Before: Can't wipe the smile off Eliza's face: Scarlett bringing mega-celeb money to the table giving Dushku one of the biggest paydays of her career--but it is the Sheriff already spending the money before the fight's won? "No-no--you've got me confused with Charlize Theron," Dushku cracks wise with the press. "I don't sleep on ingenue-fighters: I treat'em shabby. I've heard about Scarlett's curvy-girl power and her sneaky southpaw stance--haven't really watched a lot of tape because really--who has she fought? I took one look at that mouthwatering paunch of hers and pretty much decided rright than and there what needed to be done in this fight.." Johansson well prepared for Dushku--TU provided HMK vixen with all the Dushku-beating wisdom they've collected over the years. "Tech's been great," Johansson acknowledges, "but you know what? They've got way too much respect for Eliza. I know Dushku gave Connelly beatings when Jen was coming up--but I'm a totallly different fighter tha Jen. They worry too much about little things--things that aren't going to be a problem when Ii start landing my left hand. The training has been great--but the confidence i have in my body and mind is what's going to get Eliza beat. Everyone who thought me beating Mendes was a fluke better hold on to their seats: 'cause I'm about to get 'lucky' twice!" Eliza in red leather bikini, black gloves. Scarlett in midnight blue push up and panties, silver/white lace trim, white gloves.

During R1: Eliza left at her hip, right at her cheek, left foot forward in orthodox stance; Scarlett dukes up, right foot forwared, dipping to er left and pawing her right jab, circling to her right when she moves. First minutes sees Dushku touched the righty jab--Dushku trying to ntake over gets clocked a sneaky right hook over top her jab, taking brunette on the temple--Sheriff's legs give a shimmy: she's tilted forward to cover up baffled, legs momentarily buzzed as Johansson takes over. Eliza opting to crowd, crouching down and putting her left shoulder in Scarlett's chest, circling around with her inside to smother. Johansson tidying up, thick licking right hands in on waist, against the flank; clouting short left swat-style against the back of Eliza's head or ear. Eliza punished, but stablizing--face expressionless en route to corner for the break: shutout first round, Scarlett Johansson.

R2: return of serve shutout--Eliza stepping up her pace, attacking with vigour, up on her toes as stitches in and out on Scarlett. Dushku rotating left--keeping her front (left) foot outside Scarlett's lead (left) foot. Dushku's jab upstairs not really landing, but it's keeping Johansson occupiued--Dushku able to squirt quick-mitt straight rights to the right side of Scarlett's jaw or punch her directly between the jugs with meaty spank. Johansson occasionally covering up earmuff and stooping forward: clear invitation for Dushku to slide inside and punish the midsection--swinging away rangy rights and lefts beefy to waist and flank behind blonde elbows. Near the bell, Eliza turns slugger, wading into Scarlett with rising lefts and rights to the juicy mound of Johansson's rack--blonde backed up under a thudding barrage to her bra as Sheriff sends a statement at the break.

R3: Hot two-way tossing--pace very brisk now as both girls elect to punch-with, leading to many nerve-wracking near-misses and sudden head-connects. Scarlett showing much improved footwork as she matches Eliza's in-out approach--both girls looking to do business and escape receipts. Eliza eyes narrowed--often doubling up a speedy lead right to try to tap Johansson on the way in. Scarlett swiping that right hook wide, then leaning in with straight, pounding lefts up the middle, takig Eliza square in her breats or busting her flush in the mouth. Dushku punched out of her stance and forced to regroup at times--it's Scarlett doing most of the dictating as she potshots Eliza around the ring.

R4: Hot two-way tossing--but this time it's Eliza carrying the minutes. Dushku edging hyer way in to the fight with her left shoulder in Scarlett's chest--girls temple-to-temple inside, pushing and jostling--Eliza looking to slap, dig and cuff Scarlett's payunch, flanks, and jugs inside. Johansson being backed up, walked around--but she's competitive--looking to dig the left into Dushku's offending paunch, hen step back to turn the right hook loose over the top, catching Eliza as she's closing to crowd, Eliza on top for the most part, grinding and bullying in there--she's getting the good firm look she wanted at Scarlett's body this round.

