Before: Draws always promote animosity...Amanda takes the kid-gloves off in prefight. "I like Beth, but I'm going to be brutally honest about her as a fighter," Seyfried promises in prefight. "She doesn't have enough raw, real fighting power in her to fill a thimble! There is no 'hurricane' in Harnois - it's all been pluck and desire to this point - a girl fighting way, way over her head, and I'm sorry...girls like that always get exposed in the end. I don't mean to play the 'movie star' card with Beth because I do respect her, but let's face it: she's small-time by nature - 'greatness' isn't part of her make-up. I'm going to steamroll Beth because I'm a big-time blonde and she's not - it's just as cruel and simple as that!"

Harnois looking face-slapped, but determined when she takes podium. "I had no idea Amanda felt so threatened by me," Beth shrugs. "I may not be the second coming of Charlize Theron, but you look at my record and you'll see that I'm better than 9 other women - women who thought the same things Amanda does, until my fists, legs and heart proved otherwise. I'm not just pluck: I've been working hard for YEARS to perfect my craft and get the most out of my body. It's all starting to come together and girls like Amanda can't handle that. Too bad for her, 'cause I'm gonna take a movie star out back the woodshed in this fight and give her a right proper TV-girl butt-kicking!"

Adding gasoline to the fire: JENNY MCCARTHY signed as celebrity ref for this fight, and she wastes no time adding to the circus by showing up to be weighed at weigh-in...right alongside the fighters! "These are two of the dirtiest birds in boxing," Jenny tells BLONDE! Magazine, "I'll need to be extra firm to maintain order, and to make sure they box at least SOME of the time!"

Jenny in ref-striped polo-collar sport top - bare midriff - boy cut black felt trunks with little white belt; black shoes/no socks. Beth in baby blue bra/panties, hair back in slick ponytail; white gloves. Amanda in pink bra/panties; white gloves; hair back in slick ponytail. Extended ring-instructions as McCarthy emphasizes how she's "fair but firm" and won't take any crap - frequently demanding that both girls look at her while she's speak - really trying to impose authority before the bell.

During R1: Beth jabbing - not as stiff as some, but busy and pesky, forcing Amanda to bob and weave outside. Seyfried working her way in close to land a wide right to Beth's ribcage, drawing an immediate warning from JMac to "Keep 'em up, Amanda!" Seyfried working her way in close, but Jenny issuing breaks before Amanda can even get off...sporadic fighting takes place largely outside as a result. Bell: Jenny yanks Beth's left arm from behind to pull her away - even though fighters are not locked up: wince of pain from Harnois as Jenny tweaks a fighter's shoulder in round 1!

R2: Amanda up-tempo, quickly in on Beth and bodying her to ropes - Seyfried working hard to beat the body/club the head as Harnois covers up. Beth trying to tie up, but Jenny slapping Harnois' arms off Seyfried's back...no breaks for Beth; Amanda able to sustain punishing offensive to rival torso. Beth hurt late as Seyfried packs a series of right hands into tummy while pushing in body on body, then comes up top to score a sweeping right across mouth. Harnois dazed at bell...Amanda stalls a punch that would've landed late...and Jenny tackles Seyfried off Beth! Amanda bodied rough into neutral corner - squirming and protesting beneath Jenny as McCarthy's shouting "CALM DOWN!" Frontstreet mooks on the apron - all hell breaking loose: JENNY TUCKS A RIGHT HAND INTO AMANDA'S TUMMY! Seyfried doubled over in shock...fight delayed as commission has a hasty confab with Jenny for explanation - McCarthy insisting the blow was a necessary "Pacifying punch" to gentle-down a "berserk" Seyfried!

R3: Beth jabbing, roaming clockwise, then coming in off the poke to rip Amanda right/left to body - Harnois popping her hips side to side, getting supple leverage out of her back as she hurts Amanda downstairs. Seyfried grimacing, giving ground: Beth circling/stalking, pressurizing Amanda's right flank to force a turning fight midring. Jenny constantly warning Amanda to keep her punches up; pulling the fighters apart before there's any sign of clinching - often with rough yanking action on slender blonde arms. Tempers flaring as Seyfried's getting her butt kicked by Beth and doesn't need the extra hassle; Beth's having her rhythm disrupted when she has a chance to run up the score on hurting Amanda...Jenny spreading as much chaos as order through 3.

