BEFORE: Watson eager to bang her way past an American cinema-rival - little Britain bursting with confidence. "I see Stewart as a showcase for my talent," Emma shrugs in prefight. "I'm much the quicker vixen - have all the tools - am dedicated to my craft...Kristin is, well, let's just say she lacks class and have done." Stewart just as eager to smarten Emma up: "Watson's snooty, but a few good doses to chin should fix that," Kris chuckles. "I just don't see her hanging with me. She looks like she should be a finalist in a pattycakes competition, not a boxing match!" Watson in black bandeau with twist-tied top and ring-connect bottoms; small black gloves; hair pinned up into little slugger's bun. Kris in green bikini with pink/black/white plaid lines; small black gloves; ponytail with bangs.

During R1: Girls scoot to midring, spend more than a minute circling and feinting before Kris offers hook to Emma's tits. Combination back from Watson a frisky tip-tap: punches nibbling at guard as Kris covers up. More circling, eyeballing: Kris jabs to Emma's pale tummy: Watson hooks tits; girls exchange rights that miss; Kris comes back a swinging hook and DOWN GOES EMMA! Watson hooked to her glutes: she's up quick, bouncing and anxious to answer: round ends before she gets her chance.

R2: Same patience shown by both young fighters: lots of circling/positioning. Kris doubles up the jab to chase Emma backward; drops a right hand on little British top-knot: Watson's angry reprisals sweep short as Kris withdraws/circles to her right. Step-and-poke single jabs from Kris find Emma, penetrate raised dukes to punch British face back PAK! Good stiff stuff from Kris, reducing her foe through 2.

R3: Kris ducks in close with right at her temple, hooking Emma's breadbasket stout: British girl grunts/grimaces, ties up for break. Kris stepping in the jab, walking Emma down: Watson skirting the perimeter, not anxious to trade.

R4: Kris jabbing for body, eats a scrubbing one-two to face: Emma showing quick mittens up top, if not especially powerful. Em sidestepping counter-clockwise, fitting Kris for sneaky lead rights off the front (left) foot and come-back left jabs. Stewart turning, taking - doesn't appear especially bothered despite good clean small mitt contact with face. Halfway through, Kris returns a swinging hook, landing to the button of Emma's chin: DOWN GOES BRITAIN! Watson punched to her buns, up and dusting herself off again, but she's looking a little vexed and rattled now.

R5: Quick feet and hands from Emma as she scrubs one-twos - trying to tattoo Kris and escape. Stewart crouching/blocking/encroaching...American lass waiting too much, doesn't move her hands, lets little Brit touch her up for featherduster points.

R6: Emma first again - all punches coming pesky off her front (left) plant leg as she titls forward to scrub. Kris keeping hands up, blocking most shots, stepping Emma down: Watson sidestepping, showing angles, starting to outclass Kris a little here. Stewart measuring her jab against Emma's chest - not striking jug - just reaching out lefts and bringing 'em back as she stalking/hopping in pursuit. Down the stretch, Emma goes to issue left/right/hook off the front leg - gets the first two punches away, then munches that swinging hook as Kris times the receipt. Well placed wallop jams Emma's chin down, stiffens her legs - this time she hits mat with a crash, sprawling on her back. Emma writhing on canvas, head lolling side to side...she's out, can't rally off her back as Kris notches a choosy-punching KO6.

After: Stewart very economical - outworked at times, but recognizing Emma wasn't setting down on shots. "She can't punch at all," Kris reports in postfight, looking earnestly up at the interviewer. "Once I felt her power - or lack thereof - I just wanted to walk her down and measure her for the KO. My hook was landing pretty consistent - touched her once in the body 'cause my trainer was bytching at me about 'details' - then I just checked her out. Pretty sweet - love them English crumpets!"
