BEFORE: "I'm excited," Nicole admits in prefight. "Megan's 'the face' of hot celebrity for a lot of mainstream fans, so taking care of her is always significant. She's bendy, and she has shown some skill, but something other fighters have told me is that when Megan can't pull hair, she's really not a threat. That's probably why she doesn't win a lot of boxing matches!" Fox on the bubble, trying to save her summer after losing to Scarlett J: Meg's going up in weight to face bigger Nikki on bantam turf. "I don't think it's that big a gamble," Megan shrugs in prefight. "She's bigger than me, but she's not a strength fighter to begin with...and anyway, I'm better. It's my summer to win or lose, and shredding Nicole Scherzinger's going to push me past Scarlett on most lists. Basically, I'm going to do to her what Sarah Carter did, only hotter." Megan in green bikini top/fluorescent orange bottoms; small black work out mitts; hair wet. Nikki in white Maxim bikini; small white work out mitts; hair wet.

During R1: Elegance of execution: Nicole undresses Megan bell to bell. Scherzinger with left at her hip/right at her chest - roaming effortlessly in either direction, darting in/out at will, touching Megan either hand: Fox a confused beauty in rigid earmuff. Nikki sliding on past after strafing Megan - Scherzinger's legs all lithe as she pivots/cross-steps/slidesteps in out, and around. Fox lunging at times, only to guzzle down cute pre-emptive left uppercuts; roll-and-counter right hands. When Meg hangs back, she's picked apart - Nikki fitting her jab in on face; lashing the buggywhip right across trembling Fox abs; feint-and-leading the right hand up the middle. Supple stuff - like one otter tormenting and chasing another around. Glorious: Nicole all demure, smiling prettily as she stares at canvas en route to her corner; Fox touched up, fuming through 1.

R2: Nikki slidestepping back, feeding Meg jabs as Fox comes forward: Meg paws a jab, eats a withering pull-counter right delivered as Nikki's backing up! Chipping littlo Ali-esque chop to chin - Nik dropping her right to her pocket, then whipping it up and over Meg's left hand to put Fox wobbly butt. Megan shaky-legs to ropes, blinking hurt: Nicole moves on her, lathering slender ribs as Fox fights back desperately from ropes. Scherzinger cries out, suddenly covering her face with both palms: Megan's managed to put her thumb in Nikki's eye. Cue reprisal - seething Fox baring her teeth as she wails away wide left/rights against glossy Scherzinger flanks...poor Nicole beaten in a semi circle until her back hits ropes. Fox in rough with her head - butting Nicole under left eye, then going body with both arms lashing. Hup-hup barrage beats Nikki's trim tummy, then strays well low: lapping left/rights dig away to groin, sitting Scherzinger mute in ropes. Slender-limbed shove-and-slug from there: Nikki open-mouthed, crippled, just covering up face-in-gloves: Megan pulling at the guard, bodying up, galloping amidships and trying to saw uppercuts through the middle. Bell: Nikki with the cleanest true punches of the round probably takes the points, but it's Fox with a vengeful bounce in her step through 2.

R3: Nikki's left eye swelling up badly: she's blinking in pain, aggression much reduced. Fox attacking early - rejected by Nicole's jab and educated footwork, but Megan smells blood. Half way point - Meg lunging in head-first again, crashing into Nikki's left cheek, tackling her to ropes: crude, writhing beat down applied as Scherzinger is mauled at ropes. Nicole's hands protecting face: Foxy's left hand grips Nikki's left wrist, anchoring the dusky beauty for buggywhipping rights ear-and-body both. Bell: Megan pushing up off Nicole, suddenly plunges in from Scherzinger's left flank, depositing a right elbow deep to unsuspecting PCD tummy. Cry of pain, Nikki S: Megan pulled away by ref as Scherzinger crumples to seat on ropes, hugging guts.

