BEFORE: Zoe looking to ruin Elm Street's debut for Katie: blonde girl fighting in support of her show, even as Saldana's still punching for "The Losers" in its second week. "I've been trying to get Katie in the ring for a while now," Zoe confides in prefight. "I love me some skinny little blondes - girls like Katie, Sarah Carter - MMM! Tasty." Cassidy anxious to start slugging: Melrose place stunner hoping to undermine the so-called 'Summer of Saldana'. "If you really look at Zoe, you see how slender she is," Katie explains at podium. "I'm boiling down to make 110 - I guarantee I'll be stronger. I'm beefy up top - way bigger than she is - and that's going to make all the difference in this fight. I'm tired of hearing how talented and bendy Zoe is: I want to start talking about how over-rated she is - starting with an ass-kicking!" Zoe in white cashmere crochet bikini; small white gloves; slick Star Trek high ponytail. Cassidy in black lace push up and leopard print swimsuit bottoms; hair loose n' tangly; small black mitts.

During R1: Zoe circling, darting in and out, looking to stitch her jab to Katie's brow/breasts/tummy. Katie scowling, fending off brisk attacks with her own stiff jab; a snappy left hook; often chasing Zoe down with rangy right hands as Saldana's withdrawing. Zoe startled: Cassidy turning over whippy leather, landing with tartness - even turning Saldana's chin aside with one gambling right cross. Cassidy very quick transitioning from counter-jabber to offence: Saldana frequently forced to scamper or catch a striping lick across her chest or face. Katie's round in wide-ranging, crisp-punching action puts a snarky grin on bratty blonde lips.

R2: Katie springy legged - not as slashing-quick as Zoe, but timing the brunette well, anticipating her pounce. Minute mark, Katie fades as Zoe jumps in: blonde hooking mouth, then turning over a right hand to left eye that has Saldana stepping in fence post holes! Katie quickly to Zoe's ribcage - stepping-to and hup-hup-hupping with rangy flyweight gallop: Saldana gasping, legging away spooked. Final minute, Katie trying to roll Zoe up engages toe to toe and catches a beating. Saldana drops the round, but avoids the shutout by pasting Katie's face late.

R3: Katie jabbing, then fading as Saldana pounces in: blonde answering a limber, wide right hand behind Zoe's ear - followed by left uppercut and SALDANA SPUTTERS TO ALL FOURS! Zoe spellbound, staring - she's up at 8, confused by Katie's power. Follow up for Cassidy sees her batter Zoe against ropes: lissome brunette bending and twisting as supple blonde licks away rangy! Katie with a bandy-armed, limber delivery: she'll drive in the right, then bring it back with a high elbow (intent on nicking brow) - she'll jerk the left uppercut, poke her left elbow out, then look to loop in righty. Zoe slipping a lot of shots, but clapped about her face more than she's used to: Cassidy grinning, lathering away like a little champ. Down the stretch, Katie puts the cherry on top by banging slender brunette body: little blonde hunching forward, galloping up into svelte Saldana ribcage like a miniature Stacy Keibler. Bell: Katie still pumpin' - ref pulls the Elm Street star off the Losers' vixen - Saldana panting and livid at the extra touches.

R4: Katie doing SUCH a good job of disrupting swift Saldana: Zoe pouncing into blonde jabs as Katie fades back, then immediately counters via chopping overhand rights and biting hooks. Tight-punching Katie scuffing Zoe up, repulsing her, then hunting her down with rangy right hands, or hooks wide to ribcage. Saldana grumpy, getting touched up: quicker vixen being constantly outfoxed and set up for embarrassment. Round ends to the sight of Zoe sitting in ropes, stooped forward behind her gloves as Katie's strafing downward-arcing rights against skull mated with rising lefts up into taut brown midsection. Katie Cassidy takes her 4th straight from favoured Zoe - fairly prances back to her corner.

R5: Zoe more cunning, more effective. She's feinting her pounce, THEN committing - often wrong footing Katie as a result. Zoe jabbing her way in - stooping to jab the body - she's not trying to just pounce-past Katie's defences. Engaging Katie in rangy exchanges - Zoe's grazing blonde chin hook/cross combos up top - leaning out over left (front) plant leg to mop up hooks in Katie's flank. Cassidy frowning, grumpy: she's being outboxed, outfoxed for the first time tonight. Bell: Zoe switches a late left/right across Katie's breasts to punctuate the points.

R6: Taste of her own medicine for Katie as she's lured forward into eating a hook, then viciously countered by stitching rights and lefts. Zoe walking Katie down, featuring a majestic left uppercut/left hook combo - the latter punch swept across trembling blonde abs. Zoe rolling Katie's right with the left shoulder, then answering back right hand zingers: uppercuts and crosses finding Katie's chin, lighting her up. Cassidy stumbling, blinking, trying to rally: Zoe straps hook-to-gut, then unleashing vicious buggywhip right hand, taking Katie in above left hip. Heartless stuff - Zoe dishing a hateful, slender-limbed beating bell to bell: poor Katie blinking back tears at the bell. PONYLASH! Katie open-mouthed, astonished as Zoe pirouettes and draws her ponytail across blonde eyes. Zoe's turn to strut to her corner, showing proud dimples/dancing eyes.

R7: Zoe fakes the pounce...hopping on left leg for moment as Katie bites...then Saldana comes in righty, smiting Cassidy between the eyes. Blonde girl hurt, reeling: she covers up earmuff, stooping forward, crying out as lithe Zoe tucks left uppercut to sternum. Saldana shifts-right, eyes wide as she deploys buggywhip right to Katie's hip, taking her in the back as well. Left uppercut a formality - grazing Katie's left cheek as she's sinking down: Cassidy cringing on all fours, blubbering with hurt. Shaky 8, Katie - Zoe at her with body and head jabs - nibbling away as Katie leans against ropes. Suddenly Katie! Cassidy drops a sneaky right from her guard onto Zoe's face as Saldana's trying the right uppercut: Zoe stung, wobbly butt, covering up in shock. Katie off the ropes: rangy right/lefts stroking across Zoe's fat-free waist, backing Saldana up gurgling. Zoe flat footed, hurt: she tries to punch-with, eating a vicious right cross to chin as her own right sails. Katie wide-eyed, zeroing in: she scrapes a left uppercut across Zoe's left cheek, spooking her; right hand TURNS Zoe's chin again, unhinging her knees. Katie's left uppercut bites at Zoe's ribs: reprisal buggywhip right takes Zoe in her flank, wrenching a cry of pain from her lips. Saldana trembling, stumbling to her right: Katie walks her down - shows her a tapping jab; brushes the left uppercut to left cheek, then POURS in the right hand clean to chin. Head swivel Zoe - her hands drop, legs lock as her torso's pitching sideways and SALDANA GOES DOWN! Zoe crashing to right shoulder, rolling to her back - hands up above head, mouth wide open, eyes shut tight in KO shock. It's over - KO7 in upset fashion, Katie Cassidy!

AFter: Favoured Zoe laid low: sinewy little brunette a slick and sleek customer, but that chin starting to look a little brittle as opponents are finding the off switch. Katie parading the ring: she just busting after knocking off bendy-backed Saldana. "So much for the Summer of Zoe," Katie crows in postfight. "I TOLD you guys I was stronger, and I was - I totally bullied Zoe Saldana tonight. She though she would just pounce me right out, but I'm quick too: I timed her, I jabbed her - I outboxed her and humbled her. But the best part was when she hurt me and knocked me down: she thought she'd just clean me up and I STRETCHED her as she was trying to finish! I love doing that!"
