Before: Elisha Cuthbert fun, brash at the mic - popping a right bicep pose and slapping the muscle with left hand for emphasis. "Scarlett Johansson will be easy-peezy," Cuthbert promises. "I marched on Britney - really took it to her - and that's something Scarlett Johannson couldn't even dream of doing. I'm at my sturdiest - I'm in great shape - I'm strong and I feel everything coming together for me. Scarlett Johansson's gonna derail all that? Uh-uh." Scarlett composed - taking the high road at the podium. "Unfortunately for Elisha, she DID fight a great fight to outwork Britney," Johansson smiles. "Of course, everyone knows Elisha can't string two great fights together to save her life: I'm just gonna continue the trend for her. She IS a strong girl, so I'm just going to have to whittle away on her. Once I get her breathing hard and making mistakes, this fight will get real easy, real fast." Scarlett in soft platinum curls; stretchy pink scoop top with white ruffles around the decolletage; navy cotton bottoms with white waistband; white gloves. Elisha in midnight blue bikini; white gloves.

During R1: Elisha announces herself to Scarlett's breasts, laying down a thick, pounding bombardment of walk-in lefts and rights. Johansson punched onto her heels: she rolls onto her back (left) foot, ducks to her left, gets under this shellack, then answers a thick, sweeping left hand to the pit of Cuthbert's stomach. Elisha rocked, but standing-in: she continues to spray punches as Scarlett pivots-right, tucking herself in safe behind that lead right shoulder. Straight left hand from Scarlett punches Elisha's mouth - Johansson crouching after scoring, keeping the right hand at her cheek. Cuthbert snarling, plants on her lead (left) foot and REEFS hooks at Scarlett's left flank: Johansson pivots-right again, relieving pressure, then jotting the straight left hand onto Elisha's face from close stance. Steady pressure from Cuthbert - drilling accuracy from Johansson: fight circles round midring in glorious back and forth surges. Late the round: Scarlett's awkward southpaw right hook cuffs Elisha behind the head, pushing her forward as Scarlett sidesteps-right. Elisha bewildered, out of position: Johansson eyes-wide as she drills a straight left hand in over Cuthbert's left shoulder, jamming onto jaw. Lishy's stunned: Scarlett doubles up, banking the insurance left to left side of Elisha's head, buckling Cuthbert's sturdy legs at bell. Johansson tosses her curls, smiles bright, struts to her corner the clear winner of round one.

R2: Elisha shrugs off punishment, wades into breadbasket and tits. Scarlett woofing in pain as she's backed up: she firms at the ropes - catching 'Lishy a right uppercut off the lead (right) foot; pivoting right around a tight right hook to temple. Cuthbert staggered face-first into ropes, quickly regroups, sweeps a fat right roundhouse onto Scarlett's astonished jugs, clapping the bejesus out of 'em. Scarlett grits her teeth, retreats in good order, fetching oncoming 'Lishy right and left uppercuts to chin en-route. Cuthbert gobbles, wades through, pounds at Johansson's rack like it's insulted her. Scarlett hammered to ropes again, firms, snarls, digs a hateful right uppercut to Elisha's midsection, then trades left hands as the girls square up. Simultaneous chin-toggling sees Cuthbert fall into Scarlett, bearing her to ropes: Elisha squirming, wrestles her way into position on top. Writhing, tummy to tummy action from there on: Cuthbert grinding her head in under Scarlett's chin, pumping Scarlett's tummy, pushing and shouldering on Scarlett. Johansson trying to squeeze out from under, pushing and bumping with Elisha to no avail. Bell: Scarlett all roughed up, left hand pushing into throbbing jugs en route to her corner; Cuthbert puffy and scuffed, but eager as puppies to keep at it.

R3: Elisha pours in - another walking barrage of lefts and rights directed at Scarlett's rack, forcing Johansson back. Scarlett wanting to pivot-right around her right shoulder to turn Elisha, but Cuthbert's hurtling pressure too rapid. Johansson bumped to ropes, then rocked a whacking sidearm right full to the gut: Scarlett cries out, hugging her tummy and SCARLETT TAKES A KNEE! Elisha bellowing down "STAY DOWN YOU TRAMP!" Johansson in gut shot agony - pushes her left hand against Elisha's thigh to move her back as ref rushes in. Johansson takes her 8, but she's flustered, getting overwhelmed. She takes to her bicycle to run the clock, but Elisha won't have it - simply tackling Johansson to ropes and struggling to reach in under her arms. Scarlett stacked and beaten relentlessly to her rack and head: Elisha's curvy legs stamping away on the spot, maintaining her pressure. Scarlett able to squirt out to either side and run: Elisha offering hot pursuit, not shy about putting her body on Johansson if that's what it takes. Bell: Elisha finishes up a plugging series of rights and lefts against a sagging Johansson's midsection at the ropes; Cuthbert turns, jogs back to her corner all grins. "I'M PASTING HER!" She shouts en route.

R4: Johansson mouthbreathing, disheveled: she's slow and cranky off her stool, presenting her right shoulder and placing her left at her breasts to await the onslaught. 'Lishy jogs to midring, reaches her right hand way back behind her and sweeps a crazy right roundhouse - missing grandly over top as Scarlett calmly dips beneath. Johansson flat footed, in southpaw closed stance: she's determined to get respect here, knows she needs to put harm on Elisha. Scarlett just twisting torso-right, dropping that sneaky left hand off her chest to Elisha's face: spanking blows knock Cuthbert's head back as Johansson scores, then recloses her stance in good order. Elisha sloppier, but much busier and more aggressive: for every poke-on-the-face she takes, she's generous, lavish even, with wailing receipts. Scarlett visibly wilting under the constant wallop against her flanks - trying to slip the head shots and stand in with Elisha. Cuthbert's nose-bloodied, but she's oblivious: just getting off hamhanded, bouncing her mitts off Johansson's plush torso all blonde mayhem. Minute and a half in, Scarlett's loosening, eyes glazing over as she hangs in there, trading one of hers for half a dozen of 'Lishy's. Final minute, Scarlett's knees buckle - she gasps at the twin-spank of a hot right/left against her paunch, slowly wilting forward into earmuff as she stops punching. Cuthbert unleashed: OH she's reefing hooks at Johansson's left flank, ripping away at tender blonde ribs. Short curling right right hands club at Scarlett's guard, trying to slug through to breast meat: Scarlett grunting, keeping her head protected as she baby-steps forward behind her mitts. More hooks, more right hands - Elisha exuberant, slugging off one foot while the other foot skips up off canvas - she's just slopping it to Scarlett. JOHANSSON GOES DOWN! Slow, wilting descent: Scarlett easing herself to all fours, panting from sheets of punishment and it's OVER! Scarlett Johansson can't take 'Lishy's heat: KO4 Elisha Cuthbert.
