Battle pitted so-called “Poor Man’s Famke Janssen (Moynahan) against the “Poor Man’s Cameron Diaz” (Valletta) in a rare 50-590 tilt for either beauty.

The result was a classy, medium speed blend of skill and will, both women featuring long, hard jabs and preferring to bang away at range. Moynahan got the early jump, stunning Amber with a right cross in the first, and completing the job with a knockdown o9f Amber in the second, but the Diaz-doppleganger proved guttier than expected, rallying in the third and standing up to her brunette tormentress in lanky toe-to-toe. The fight settled into a stop anf go rhythm as girls punched one-two, fell in, clinched, separated, circled and repeated. In the sixth, Amber found sweet timing for her own right hand, cleaving it clean between Moynahan’s mitts off a disruptive swatting hook and hounding Bridgy around the ring, the stoppage took almost 3 minutes to create, but in the end, a heartbroken and dazed Moynahan lolled helplessly on the ropes, unable to defend herself, forcing the ref to call a halt to the contest.
