Before: This one has it all: country/corporate diva vs. hip/hopster teen dream, sexy and sophisticated vs. cute and bouncy - and two women who know the way to a man's heart has something to do with showing him their stomachs. Twain possesses a crisp, combination punching style, and comes in a little small against the loose limbed, club-fighting style of spears. Red jogbra and high cut trunks for Shania, White jogbra and teal high cut trunks for Brittney.

During R1: Spears showboating, circling with her arms at her sides, leaning away from Twain jabs, and countering with smacking wide lefts or rights to make Shania look slow, robotic in comparison. All single power shots from Brittney as she lopes around Shania, using her supple torso to generate power from weird angles. Twain just getting warmed up, unhurt, but also shutout this round.

R2: Shania shows good footwork, cutting off the ring on the cocky youngster, flurrying with both hands, and although missing the first couple of punches, catches Brittney usually with the 4th and 5th. Spears still her hands at her sides, bending and sliding to the side, but getting tagged by the very busy brunette, and a right/left to the chops stuns Brittney as she pulls straight back. Twain pushing Spears to the ropes, lights up the ring with a big smile, pressing her cheek into Brittney's breasts and pounding away with churning combinations downstairs to the bell. Spears huffing and puffing as she goes back to her corner, wiping at her teary eyes.

R3: OH BRITNEY! Spears catches Twain coming forward with a from the hip right uppercut, lifting the taut brunette onto her toes and putting her immediately on hurt street. Spears lashes away with her loose whipping blows, turning her hips and chest into exaggerated blows to Twain's midsection and head. Twain recovers and comes forward in a tight guard, bending low and countering to Spear's smooth midsection as punching continues after the bell.

R4: Twain pressing forward bobbing side to side, and scoring with punches thrown as she either steps into, or straightens out of a crouch. Spears with a swollen lower lip and a worried right eye, continues to fight with pure athleticism and very little thought to punch selection or battle plan.

R5: Spears circling, leaping in and out on Twain, and getting to Shania's perfect face with heavy single shots from strange angles. Brittney likes to lean forward with her hands down, drawing the shot, then sweep with either hand as Twain walks forward. Spears also scoring with a tough-sounding right uppercut to the pit of the tummy on Twain, smiling and standing up straight into the punch when it lands.

R6: All Twain as the fight is even after this round. Shania less flamboyant, but just as effective with her movement, makes Spears miss and makes her pay with short left hooks on the jaw. In the final minute, Twain works Spears gut and breasts with vicious short strokes, and punching continues once again after the bell as Shania posts the shutout.

R7, 8, 9: Brittney Spears separates herself from Shania Twain in three hard fought, but decisive rounds for the young blonde. Spears continues to sweep in and out on Twain, and the outrageous uppercuts to the stomach take their toll on the older woman. Twain begins to follow Spears, unable in the later rounds to cut off the ring, and Brittney nails her with tremendous single hooks and uppercuts before sliding out of reach. After nine, Twain's left eye is closed, and her porcelain features are swollen and sore looking. She's a beaten fighter going into the 10th.

R10: After some early fireworks from Twain, Spears legs take over. She walks around Shania, just turning a shoulder and slipping the brunette's pawing blows, then countering with slick, smashing power from either hand. With Shania clearly discouraged and slowing, Brittney leaps into that tummy uppercut, then doubles the right hand to the chin to drive Shania to the ropes. All Brittney over the latter half of the round, as she grins wide, battering Twain helpless. Spears punches right, holds the hand in Shania's face, then lashes her with the left, drags the left back across Shania's swollen lips to stuff the right hand into Twain's gut. Merciless beating to the bell culminates as a beaming Brittney Spears puts an arm around a dazed Twain's waist and parades the brunette trophy around the ring before the corners intervene. Unanimous decision for Brittney Spears.

After: Spears is starting to worry people. This beating of a tough, ring wise celebrity proves that despite gaping flaws, she has raw ability that can't be underestimated. Showing some toughness under pressure, Brittney overcame a close, competitive bout to turn this into a humiliating, one-sided contest at the end.
