Eva's claim to be the 'hottest thing in showbiz' brought Pam out of semi retirement - fight took place outdoors on the Venice Beach boardwalk, considered by many to be Anderson's back yard.

Pam got to Eva in the first with free swinging power from both sides, stunning Mendes upside the head, then going to town on those glorious jutting melons. With Pam heaping on after the bell and nearly dropping Eva with a series of clobbering late right hands on the chin - it looked like a blonde romp early. But Mendes would show discipline, courage and a meanspirited body attack as she came out strong in the second and took the fight to Anderson. Circling behind a punishing jab, Eva picked her spots to lean in and hook to Pam's midsection, leaning out to get the left uppercut and finding Anderson's chin with long right hands. With Pammy stepping in fence post holes - Eva stepped up her own rack attack, savaging Anderson's jugs at every opportunity with clawing hooks and downward chopping rights. In the end, Pam found herself cornered and wilting under a slinging barrage of sumptuous lefts and rights - Eva just bashing away hooks downstairs and rights up top until her blonde puddled at her feet. A glowing win for Eva and the fight that started the buzz for the promising new Latina.
