Battle of star crossed boxers - both beauties having trouble catching breaks. Heigl in the long shadow of Kris Loken, always fielding questions about the glass ceiling over her career. "Look, that's out of my control," Kathy shrugs. "I just fight. If someday, I were allowed to fight Kris for the title - that would be wild - I think that could be the best big girl tussle since Russle/Mansfield, but if it doesn't happen? I just keep knocking down bums like Warren and good things will come."
Warren the forgotten woman at HISC, but scoffing at the notion that she could be on the bubble. "Who are they gonna get, Mariah Carey?" Warren snorts. "HISC has always been a small-girl shop and sometimes I think I'm only here so they can have a footprint at 130, but seriously, look at what I bring to the table. I beat out Charlize Theron for my plum role in ‘The Cooler’ - so there's a truck load of acting talent right there. I'm a freakin' supermodel who was an Olympic athlete. I've got Tyra's right hand, Kristanna's boxing ability and Landry's chin - with a little marketing support I WILL deliver a championship to this stable."
Warren in white bikini top, tan leather bottoms, gold belly chain, wet curls - Kathryn in beige crochet bikini.

Rd 1: Warren out with zesty one-twos - Kathy gloves at her mouth, dipping side to side, weaving. Midway through, girls trade clubbing rights on the chin, back with hooks and WARREN GOES DOWN! E stretched out long and serene on her back, eyelashes fluttering - she's caught a SLOBBERKNOCKING left on her chin that brings crowd to feet with a roar. Warren somehow shakes off the KO, gets painfully to her feet - Heigl marching in for a gluttonous final minute, her head on Warren's chest, fists pounding out a brutal rhythm on Estella's shabby ribs. E: mouth open, arms drooping around Kathy's slick, sausage-tight body, trying to tie up that chugging freight train of hurt early.

Rd 2: Heigl storming into Estella with heart punches: big, flat right hands under the left breast that have Warren sobbing in shock, mouth wide open, legs buckling. Midway through, Heigl stepping-with as Estella slides along the ropes - Kath smashing back Warren's head with chasing hooks, leaning in on chin with searing right hands and WARREN'S DOWN AGAIN! Estella caught laying over to her right side with a blunderbuss right on the ear - she droops, then reclines to lay stretched out on her back again, queasy with stupor. Again, heroic effort for Warren to deny the KO, rolling to her side, climbing the ropes and swaying in the wind for 8. Another brutal finishing minute Heigl: KruZher just squaring away, palming back Estella's elbows, putting her head on Estella's chest and HAMMERING ribs and tummy. Kathy in her element, hurting tall girl near-defenseless at the ropes, Heigl just taking all she wants of Estella's long coastlines and tanned breadbasket.

Rd 3: HEIGL EATS AN UPPERCUT! Warren shaky-legged, but composed, walks Kathy into a crushing right uppy and puts Heigl wobbly-butt to begin the frame. Warren patient, letting Kathy topple forwards, taking little Evander Holyfield step-outs to fade, then drilling Heigl right crosses or uppercuts on the chin. Heigl sputtering, stumbling, but always coming forward - Estella able to pound away face the jab, spot up her right hands and step over to either side as tall blonde gets her legs back. Heigl shelled this round but refusing to go down - by the final minute, she's trading back in crowd-pleasing fashion - both beauties swinging lusty at the bell.

Rd 4: Pace slackens - both girls ramshackle, busting up and hurt after a furious start. Heigl more cautious on her approach, showing a jab, coming in with that driving right to the heart, then reaching round Estella's back to swamp tall girl. Warren eased into the ropes, trying to push Heigl off, extend on punches with limited results. Good greasy pressure from Kathy - she gets a body consistently on Estella this round.

Rd 5: Warren takes over behind a piston jab, lumping up on Heigl mid-ring. When she gets inside, Kath often met with pre-emptive uppercuts and freezing - Warren able to go to the body with chugging rights and lefts, drawing her long arms back and plugging into Katherine's waist. E using the step-out technique to draw Kathy forward into uppercuts - Warren proving she can shorten up stroke and fight at closer ranges.

R6: Pendulum swings back to Heigl: she gets to Estella's chest and smears tall girl along the ropes. Warren open-mouthed from Kathy's ringing body shots - tieing up Kathy's arms, hanging on for breaks, or pushing jiggley KruZher off in an attempt to step off the ropes. Good clouting maul applied by Kath - she's warned for getting a forearm up into Estella's face as she routinely drapes Warren over the top rope.

Rd 7: Warren stabilizing Kathy with a pulverizing jab, slides back half a step, lures Heigl forward and lights her up a gorgeous right uppercut. Kathy wobbly butt, there for the taking: Warren reloads, claps a slaughterhouse right overhand to the jaw and mops up a hook in the tits to leave Heigl reeling. Stout KruZher won't go down, but she's staring into punches - arms crossed, legs wide, she's routinely getting shocked to the chin those rangy Warren right hands.

Rd 8: Heigl shakes it off, gets back to the business of bludgeoning Warren along the ropes. Estella covered up, elbows in, laying back into the ropes and twisting away - Heigl really smashing away hips to shoulders, then barging in with her head to split the mitts and expose that tummy. Warren forlorn, trying the odd little counter-uppercut, but mostly clinching or covering up under the hamhanded pressure.

Rd 9: Kathy Heigl puts her foot down, giving Warren her worst beating since the second round. Kathy just ON Estella, in there with a shoulder to the chest, driving with her legs to pin Warren down, digging to the body and follow-through with rough forearm smashes. Estella weepy, tying up the arms, weak-kneed as she's pressed and bullied along the perimeter. Glorious moment late for Heigl: she rips a right to the body, doubles off with the right uppercut and bangs back Warren's head with a drowsy tilt - Estella sagging, out on her feet under a HAIL of clubbing Heigl follow-up blows. Warren won't go down, but OH THE DAMAGE DONE.

Rd 10: WARREN shakes it off, punishes Heigl for recklessness in a series of beautifully orchestrated fades. Working behind the jab, Estella's channelling Heigl into right crosses and uppercuts and once nailed, Kathy's just standing there, waiting to get clipped again. Warren scoring heavy to the jaw, then mopping up body with rangy slugging, slopping it on Julio Gonzalez style as Heigl tries to hold her ground. Kathy bashing back late brings the crowd to it's feet - brawl spills into overtime as neither beauty obeys the bell. Estella takes the 10th, Heigl takes the fight - UD10 Katherine Heigl.

After: Kathy all busted up, puffy-eyed and worked over: she couldn't be happier. Different story in the HISC corner - Warren sullen, silent as her gloves are removed - she brawls even up with Heigl for the final 8 but just can't overcome those disasterous early-round knockdowns. Happy KruZher gals flood the ring, form up and start high kicking in celebration as they chalk up another HISC beauty head to head.
