Before: Kardashian known to be a strong La Conquista player; she’s had the odd club-scrap--but formal boxing experience is a little sketchy. Kim’s a big underdog to former multi-time champ Virginie L. “I sparred with playmates at the mansion,” Kim chirps in prefight, “and they’ll ell you I can punch. I’m really looking forward to showing what I can do, and I’m not worried about Virginie’s skills at all. Once I’ve tagged her a time or two, she won’t be so classy--she’ll be looking for a place to lie down!” Virginie getting first dibs on Kim, but giving up a full weight class to make the fight. “She’s big in the hips,” Virginie shrugs, “but my speed will take care of that. She says she hits hard, but I’ll be first and spoil her punches. Basically, I see a soft tummy and breasts a blind woman couldn’t miss--I don’t see a true big girl. Kim looks like a quitter to me, and I will dig for the truth about her.” Kim in lavender string bikini; black gloves; long glossy black hair. Virginie in electric blue bikini; white gloves; long, unruly curls.

During R1: Virginie taking a look-see early--stepping in the jab, then stepping out and around. Testing the midsection; penetrating to jug with stiff left hands. Minute nark sees Virginie turn over a muscular right, plowing Kim across a roundhouse, then hooks her paunch before disengaging, Kardashian seething, but routinely beaten to punches: she’s carrying her hands a little low, has her chin up--Virginie having no trouble at all scoring to face or body. Down the stretch Ledoyen leans into a firm right hand, deliberately cracking Kim’s chin to test her will: Kardashian sputtering to her right, stumbling with hurt--crowd pleasing juggle of jug, rump and thighs results as KimKar struggles to stand ground.

R2: Confident Virginie wades in--eats her first swinging right hand from Kardashian as Kimmie plows him to chin. Beefy contact jerks Virginie a quarter turn to her right--hen she’s awkwardly stampeded to ropes as Kardashian bulls in from the left flank. Virginie clinches for ref’s break--walks back to midring: Kim charging all jugs a-jumping, builds up a head of steam and has Ledoyen scampering in retreat. Midway through, Virginie trying to jab Kim off her: Kardashian pours herself into a looping overhand right, busting Ledoyen’s chops and DROPPING HER HEINIE! Virginie punched to a seat--she’s sitting up bewildered, eyes blinking, lips parted. Crowd roaring as Kim grins big, struts it up all juggy: Kardashian showing bantam power early.

R3: Virginie a little more cautious. She’s mounting hit-and-run attacks--stooping to spear her jab to Kim’s middle, then scooting out of range. Quick criss-crossing shoe-shines polish Kim’s jugs as Virginie scrubs-and-goes. Ledoyen stepping lively on the outside, always turning Kim, never letting her set her feet, Kardashian loading up and getting her body into porky overhand rights, but missing by healthy margins: Ledoyen not too proud to step out and circle, letting Kimmie swing herself off balance.

R4: Ledoyen trying to work the gut--know it’s the key, but it’s easier said than done. Virginie bringing herself into Kim’s wheelhouse with attempted right hands to the Kardashian midsection: Kim absorbing, then clobbering back, buffeting Ledoyen head and shoulders with crude, but clubbing strokes. Midway through, Ledoyen’s backing away from spraying a quick flurry: Kim steps in, hooks rack a beefy whack, sending Virginie stumbling back on her heels. “I’M TOO STRONG!” Kim shouts at ‘Ginie--Kardashian stomping forward all jugs a-jumpin’, colour high, Ledoyen eyes wide, scampers away, having significant problems with her foe’s sturdiness and heavy-hipped power.

R5: Virginie circling--nibbling with poke-and-go jabs to Kim’s midsection--keeping her distance, Kardashian growing more and more confident--often fighting with a bully’s grin--fearlessly loading up and trying to KO Ledoyen with lusty roundhouse rights. Virginie able to make easy reas--either leaning away or ducking under haymakers--but she’s looking spooked. Trip to the canvas and some hard knocks  have smaller girl tentative, not punching enough as Kardashian’s the visible aggressor. During the break, a concerned Jessica Biel come out of the stands to take command of the Ledoyen corner, reminding Virginie of the fight plan.

R6: Ledoyen buoyed by Biel: Virginie attacks with increased vigor, still playing hit-and-run, doing so with an increased pace and more pepper on the punching. Jabs are stiff and hurtful to Kim’s midsection, sopping her in her tracks as she grunts behind her mitts. Ledoyen’s sidesteps are meant to open up fresh angles, nit simply transport her to safety: she’s penetrating up the middle, then attacking again from the side before Kim can regroup, Ledoyen’s fists scour Kim’s breasts and belly--swiping and plowing at her in brisk combinations: Kardashian looking confused and harried for the first time--frequently crossing her wrists at her breasts and backing up under pelting Ledoyen barrages. Kardashian still swinging lusty, but her output’s way down: Virginie able to keep bigger girl off balance and get some meaningful work done on that torso through 6.

R7: KARDASHIAN WITH A RIGHT HARD! Ledoyen clipped to jaw, sent staggering to her right, eyes glassy. Kim wades in! lefts and rights swinging, jugs sloshing heroically side to side--Ledoyen tempest-tossed into ropes under gale-force slugging! Kimmie piles in--immediately smothers her own assault: groggy Ledoyen able to clinch-and-spin, getting herself off the ropes. Virginie hurt, but rallying--she’s staggering away, buying time with her legs as Kimmie charges recklessly in, looking to end it. 2 minutes in--Virginie’s catching a second wind: she walks Kim into a robust hook off the bright foot, PUTTING KARDASHIAN WOBBLY BUTT! Kim stunned, staring: LEDOYEN GOES ALL IN! Virginie baring her teeth, pouring straight rights and lefts up the middle, face-pasting Kim to ropes, Kardashian out of it, no idea how to fight backing up: LEDOYEN HUMBLES KIM’S JUGS! Torrid, breathtaking side t side pasting heaped upon those bulging melons. Virginie just seething, working Kim; mounds with pumping lefts and rights as Kardashian slumps sobbing into ropes. BELL: Ledoyen still chewing up rack--ref has to pull her off as blubbering Kim screams in protest.

R8.9.10: Mirror mage rounds as Virginie’s surge in the seventh finally corws her rambunctious opponent to some extent. With Kim hanging back and smarting--Ledoyen’s able to box with authority, this is Virginie circling clockwise, featuring a stiff stick to tummy, tits and face--turning Kim on the spot. Virginie leaning in, extending on long right hands down into Kim’s tummy or cracking her across the chin: Kardashian stamping back on her heels, but taking the shots well--Ledoyen knows better than to rush in. Patient, methodical stuff from Virginie--she’s got control of Jim, just maintaining range and output, touching Kardashian for points. Kim mouth breathing, stamina coming into question late: she’s no longer able to mount those jiggly rushes that had panicked Ledoyen in early going. Goes to a slender, but routing UD120 Virginie Ledoyen.

After: Kimmie touched up, but she’s upbeat--waving to friends in the audience and looking like a girl who’s feeling pretty good about putting Virginie Ledoyen on her butt tonight. “She’s crude,” Virginie says I post fight, dabbing off her stance, I tired her body which took care of her power over the last half of the fight--I was not afraid of being knocked out at that point. She is a rude brawler, who clearly does not train the way she needs to, to compete at this level.”
