIkayla right after the brunette, driving her to the ropes. Candice putting that body back on sale, but Demaiter not buying, BIG right hand snaps back Patton's head and ANOTHER sends Candice stumbling along the ropes and it's OVER! The ref leaps in and it's OVER and your winner by TKO5 is Mikayla 'Mass Destruction' Demaiter!"

McCarthy: "LUCKY! Just LUCKY!"

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I have our winner, Mikayla Demaiter, and, Mikayla, how does it feel to be back on the winning track?"

Mikayla (smiling): "Very good, Tess. Very good. A loss like that, you think about it and it sticks with you until you get that next win. Very glad to put that in the rear view."

Tess: "So, what's next for you? More JMD?"

Mikayla (shrugging): "I'm up for whatever management has in store. Just get me back in the ring!"
