Girls sparred a scrappy 3 round set when De La Garza guest starred on “Vegas”—too close and competitive for either proud beauty to leave it at that, High noon showdown in the desert, gorgeous long-lined battlers fight their hearts out of an artistic thriller.

Both girls with a boxing mentality, but completely different flavours in the ring. Sims upright, abrupt, staccato foot work, defense is her legs; De La Garza fluid, lithe, flat footed and stalking/sliding, more supple in the waist so more head/torso movement in her game.

As the girls swapped minutes and rounds, it became apparent that De La Garza brought a hard-punching Texan tradition into the ring that separated her from Molly. Sims will bite down on a sharp right hands, but she scuffs and claws with her combinations, shoeshining and slapping rather than settling down. Alana gets her hips into action, turning her torso into shits and licking her punches with more commitment. Garza showed shades of Trinidad punches as she’d lead a right hand, twist her frame into a slicing hook, then close up that left shoulder, bend to her righty, rotate her torso down and to the left, then come up again for another oily hook or an open-handed jab. Brunette was able to hurt blonde with stroking hooks head and body: those meanspirited shots would prove decisive on the cards.

Afterwards, both beauties were well-shined with punishment with Sims understandably distraught at the loss. Alana proved so steamy and alluring during her prowling victory strut that many in the audience immediately branded Alana the “new” Krista Allen. “Bring her on,” De la Garza chirped to reporters when told of the comparison. Not only do the girls share similar looks and heat: both are Texans. (Don’t bother recruiting—Will power has already picked up this lady’s training expenses. Talk about foresight.)
