Kelly was pretty well beaten by teenager Sacha Parkinson on her debut, but may have too much firepower for Roxanne, five years her junior, and also looking to represent Hollyoaks against the PLL girls.

Not much comment from either girls before the fight, but Kelly simply says to Roxanne, “You’re going down!”

Roxanne wears a red bikini to wow her fans, with the more demure Kelly choosibng a white one-piece.

Round 1

There’s a solid start from Kelly, getting her jab working really well in the opening exchanges, and she’s keen to get up and close with the younger actress, clinching her, cracking short, sharp punches into her body, looking really to rough the girl up at close quarters, and she’s good enough to be getting through to Roxanne, pushing and pulling the girl around, rolling her into the ropes to buffet her body, and hurting her with some good belly punching at the end.

First round – Kelly Reilly

Round 2

Kelly comes out all feisty again for the second, and she’s looking pretty much like she knows how to win this, moving Rox around the ring some more, heaving her into the ropes for another belly blasting, then starts to get some good shots into the younger girl’s face, knocking her head back and reddening the skin up around her cheeks, before switching to the body once more. Roxanne looks a little irritated, and she fights back well, arcing a nice left hook up and over Kelly’s punches, she then gets her with a little barrage of three, four punches, which get the older girl onto the back foot, and she clips her across the jaw with a good right – good enough to have Reilly’s knees quaking at the bell.

Round 3

Refreshed, Kelly gets back into her stride early, knocking Roxanne’s head back with a her left jab, then looking for the body again, but she is less effective this round, and Roxanne begins to gain momentum, clubbing Kelly with some big shots to her face, wobbling her around with a right to the jaw again, then following up on the ropes, feinting to the body, but landing to Reilly’s head, and the older girl’s knees begin to buckle, she’s holding on now almost to stay upright. The ref parts the girls, then Roxanne catches Kelly with another right hook after they are broken, and Kelly drops to her knees, takes an 8 count, then is hurt to the body on the ropes.

Round 4

This time it’s Roxanne who attacks from the bell, her heavy punches beginning to sap Kelly’s energy, and she batters the older girl with a three shot barrage to the mouth – those lips are looking sore – a nice left hook to the gut clearly distresses Kelly, then Roxanne floors her again with her right, and this time Kelly is flat on the canvas, bravely rising at 8 again, and she’s holding her gloves up high, which is OK, except Roxanne gives the girl a real thumping around her ribs, and Kelly’s face is a mask of pain at thye bell.

Round 5

Kelly is slow from her stool in the fifth, and has to take a few good shots to her aching ribcage as she lays against the ropes, but she gets off there, throws a couple of her own shots at Roxanne’s body, but she’s wide open, and McKee just puts her away – right hook – Kelly counted out, face down.

A tough defeat for Kelly to swallow, and Roxanne celebrates, telling Denise van Outen, “Taught the girl a lesson out there tonight, and I can’t wait to get stuck into those Pretty Little Liars – if I’m selected!”
