Last time out, Spearritt embarrassed Kristin by taking the gamine brunette to ropes and giving her a fearful non-stop scrubbing the likes of which Kreuk had never seen before. Kris learned her lesson, and made this more of a fight-at-range--but only after giving up another big lead to hard-scrapping British opponent.

Well behind at the half, Kreuk began to open the canvas up with her legs, drilling Spearritt some respect giving right hands which would change the tenor of the fight. For the first time in 15 rounds of fighting with Kristin, Spearritt showed some reluctance to close with her foe--allowing Kreuk to work behind her jab and seek fight-winning body blows. Punishing Hannah with slender-limbed strapping to the sternum. Kreuk produced the fight’s only knockdown in the sixth, finally and irrevocably reversing the tide. Hannah would fight very bravely--even taking Krissy to ropes and outworking her in spots--but Kreuk would never fully relinquish the control she had earned with those sixth-round body shots.
