BEFORE: "Fox is already past her due-date," Outspoken Scarlett shrugs in prefight. "She was always a flash in the pan, and her window has already closed. I'll move against her to establish that fact, then do what no other blockbuster star has been able to do for years: own the summer. People are tired of duds like Megan, Keira, and Jess Alba, and on, and on: it's time one of us big names stood up and fought like she really wants the spotlight!" Fox fuming: Scarlett pushing all the right buttons on young brunette. "I won't let the Summer of Scarlett happen," Megan vows at podium. "She's too...uggh, you know? All she's going to do is extend my reign with this challenge. MY window hasn't closed by a long shot, and I'll slam HERS in her face - just watch!" Scarlett in black leather, bra-strapped bikini with black hipster belt (think Ursula Andress' Dr No bikini, only black); small black puncher's mitts; coppery curls long n' loose; small black leather ankle booties - suitable for boxing, rock climbing or cat-burglary. Megan in baby blue bra and panties with white lace trim; small white puncher's mitts; brunette tangles long n' loose; short UGG boxing booties in tan.

During R1: Scarlett southpaw - her right side inclined towards Megan's orthodox left. More movement from Scarlett than we're used to: changing directions, hop-walking to spots, hands dangling at her sides if she's well out of range. Megs stalking, scowling - hands up chest-high, elbows tucked-in to body. Megs probing left jabs to Scarlett's breasts: Johannson chopping simultaneous counter-right jabs over top, refreshing Megan's chin. Girls fading each other as the other presses in - good leggy use of the ring by both in a nimble first. Bell: Megan offers the world's bytchiest sneer as she cruises past Scarlett's shoulder; Johannson with a classic hair-flip off her shoulder dismisses her brunette with a gesture.

R2: Scarlett leads a sliding left to Megan's face - doubles it up while hopping on right leg: Fox backpedals in alarm. Johannson stalking, stooping forward and dangling her hands down - tempting Fox to punch. Minute mark - Megan probing left jabs...Scarlett slips her head just to the right, causing Foxy's jab to miss over redhead left shoulder while simultaneous chopping left smacks onto Megan's face. Clapping blast loud and visible - catching judges eyes. Meg takes it well, issues receipts: Scarlett hopping out of range while bobbing her torso, then circling right to keep her lead (right) foot outside Megan's left. That's the way of it - Scarlett feinting with her head - lunging in with rights or lefts off her thighs, scoring to Megan's startled face. Fox waving back late receipts, can't answer deft redhead touches. Bell: Scarlett's already started a left hand, lets it land to Megan's pale tummy just a shade late, prompting foot-stomping, wailing protest from Fax to the ref during break.

R3: Megan pumps left jab...Scarlett slips her head outside of it while slinging her left hand INside it, pounding Fox to face. Meg wobbled this time, staggering away: Scarlett hopping in on right leg, chopping right/left/right in brisk knocking sequence against Megan's head/chest. Pivoting counterclockwise around a grounded right heel, Scarlett turns Megan's left flank - continuing to chop pesky little right jabs onto Meg's left cheek, then smite her the straight left hand to left cheek. Fox unraveling, constantly surprised: she's having a hell of a time with Scarlett's southpaw cutes. Halfway point...Megan trying to get the jab home to jug: Scarlett slips outside it while chopping the left INSIDE of Megan's jab, plowing onto face. Meg's head straight back - she's still groggy when Scarlett doubles up and lands the knocking left again. Fox stumbling to ropes in woozy distress: Scarlett grinning, closing in with hands dangling. Megs pushes out the left: Johannson weaves back from it; pulls the right up off her thigh and slops into onto Megan's left eye. Right hand Megan: Scarlett slips to her left, making punch miss over right shoulder; pops up to poke left hand straight onto Megan's mouth. Meg whining, covering up: Scarlett leans torso-right, dragging wide left hand across flat Fox guts; Scarlett tilts torso-left to hack right hook to ear; Scarlett leans torso-right while looping wide left hand to rightside jaw with a CLAP! Jarring blast stuns Megan...Fox staring with wide, how-could-you eyes as her left knee buckles, spilling her awkwardly to canvas. Scarlett hopping back as Fox falls into her then down - Johannson grinning, bouncing to neutral corner. Fox crying, up at 9 but badly dazed...ref waves this one off, cradling a blubbering Megan against ropes as Scarlett shouts in TKO3 triumph.

After: Johannson beaming - strutting around in black leather bikini like a marauding little vixen after her best win since shocking Eva Mendes years ago. "Say it with me, guys," Scarlett grins in post-fight: "The Summer Of Scarlett! You know it's true. Megan's in tears; Zoe's already trembling in her boots; Sienna Miller's ready to be outclassed. Line 'em up and let's get these pretenders BEAT!"
