Now, at lightweight, we have two debutants – and another Hollyoaks babe, this time the 33 year old Kim Tiddy, taking on the taller and younger, Tiana Benjamin. Tiana looks like a girl who can handle herself, and may move up to welterweight later, but tonight the muscular Kim is likely to prove more than a match for her, and the blonde starts as favourite against the 26 year old.

Pre-fight Kim looks arrogant, “I hope Tiana’s got a good corner to help her, because I’ll be busting her face up tonight – I love hurting girls like her, giving her what she deserves!” Tiana seems shocked, “If I needed any encouragement to knock her out, that was it!”

Kim looks super on fightnight in a white bikini, with Tina favouring black.

Round 1

Tiana starts the better of the two, a stylish, classical boxer, she keeps that guard up well, peeking out from behind her left glove, jabbing it neatly into Kim’s face, and those jabs are hard, too – Kim is hurt, backed up to the ropes already, with the taller Tiana thudding punches right through her guard, which seems to leave room in the middle, and Kim’s nose is already bleeding, a thin dribble of blood coming from her right nostril.

Round 2

Tiana is full of confidence, and finds Kim’s face again in the early exchanges her, but the blonde seems to shrug off the punishment, and she barrels into the younger girl, using her muscle to move her around the ring, getting her to a neutral corner, and the blonde is giving the taller girl’s body a real good working over in there, hurting her to the ribs and flanks, she then clubs a solid right hook over the top, smacking into Tiana’s jaw and rocking her late in the round, before thumping her good and hard to the ribs.

Kim evens things up winning the second.

Round 3

Kim is getting the upper hand here, and Tiana is again being pushed around slightly, getting forced to the ropes, where the older girl works to her body again, hard, weakening punche, which the younger girl seems unable to stop, and she goes down, not from a single blow, just from sheer volume, and Tiana takes an 8 count on her knees. Tiana tries to keep Kim at arm’s length when they resume, her jab finding the blonde’s face, but it’s Kim who lands the best shots, and a left hook to Tiana’s eye has the girl’s knees buckling – she can’t take many of those.

Kim gets the third, and the first knockdown.

Round 4

Kim sails into Tiana again, gloves low, looking for that long body area, but Tiana is no mug, and she spanks her fists into the advancing girl’s face, those punches bouncing off her reddening cheeks, and Kim looks hurt, still coming forward, still getting Tiana on the ropes. Tiana pumps her fists into Kim again, the blonde girl holding her, leaning on, using muscle and power to keep the taller girl at bay.

Round 5

Kim comes forwards again, but this time Tiana drills a left hander hard into the blonde’s mouth, driving her back, and now she is on the ropes, with Tiana’s punches batting her head around until she clinches her again. The girls are broken, Tiana gets Kim with another good left to the mouth, a right to the ribs, then a left hook to the jaw, and it’s Kim’s turn to hit the canvas, up at 6 but unsteady, she then takes a few more crisp head punches before steaming Tiana to the ropes again late on, hurting the younger girl to her flanks.

Round 6

Kim looks tires as the girls get underway again, but she summons up a huge effort, moving Tiana around the ring yet again, getting her back where she likes her – in a corner – and she is just working her girl over to the body, hard, thudding punches, and Tiana is down, floored by a good right to her belly, and she is slow to rise at 7, breathing hard through her mouth, back against the ropes, then Kim gets punches landing in Tiana’s face, and puts her back on the canvas woth a stunning left hook to her mouth, the younger girl lucky to survive a count of 8, her lips dribbling blood.

Kim takes 6, and probably moves ahead with a double knockdown.

Round 7

Tiana is shaking her head as the girls resume for the seventh, and Kim is soon in at her, pumping those shots into the girl’s body, but she can’t quite find that big head punch again, and now Tiana is coming back at her, Kim’s age possibly telling against her as the taller, fitter girl starts to find her face more and more with her accurate punching – Kim’s bruised and swollen features tell the story – and it’s Tiana who finds the big punch, crushing right hook to Kim’s mouthputs the blonde down. She gets up at 8, but barely makes it through the round, taking a battering from Tiana on the ropes at the end.

Round 8

Kim looks exhausted, and is barely off her stool when Tiana thuds a double left jab into her fae, knocking her backwards, then swings that right hook into her jaw again, putting Kim back on the canvas for 7. The ref is looking hard at Kim when she rises, but this fight has had so many twists and turns, and may be the next big punch could win it. Tiana seems to be gaining strength whilst Kim loses hers, and she bats her head back again with her left jab, then gives the blonde yet another right hook, flooring her again – the ref counts, sees Kim up at 8, but her legs have gone – it’s over.

Tiana gives a very brief post – fight interview, “Kim is one helluva puncher, but I need to move on, learn from that. Who’s next? Not sure, but I wouldn’t mind Martine McCutcheon, unless Lisa hurts her too much in the next fight! Or Jessica Schwarz - that German looks like she needs a lesson!”