R4: Amanda bobbing and weaving under Beth's jab - gambling on hooks and crosses to tag Beth's face as Harnois tries to lope out of range...Seyfried doing a good job of pursuit-punching, hounding Beth to ring aprons. When driven to ropes, Beth wants to tie up, Jenny's not having it: McCarthy swatting Beth's gloves off Amanda's gloves, telling Harnois to "fight your way out!" Amanda sustaining several shoulder to shoulder slugging sessions, fighting off Beth's chest to really work those slender ribs, that flat gut. Bell: Jenny tackles Amanda off, even as Seyfried's already disengaging...Frontstreet mooks apoplectic in Seyfried's corner at the way Jenny's manhandling their fighter.

R5: Beth jabbing/loping clockwise/issuing swift shoeshine drubbings across Amanda's pate whenever Seyfried crouches in close. Good leggy round for Harnois - jabbin' and a-scrubbin'...limited penetrations by Seyfried further hampered by quick breaks from over-zealous Jenny.

During the break - McCarthy interrupts both corners to give extended warnings to the fighters: Foxfire sends a delegate to plead with commission for an emergency ref-replacement!

R6: Beth disengaging after shoe-shine...Amanda steps-with, loops a booming overhand right, clobbering leftside of Beth's face flush: Harnois' legs give a shimmy, eyes bugging as she stumbles sideways (right side) into ropes! Glorious beatdown issued by Amanda as she pounces-to, squaring away and hup-hup chugging both mitts to lithe blonde chassis. Harnois stricken, helpless, taking punches, but given respite when Jenny pulls Amanda off, resetting the action. Seyfried pushing back in, battering Harnois with tactics resembling workers sledgehammering old dry wall: Beth sustaining a terrible beating despite Jenny's interference. Down the stretch, Amanda looking to close the show when Beth picks her up a tidy right/left uppercut sequence in close, bringing Seyfried's feet forward/parallel. Amanda blinking in confusion: Beth licks the lanky hook in behind Seyfried's right elbow; strafes the jugs a tightly crossed right hand - leaning the right elbow across Amanda's throat to get her backpedalling. Walking barrage, Beth Harnois - supple, strapping lefts and rights issued as she grimly steps forward, bending her torso into sloppy shots to shellack Amanda the length o' the ring! Seyfried hits far ropes in stupor, staring into punishment - Beth finishes up pasting left/rights against Amanda's sleepy mug! Crowd on its feet, roaring as Beth's fists look to switch off Seyfried's legs...sensational battle of wills too intense for McCarthy to even think of interfering!

R7: Beth emerges from the rubble of the sixth with more order and design in her work: jab-and-step in clockwise rotation, punishing a groggy, visibly slowed Amanda Seyfried. Amanda in half crouch, her hands stacked right atop left at her midsection...she's trudging forward, taking face-poke, getting shoe-shined across her pate whenever Beth wants to change direction or pace. Shutout Harnois - Amanda really lumping up nicely, and SEYFRIED gets a warning as Jenny takes smaller girl by the arm and gives her what for!

R8: Amanda shows pure heart - digging down, wading forward, engaging Beth shoulder to shoulder. Harnois fatigued, can't disengage: lanky girl leaning in with stocky lass, bumpin' and a diggin' at close quarters. Blunt, hard-working action favours Seyfried...she's walking Beth around, punishing her ribcage, occasionally clouting her upside the head. Jenny a non-factor until she 'accidentally' steps on Beth's bare toes during one ref's break! When Harnois yelps in pain...Jenny issues a warning! "Break when I say 'break'!"

R9: Beth circling, jabbing prettily, shoe-shining to deny Amanda penetration...Seyfried slowly falling into Beth's rhythms, no longer able to interrupt the sequences. Amanda shiny from punishment, plodding in aspect: Beth just polishing and poking, her legs obviously in charge of a demoralized, exhausted opponent at this point. Bloody nose, puffy eye for Amanda by the bell...she's a discouraged beauty through 9.

R10: Seyfried somehow dredging up unguessed reserves, mounts a surprising rush at the open, chasing Beth to ropes, pummelling her head-and-body until Harnois can spit out. Harnois loping to midring, roaming to her right...she stops, leans in to drag a succulent wide right buggywhip LOUD into Amanda's flank: splashing lick cripples Seyfried, forcing to cover up rickety and hurt! Beth over to offence touching her left hand against Amanda's guard to measure; issuing an extra wide right buggywhip above left hip; dipping torso-left to fit the perfect left uppercut up in snug behind Amanda's right tricep. Seyfried groaning, knees buckling...sturdy little blonde won't do down! Beth mouthbreathing, punches losing steam: it's actually Seyfried coming forward, throwing the harder blows as Beth gets leggy, runs the clock to see what the cards hold. Comes back UD10 Beth Harnois. As her hand is raised, she glances across to look at Seyfried's face - not wanting to rub-in or taunt, but definitely wanting to see how devastated Amanda is by the defeat.
