During R1: Gina cautious early, circling left, sticking the jab and testing Connelly’s chin with short right hands between the mitts. Jen stalking, but taking punches up the middle, finally getting to Gershon’s body with wide right hands in the final minute.

R2: Gina up-tempoing, making Jen move her feet, circling right and changing directions to walk Connelly into big right hands in the chops. Jennifer’s head snaps back as she steps straight back, and flurry of clean blows put the solid brunette in her back to stay. KO2 Gina Gershon, who admires her handiwork as Connelly sprawls, twitching and burbling on her back near the ropes.

After: Efficient, professional disposal of a tough brunette does Gershon good after the disappointing Nolin bout. Connelly with the good chin and strong body—but just too easy to hit for Gershon—Gina getting it done with timing and accuracy as much as pure force.
