The mysterious backer of Medallion Boxing, James Brooks says it was a dream come true allowing him to have his favorite FCBA boxers together in a single stable. It began with Charisma Carpenter, Summer Glau and Kaley Cuoco. After much success and a final Lightweight title Charisma would retire and become head of Boxing Operations. AJ Cook was brought in to fill the void. Later a trade would send Ms Cook to TU while Medallion received the founder's favorite boxer of all time Jessica Biel. Jessica quickly became the fighting leader of the stable with Kaley nipping at her heel and Summer becoming the heart of Medalion Boxing.

In July 2011, the stable signed bantamweight Piper Perabo.

In January 2013: the stable succeeded in  obtaining the contract of multi-time bantam champion Eliza Dushku from HISC

In September 2016 the stable signed free agent Nina Dobrev who was shockingly released from Lookout! Boxing the month before.

In September 2018 Hall of Fame member Jessica Biel retired from competition. Shelley Hennig was signed as a replacement.

Also in 2018, Charisma Carpenter became head of Medallion Boxing as its President.
