BEFORE: Professional atmosphere in prefight - girls shaking hands, posing like proper young ladies: nice change of pace for both. "We've always respected Amanda," Beth confirms at podium. "She's a great little talent - spunky and tuff - she could've been a Foxfire girl, you know, if we didn't already have the girl who wrote the book on spunky and tuff! Should be a great fight: I'm really looking forward to testing my skill against Seyfried." Amanda in agreement: it's about the fight, not about humiliation. "So many girls feel the need to get up in your face and grab-tops, you know? Not saying any names, but ah-Scerbo-CHOO! Where was I? Right: punching out Beth - gotta be done. She's slender and cute - like most of the girls I've beat down to get where I am today. Not a lot of contact: Beth's bandy-armed slugging keeping Seyfried cautious - but Amanda's coming forward - jumping punches at Beth's tits and at least looking to dig hard to body. Round to Amanda on aggression.

R2: Beth with a high elbow - chipping out the backhand jab - still motoring left around the peg-leg. Sudden torso dips(left) propel rangy right hands out of the akimbo-look at Seyfried's head - skidding atop her scalp: at least one rising left uppercut saws across Amanda's chin as Beth punches off her left leg. Similar to the first - nobody hurt - but Beth clearly dictating terms now.

R3: Seyfried weaving her way through to Beth's chest, finally enjoying Harnois on the ropes. Beth grimacing - cupping hands at Amanda's ears, or covering up face-in-gloves as Seyfried chugs away robusto. Nothing fancy - Amanda in good position, brawling tummy/ribs off Beth's chest - trying to loop the odd shot up top, around Beth's arms. Harnois can't get out from under: sweaty bell to bell points, Amanda.

R4: Weird left uppercut from the akimbo-arms catches Seyfried's chin-tip: she's steppin' funky, eyes blurry with hurt! Beth dips torso-left to slop her right onto Seyfried; dips torso-right to clip her a palm-down left across the chops: healthy walking barrage pastes Amanda to ropes, has her staring. Seyfried rallies - slugging hurt out of her crouch: wide lefts and rights clobber at Beth's head, backing her away from the apron, denying her a finishing run. Down the stretch, Beth flopping out a backhand jab/stepping in with a slap-chop, slinging right to Amanda's face: Seyfried's rocked AGAIN! Another akimbo-armed shellack-job drives Seyfried ropeside: she covers up earmuff, stooped forward as Beth lathers it up. Harnois baring teeth, punching her foe's hips with either elbow up and out, the better to drive knuckles in flat. Bell: Harnois seething, chest heaving; Seyfried? Staring, woozy.

R5: Plucky Seyfried slugs her way forward...Beth retreats in good order, fitting Amanda for left uppercuts/slap-chop rights, finally pasting face hard enough to back Seyfried off. Amanda moving backward isn't effective-Amanda: Beth with the rangy, dip-and-slop slugging out of the akimbo, paints 'Manda for points in the fifth. Seyfried a little gobsmacked, quips: "When did you turn puncher?" after the bell.

R6: Glorious round of two-way pitchin' both girls having their way in spots. Beth clapping away with early bandy-limbed wallop - kissing Seyfried lefts and rights about the head/shoulders. Amanda barging in and erupting to ribs - scattering Harnois to ropes at times, forcing Beth to clinch for ref's breaks. Down the stretch, one of those limber slap-chop rights claps the taste out of Amanda's mouth, stands her up straight, backs her up with her hands down: she's rocked again! Beth wades in, cleans up in broad, limber left/right wallops as Seyfried covers up shabby on ropes. Beth: grinning, carefree. Amanda? Hurting, grumpy.

R7: Never-say-die Seyfried bulls Beth to ropes, smearing her against cables, pounding her to body. Amanda's buttocks shuddering with the violence of her hup-hup: Beth gritting teeth, eyes shut tight as she cups Seyfrieds ears and soaks it up downstairs. Midway through, breathless, desperate Beth looking to slug her way off ropes: she lofts a right uppercut, eats a plowing right cross to chin and implodes straight down! Beth sitting in a corner, knees up, arms on ropes to either side of her, looking spellbound as Seyfried jumps away giddy. Final minute clean up - Amanda on Beth: Harnois sits in ropes, stoops forward behind mitts, takes it to the ribs like she's never taken it before. Big 10-8, Seyfried: Beth panting, in obvious discomfort throughout the break, cringing when trainer prods ribs.

R8: Couple of rangy, yo-yo left jabs have Seyfried leaning down and to her right: Beth leans into a slap-chop right cross, claps Amanda on the ear and SEYFRIED'S STUNNED! Amanda reeling - doing well to cycle rubbery legs until she hits ropes: Beth loping in, all wide eyed and hungry to finish. Lathering beatdown administered: Amanda badly hurt - covers up earmuff to tuff it out: Beth mouthbreathing, trying to coax finishing strength into exhausted limbs. Harnois wales away with arms akimbo - sticking her fists into Seyfried's flanks, or picking her tits up uppercuts: Harnois storms back from knockdown, giving Amanda what-for!

R9: Amanda with a pitching, tyro's right hand into Beth's tits: Seyfried's right leg skipping up off canvas, her back straight as she slaps it out and down. Beth backing up, trying to walk Amanda into uppercuts: Harnois eating clubbing chin-shots as Harnois weaves/slugs neat out of the crouch. Minute mark - boom/boom right/left lands on the button for Seyfried as both girls get off: DOWN GOES BETH! Harnois bashed to a seat at the ropes, groggy and hurting: she climbs ropes for swaying 8. Seyfried on for the finish: BETH WON'T HAVE IT! Harnois digs in, lowers her shoulder to dig it up with Amanda toe-to-toe. Bruising stuff: Seyfried tucked in close, pounding away short n' clubbing; Beth tightening up stroke, elbows in tight to her body/hands up, fitting Seyfried for clipping little uppies, or swatting left hooks in the body. Bell: they're still at it - ref pulls Amanda off as Harnois sways shabby-but-defiant.

R10: Deep breath Seyfried: she's all but spent - smacking mitts together, then marching across the ring. Beth's legs shot: she braces against ropes - elbows in tight to aching ribs, hands at her cheeks, stooping slightly to receive. Amanda settles in close - pushing her head in under Beth's chin: Seyfried clobbering ribs; Beth moving her head to either side, seeking cute little clipping uppercuts off shoulder-bumps. Amanda outworks Beth for the 10th: goes to the cards, comes back UD10 draw!

After: Hugs and bruises all around - feisty little vixens gave their all and then some in a pleasing tilt. "I was like - 'where's the power coming from???'" banged up, puffy Seyfried grins in post fight - Beth chuckling just to Amanda's right. "She was supposed to run and gun all night, but instead, she was planting and trying to get to me! And what's with the yo-ho-ho-and-a-bottle-fum routine? She looked like a pirate wheeling around and smoking me." Beth badly beaten down the stretch - proving willow-tree bendy in absorbing Seyfried's gale-force winds. "Once she caught up to me, I felt her power," Beth admits. "I was hurt - couldn't move the way I wanted, but I wasn't just going to give in. I formed up and slugged it out with her...if she was going to knock me out, so be it