R4: Megan hungry and cheap - diving in past Nicole's jab to land head-butts on face, forcing Scherzinger ropeside. Fox fighting off Nikki's chest - blindly flailing away both fists downstairs: white trunks, dark thighs taking a pasting as Meg shovels in low. Ref pulling Fox off, shaking her by one slender arm, repeatedly warning her...at one point, she glares up at the man and shouts "I'm Megan Fox you douche!" before lunging back in for more Nicole. Scherzinger gasping, blinking back tears: every time she rallies, Megan's in her trunks, or tousle-scrubbing rough - or even getting a forearm up to scrub face/press throat. Ugly, cruel stuff from Megan scours Nicole along ropes. Break: Nikki blubbering, but trainer not having it - telling her, "who's trunks are those, yours or hers? Get her outta there Nik - it's on you!"

R5: Scherzinger beats Megan hip-to-head, pillar to post, punching the young phenom at the stagger all around the ring. Nicole's swollen face tight with controlled anger - she's leading choppy right hands, following with sweeping hooks from her hip. Megan floundering - stumbling across ring/along ropes - eyes wide, helpless before the storm. Stitching stuff from Nikki - swift, cruel right/lefts in tandem, then she's walking Megan down as Fox wilts. Megan weepy, trembling at bell...when Nicole turns away from her, Fox lunges at Nikki's back, looping a right hand up and over the right shoulder to smite awkwardly at Scherzinger's face. Ref intervenes as brawl ensues - fight delayed by chaos.

R6: Scherzinger hard-eyed - hopping after Megan - working jabs to Meg's midsection, then opening up to slash hooks/chop right hands - pivoting around her planted left heel. Fox cut in her mouth, lumping up...she's tired and pasted - lashing out at her tormentress as Nikki weaves back onto her right (rear) leg, out of range. Tragic stuff - Nikki swaying in and out, treating herself to Megan's face, punching it raw: Fox staggered, but rallying - it's all she can do to keep her feet.

R7: Midring, girls trading licks: Nikki fitting slick inside uppercuts to chin, supple shoulders rotating; Fox slashing back at ribs, looping shots to Nikki's ears, generally getting the worst of it. Minute mark - Fox dips left shoulder/snaps the tart left hook off Nikki's trunks: cry of pain, Scherzinger - her eyes shut, eyebrows arched high, mouth open as she stoops forward. Forearm braces Nikki's tits, pushing her upward: sweeping right claps across right eye, stunning her, staggering her to her right. Nicole covers up face-in-gloves...Fox steps-to - left hand securing Nikki's left wrist as sidearm right buggywhips CRASH against dusky left flank. Sickening small-glove thump about as hard as Megan Fox can lay strap: Nikki's hurting. Scherzinger wilting to ropes, facing in gloves: Fox stays on her, lashing fists across waistline, stroking the tummy, trunks, thighs. Nikki blurtiing in pain, pitching forward: Fox reaches in under Scherzinger's arms, stacks her deep to ropes, lifts the right knee up inside Nicole's right thigh. Shoving off, Fox stays on ribs/torso, painting on slender-limbed shellack: poor Nikki turning her left side into ropes, covering her head while trying to deny her battered trunks to hungry Megan. Fox seething - left hand braced against the horsey rise of Nicole's hip/buttock - right hand slap-chopping in again and again on that right ear. Nicole not answering back, going limp...she's out! Nicole Scherzinger punched senseless at ropes, lolling there as Megan pours in the insurance...ref finally moves in to hug Nikki to safety. TKO7 Megan Fox in heinous fashion!

After: Boos cascading down as Fox records one of the most vicious and hard-fouling stoppages of all time: Nicole weeping at the unfairness of it all, badly savaged tonight. "The better woman won!" Fox says in postfight, raising her voice above the crowd-protest. "I came up to meet her; I bullied her, and I made her quit: that's Megan Fox boxing! So much for the 'summer of Scarlett' - I'm the girl in the sun now!" FCBA commission promising to levy stern penalties in the wake of Fox's atrocious behavior. When pushed for details, one official was quoated as saying: "VERY stern indeed."
