Before: Undercard bout piped in love from MGM Grand at half time of an actual hot Dice game. Hartt a former fitness queen and 5’6 hard body promises to “go at Kiana’s body like it’s never been gone at before” and pundits like Kim’s chances. It’s a classic combination puncher vs. lanky right hand bomber--ring set up on the infield on the roller jam arena. Hartt in silver short shorts, halter top sports bra, Kiana in red short shorts, black and red racer back sports bra.

During R1: Kiana loading up early, cocking the right at her chest, holding the left low, while Hartt moves forward, bobbing at the waist, crossing her arms, then coming back up with hooks. Tom staying nimble early, poking the Hearn’s jab, stepping back, but it’s Hartt who lands the first telling blow, smacking Kiana’s beautiful head to the side with a flush left hook. Hartt muscling her way inside, bounces both fists off Kiana’s stony ribcage, and beats the Hawaiian into a flat footed war of attrition. Tom responding with bent arm, stiff looking right uppercuts and whipping left hooks, but she’s clearly not as quick fisted, and Hartt able to out punch the champ to the bell,. Hartt urging her home town crowd on as both girls return to their corners. Kiana’s Asian cheekbones beginning to swell already.

R2: Brisk fitness pace continues, Kiana again opening with the jab, lifting it off her hip and looking to twist into a big right hand, Hartt doing a good job of slipping under the right hands and ringing up Kiana’s midsection with biting hooks. Ion the final minute, Kiana with her back to the ropes, finally comes up underneath with a looping right uppercut, bouncing the fist off Hartt’s face as the blonde bobs down into the punch., Kim’s feet squared up, not balanced well, is knocked to her butt for a flash knock down.

R3: Kiana goes to Kim’s body with those whipping Hearns left hooks, uncoiling with several bombs to put hart wobbly butt early. Kim struggling forward as Kiana drops the back foot, widening her stance and PLOWS the right hand into the oncoming blonde’s face/ Hartt hurt, frozen in her tracks as Kiana steps right and lunges into another cracking right hand from the oblique angle. Hartt’s head spins lazily. As she folds to the deck, and sprawls picturesquely on the canvas in a daze.  Kiki turns on her heel, walking back to her canvas without so much as a look back.

After: Kiana record against fitness competitors continues to sparkle, and she adds a great name to the list with the spectacular KO. More talk of retirement from the Tom camp--what else is there for her to prove? Hartt’s PPV debut a disappointment win-wise, but a good, high work rate performance all but assures her of continued exposure.
