BEFORE: "I'm more compact, stronger, more athletic, more durable," Kaley says when asked to compare herself to Cam in prefight, "but most of all I'm quicker, and it's my quickness that's the biggest threat to Diaz. I can counter her - not many girls can say that. I can make her pay for every touch - Cameron's not used to that. It's going to devastate her the longer this fight goes, because if I don't knock her out right away, then I'll be cominating her minute after minute." Diaz shaking her head in rebuttal, oozing 'ooor Kaley' mock sympathy at podium. "Kaley's forgetting about my height," Cam chides. "I'll control her speed, and we've all seen what happens to Cuoco when she can't pounce at will. I'll pick her apart, get work done on her face...I just feel like this girl's heading into a meat grinder and she doesn't even know it." Cam in scarlet Knight and Day bikini; hair up/bangs framing face; small black gloves. Kaley in black bikini; hair up ringlets framing face; small black gloves.

During R1: Cam bouncing on left leg, hands loose/low...she's doing the Ali dance-step, nice and relaxed - feinting Kaley, then cuffing her open-palm rising hooks or rubbery-limbed chopping rights with the thumbside up. Cuoco swinging receipts, coming up short: Diaz legs in complete control, keeping the fight turning midring. Two minutes in, Kaley chopped a hard right down across her chin, then a pair of rising, clapping hooks that land heel-on-jaw...Cuoco shaken up, stumbling around as Cam grins - staying in touch with those long arms jabbing and poking from outside.

R2: Kaley crouching, closing her stance, keeping weight on right leg...she's making Cam reach for her. Diaz bouncing in on front (left) leg - her right toe pointed behind her as she looks to get every inch of extension on flicking jabs. Nice slip-and-counter from kaley here - weaving Cameron's poke, answering back whippy hooks off the hip: Diaz caught on her mouth or chest - forced to lean back on her hips and disengage. Cat and mouse - Kaley deliberately hanging back, luring Cameron forward: Cuoco gambling she can answer Cameron before Diaz can get all the way back outside after being tempted close.

R3: Battle lines drawn...Cameron circling outside, her sinewy legs on show: she's pinging out flicking, backhand jabs; drop-chopping the right hand across cheek; arching her back and swatting rising, open-palm, illegal left hooks to jaw. Kaley crouching, flat-footed, rolling-torso...shorter blonde tempting Cam to give up height, then looking to catch her hooks or lunging right hands as Diaz is leaning away. Both girls having their moments, but down the stretch, Cam shakes Kaley up again with those bandy-armed combinations. Ref stops the action to issue warning: Cam's landing with the heel of her left hand and often getting her elbows up high to ward off Kaley's counters.

R4: Same arrangements...Cameron's legs giving her tactical control of the ring; Kaley's reflexes giving her a measure of security in the pocket as she bends and rolls at the waist. Diaz getting a bit more done - often able to suppress Kaley with brisk-flicking jabs...Cuoco forced to lie in wait just a bit too long.

R5: Kaley over to offence, but doing it smart. She'll hang back in the pocket, weaving low as Cameron bops in...then Kaley's lunging forward as Cam withdraws, rattling the Diaz' rib cage via both hands. Cameron spooked, chased around the ring: she's often forced to cup hands at Kaley's ears, suffering multiple, rapid-fire body blows as Cuoco chugs away until ref's breaks.

R6: Cameron doing a bit more standing and fighting - getting her forearms into Kaley's shoulders to push her off. Cuoco continuing to press her attack to Cam's ribs - compact swiping hacks taking a terrific toll on Diaz sleek, fat-free chassis. Diaz warned for spinning Kaley in the neck-clasp; Diaz warned for pushing off with the high chicken-winged left elbow; Diaz warned for folding Kaley into a headlock as Cuoco rushes Diaz to ropes. Rough and tumble round goes Kaley's way: she's grinning, enjoying the muscular contact...Cami not so much.

R7: Cameron showing off that left hand technique while backing up: stiff jabs on Kaley's mouth; rigid, ringing, straight-arm left hooks smiting at Kaley's jaw. Cuoco chases Diaz to apron; Cam turns, stays off ropes, continues to pin-prick Kaley as Cuoco pours forward. Minute mark - fighters exchange simultaneous right hands; withering left hooks and KALEY'S HURT! Cuoco's torso whipsawing on liquid hips, eyes suddenly glazed, hands low...curvy legs holding her up as Cameron's eyes light up. Diaz on left leg, dipping left shoulder to lift that heel-first batting hook onto Kaley's jaw, then dropping the right across Kaley's sleepy face. Cuoco sputtering, stumbling forward as Cameron dances back out of range...then Diaz hops in, placing a straight, stamping right hand flat-knuckle directly between Kaley's eyes. Cuoco baby-stepping backward, legs spasming...now she's baby stepping forward and down she goes...stumbling to haunches-and-hands as Cameron stands up straight, slaps her legs together and issues a big salute to the crowd, face beaming. Kaley struggling up - reeling into ropes, head lolling: ref waves it off, hugging Kaley to safety as she's badly, badly Cam-rocked. TKO7 Cam Diaz.

After: Diaz mixing a cocktail of 3 parts legs; 2 parts class; 1 part sharp practice to undo a determined Kaley Cuoco tonight. "Good fight for a little TV blonde," Cameron dismisses in postfight, "Usually, I just take those girls apart, but Kaley wanted to compete, made me work a little bit. Onward and upward: if Garner survives, I'm still interested - and if it's Missy...hey, I can do that too. Nobody's fighting better than me right now, so I don't want to hear any more excuses!"