R5: First back to back round won--Eliza taking it to Scarlett all around the ring. Early flurry of lefts and rights at the ropes sees Eliza dig right/left to gut, work up-torso in jarring fashion,k then cash in a sloshing hook to chin as Scarlett's leaning back into the cables: ringing blast puts Johansson wobbly-butt for the first time tonight. Scarlett damaged, sliding to her right along the ropes--Eliza hopping-with, paralleling the course, then slashing in to work that midsection. Second minute consists of Dushku hounding Scarlett all along the apron, crouching low, constantly pitching to that cuddly blonde midriff. Final minute--Johansson badly loosened, dishevelled and hurt--Dushku's  starting to open up, ripping her opponent hard shots to head and body both. Ringing right cross takes Scarlett on her mouth; vicious left hook shivers off liver, drawing a moist sob from Johansson's famous lips. TUP-TUP left/right uppercuts take Johansson in the breasts, brushing her back and the left hook on the chops is a thing of beauty--SENDING JOHANSSON DOWN! Gorgeous head swivel from the hook--Johansson stunned, then sitting awkwardly down with her back to ropes, Sheriff grinning demurely down at the sight, pounds her gloves together and jogs to neutral corner. Groggy 8, Scarlett--bell sounds as she's digging in, saving her from Eliza's feared finishing run.

R6: Jotting double lead right hand catches Scarlett staring--blonde getting tracked as she dips to her left in the southpaw stance--easy for Eliza to find the inner (right) plane of Johansson's jaw. Scarlett stamping around in fence post holes, ears ringing--but she's combative as hell: Dushku rebuked by Johansson's desperate brawling as Eliza tries to close the show off those hard pokes. It's Johansson coming out of the dangerous situation the aggressor--Scarlett snarling, coming forward, pressurizing Eliza around the ring. Dushku suddenly showing a boxing look--up on her toes, skirting the perimeter--but not putting anything on Johansson, effectively letting the blonde find her legs. Johansson unable to bring decisive battle as Dushku dances--Scarlett not cutting the ring off very well when the other girl puts the onus on her to make the fight.

R7: Now Dushku goves back to edging in with her left shoulder, crouching down and electing to jostle-and-crowd her foe: Johansson responds with leather. Scarlett getting off robust--using her own right shoulder to bump-back at eliza, turning into Dushku to deposit thick, thunping left hands to the pit of the stomach. Johansson widening stance by dropping her left foot back, then pulling the hard right hook around--she's clipping Eliza that punch pretty consistently, Dushku curiously inactive, sneaking around with the right under her chin, left across her body, pointing her left shoulder and bobbing her torso to her right: Scarlett able to dictate points with the lead straight left and that lean-away right hook off the left plant-leg. Bell: Scarlett brazen and aggressive, pounding her chest and forcing blazing eye contact. Sheriff refusing to react to the defiance.

R8: Hot two-way tossing--Dushku just getting after it, abandoning the cute little closed stances and torso-bobs: she's just looking to put mitts on meat. Fine with Scarlett--curvy blonde gritting her teeth, leaning in with her head and swapping shots--brisk trade in leather getting done to opposing tummies, tits and chins. Everything short-n'-crisp--girls grinding a lot of tousle, bumping a lot of shoulder, chugging, shrugging and swatting the punches with elbows in. Dushku hammering at the Johansson rack, getting the better of the exchanges and backing blonde up pretty consistently--hardest working round of the fight leaves both girls rosy-cheeked, breathing hard at the bell.

