BEFORE: Fox looking to wash the bitter taste of defeat out of her mouth: she's not about to concede summer supremacy to Scarlett just yet. "I'll use Lohan to retune, then I'll get right back into the fray," Megan reports. "Saldana and Sienna Miller are lurking around like they matter - I'll cut them down, then I'll bring Scarlett to heel before the summer is out. Notice how I didn't even mention Lindsay? It's because she doesn't matter. She's just here to take a beating." Lohan fuming, but it's undeniable: Megan is the mega-star - she's bringing the spotlight...Ms. Lohan being cast as 'opponent' against a girl she once thought of as her own understudy. "I won't let Fox use me," Lindsay says simply. "I'm down right now - she's up - but all that can change in the blink of an eye. I take down Fox, and suddenly, producers start realizing how much better I'd look in their blockbusters. She thinks she's irreplaceable, but believe me: Megan Fox can be swapped out just like that (snaps fingers). And I can't wait to ruin things for her!" During R1: Girls trade small-mitt left jabs to pouting mouths: Fox gets extra by hooking jug off the jab, sidestepping herself left, turning Lindsay clockwise. More jabs - Fox sprinkling poke to belly/breasts/face - Linds focusing on Meg's hated face, deliberately trying to lump her up. Megan's sinewy torso movement keeping her safe: Lindsay's missing over either Fox shoulder, or across the top of her head as Megan slips n' rolls while staying in range for her own punching. Midway through, sliding right cross turns Lindsay's chin hard to starboard...knees buckle as she stumbles sideways, eyes tearing up. Fox hopping in care-free: left hand dangling, right at her chest. Lohan tries to jab Fox off: Megan pulls her left off her thigh, clouting Linds to chin via limber check-hook. Girls lean into simultaneous rights: Megan's lands as Lohan's pokes over Meg's right shoulder and LINDSAY SITS DOWN! Cracking blast spanks off face, dumps Lohan to her buttocks: Megan strutting past all preening and smouldering as poor Lohan pushes up off tingling glutes. Resume: Fox engaging, dragging fists back and forth across Lohan's front: Lindsay trying to scrub-with, getting out-punched/backed up to ropes. Fox pouting prettily, helping herself to Lohan's jugs with a cruel side to side shoe-shine: Lindsay gurgling, sagging against ropes, momentarily helpless as Megan romps to bell.

R2: Meg calm in the pocket, supple and bendy-backed: she's dangling the left at her hip, right hand cocked at her chest, awaiting Lohan's move. Linds forward, punching straight rights and hooking lefts...Meg slides back from this, bobbing at the waist, making Lohan miss. Lindsay spraying punches...Meg rolls-with a Lohan right, then answers back a sudden, clouting right to Lindsay's chin, putting LL wobbly-butt on the spot. Fox snarling - dark curls in her eyes/corner of her mouth: she lifts hook off her thigh, clapping Lohan's jaw, then drops in another right, stunning Lilo. Lindsay hurt - hands outstretched in don't-hurt-me posture - feet parallel: Fox dips - lowering left hand below her knee before straightening up, stepping in and hooking the bejesus out of Lindsay's mouth. Limber, whipping punch swivels Lilo's skull, stiffens her legs...she's toppling backward as her feet stay put, stretching her out with a sickening crash. Great whoop from the gallery...Fox trotting past grinning, pushing hair off her face in the sea-breeze...poor Lohan stiff-legged, on her back - both arms outstretched to the sky for a moment, her eyes shut tight in KO'd little frown. That's it - officials move in to scrape Lindsay up: KO2 in dramatic fashion - Megan Fox.

After: Mission accomplished Fox: she replaces images of her own abject defeat to Scarlett with fresh pics of dominant victory: Cannes paps flashing away as Meg poses for 15 straight minutes in ring. Lohan badly knocked out - taken to a stateroom where she can look back on her career and wonder how she got to a place where Megan Fox now owns-and-uses HER rather than the other way around.
