Before: Fight rising from thre aftermath of Ledford/Johansson--Katie and Scarlett obviously having some issues--negotiations a breeze as both girls want the bout. "Some things were said,": Scarlett admits in prefight. "Katie's a nice girl and I respect her, but she was a little high handed during the Ledford bout, and she didn't really give me respect afterwards. I think Brandy's as tough as they come at 120 and I don't think Holmes would have handled her as well as I did--that's all." Katie eager to impress--she's favourite at most books--rare chance for her to showcase. "Johansson proved us ALL wrong against brandy--not just me. I'm sorry if she thinks i was the only one downplaying her chances, but I guess we'll see how far she's realy come. I plan to jab, use my height and she didn't she any of that against Brandy. I hate to say it, but I think what she did against Ledford was a bit (holds up finger and thumb to indicate small amount) of a fluke," Katie in pale blue cotton cami-strap tank and panties--Johansson in pink cotton tank and panties.

During R1: Katie pretties up on Scarlett, spesaring her stiff jabs, tapping her pesky jabs, extending the left and chiseling Scarlett, turning her. Johansson flustered, out on the end of Holmes' long stick, bobbing side to side, dukes gathered at hjer mouth as she seeks a way inside. Breezy shutout Katie Holmes: big smile, shaking her hair back off her face as she struts back to her corner--textbook ring management from the taller girl in the first.

R2: Scarlett spitting stubby jabs, bobbing to move her head--she gets under Katie's stick and it's a different fight. Holmes backpedalling, extending hands to palm up on Scarlett's shoulders as Johansson presses forward and RIPS to the rib cage. Bell to bell pressure from Johansson, thumping away on Katie's lungs--she's got Holmes red-cheeked, shutout in the second.

R3: Punches getting more and more serious.Katie dropping in hard right hands off the stick, clouting Scarlett's face to the side. Johansson steps in close and carrying beefy hands thick amidships, Holmes warned for tugging Scarlett's head down and clipping her with the off-hand uppercut. Johansson nibbling a little low with body shots as Katie rides a forearm on the upperback to press Scarlett down. Final minute--Katie sliding back, running Scarlett into the jab, lights Johansson up a GORGEOUS right uppercut. Ringing punch the best Katie's ever thrown in competition--Scarlett straightened, head snapped back, buttocks trembling--blonde soaks up the shot--Katie wastes precious follow up time just marvelling at the sight.

R4: Johansson pressing her attack to Holmes' ribs--walking Katie down, forcing her backward, Holmes mouthbreathing, trying to push Scarlett off by her shoulders or wrapping up use;ess around her head--Johansson scrabbling, digging, chugging away to the ribs--moist little gasps of pain esaping through parted lips, Holmes drained, stepping straight back, hands low--she's getting nailed sweeping right hands as Johansson steps-with and slugs.

R5: Katie ramshackle, legs quaking--Johansson fired up, gets back oin, hounding rights and lefts bash away at Katie as Holmes reels along the ropes--Katie woozy, arms up awkward to ward off blows--Johansson determined to cloout away head and shoulders, Ropes: Scarlett presses Holmes deep into the strands, then pulls out to clap a woide right hand to jaw and KATIE GIES DOWN! Holmes drooping to all fours, demoralized--she's up wobbly butt for 8. ON COMES SCARLETT! Johansson sloppy but hungry, clubbing and pushing, sweeping and lugging the leather in--Holmes blubbery, leaning up against the ropes, face in her gloves just getting waled and THE REF STEPS IN! Nothing coming back from Holmes, Katie defenceless, getting shellacked--TKO5 upset Scarlett Johansson!

After: Holmes distraught--she;s been brave as an underdog, but tonight as the favourite, she coughs it up, Johansson raw, but determined, bored in on Katie's long torso and pounded away with youthful exuberance for an eye-opening stoppage, Ever-resourceful HMK makes an audio tape of the fight for Scarlett as a training guide--reasoning that when she's on the inside, she's not really using her eyes anyway: Good thudding shots rewarded by breathy sobs and whimpers from Holmes, while less solid, inefficient blows don;t get the gasps. Of course--copies are downloadable on the internet--soon everyone's listening to Katie's groaning collapse--somehow more intimate and humiliating than slow-mo video.