R9: Eliza gets back on top, scouring, plugging, bumping and rubbing--nothing fancy as brunette gets close, moves her hands, takes away from stubborn blonde. Nose-to-nose grinding--girls leaning in, then digging each other to torso and tummy--Eliza doing terrific work slamming her fists in under breast-line on Scarlett, bruising up those ribs with a robust shoulder-pumping delivery. Scarlett consistently getting the worst of it, but down the stretch, she fits a thick left hand firm to paunch, winning a wince from Dushku's face and momentarily halting Sheriff's forward momentum, Johansson eases--weight on left foot--twisting to lick that right hook around and DUSHKU'S HURT! Southpaw hook swivels Eliza's head--Dushku stamping atround, dukes up at her temples: Scarlett pushes Eliza to ropes with the bright hand at Dushku's throat and CLOBBERS her lefty upside the head. Dushku cowering in groggy earmuff, covering up with her left shoulder into the ropes--and SCARLETT'S POUNDING AWAY! Johansson in wide stance, lips curled back, twisting on her hips to swing away rights and lefts, Dushku trembling under the bombardment, taken hard to her gut and back as Scarlett's gloves bounce iff quivering brunette flesh, Bell: Scarlett's pounding away on autopilot---ref has to body jiggy superstar off her prey as Dushku escapes the round on her feet.

R10: Close fight--both girls very tense, taking deep breaths off their stools and focusing on 3 minutes to glory. They bat jabs--Scarlett's right on Eliza's left in midair--then Johansson leans in that slick straight left, catching Eliza on the mouth. Quick shift of the hips--Scarlett eyes-wide as she clips her right hook, catching Dushku's jaw and SWIVELLING DUSHKU'S HEAD! Dushku's legs give way--eyes forlorn as she stumbles backward--she almost takes a seat but clatters into the ropes to avoid knockdown. ON COMES SCARLETT! Johansson scotting-to--leaning forward with a little rangefinding, tapping left, then CRANKING the right hook with every ounce of glute, jug and hip she can get into the thing. Dushku grimacing, covering up earmuff and bending forward, trying to get under the arc of that hard-to-see southpaw hook. Scarlett continually leaning in to tap Eliza the left, then torquing to RIP her the right hook--vicious, vicious body shots unleashed as Johansson tears at ribcage with her weight planted on her lead (right) foot. ELIZA WON'T HAVE IT! Absorbing hellacious wallop--Dushku fires back at the midpoint, pre-empting Scarlett a short right hand on the chin as Johansson's setting up her right hook--BOTH girls wobbly butt as mindless free-for-all erupts! Mouths are open, eyes glassy; buffetting, kneading punches bump back and forth as girls keep elbows in and try to outhustle each other toe-to-toe. Crowd roaring at the groggy lather--faces and breasts takingna mutual shoeshining. Ref has to enforce the bell as girls keep up a sluggish scrubbing into overtime. Goes to the cards, comes back 5 rounds a piece, but oh that knockdown: Eliza takes a one-point duke over Scarlett.

After: Dushku drained, raising a tired arm in victory: Scarlett gave the Sheriff everything she wanted tonight and then some. "I dug it out," an achy Dushku smiles in postfight, "I underestimated her in the first round, but after that, I knew what i had in front of me and I fought her honest. She's by far the most improved fighter that I've seen--she's hard to hit clean, she's busy, she;s smart, and she's tricky--she disguised that right hook very well, much better than I'd been led to believe. I'm tougher than she is, but I don't like to rely on that against girls if I can help it: I'll definitely be better prepared if I have to face this chick again. There's no way I should be going a hard dime with Scarlett Johansson--I'm better than that." Johansson disappointed, but upbeat: she knows how close she came to glory tonight. "I took it to Eliza. Yes, she got me off my feet, but I came back to win the majority of rounds after that--what does that tell you? It tells me that I took her best shot and came back to roll her up--she was definitely breaking down at the end. I'm not just knocking on the door anymore--I'm pounding on it with my shoe! I'm looking at the winner of Rachel/Dani and I want that girl. I want a title by Christmas--that's my goal. If I can hang with Eliza like I did tonight, I can beat anyone in the division--bar none!"
