BEFORE: Sexy gypsy-exotic match up: battle of black-haired, dark-lashed, sultry beauties evoking editorial protests at BLONDE! and Fighting Ingenue both. "I don't give a crap what those rags say," steams Emmanuelle in prefight. "It breaks my heart to see the push little ditzes like Aly Michalka or Leighton Meester get just for hitting the youth demographic. Me punching the crap out of Jennifer Beals is going to be as hot as any match the CW could make, and it's about time I got some exposure." Beals echoing the sentiments - except for the taking-a-beating-from-Vaugier angle. "To me - this is a great fight, and it's my fight to lose," says the fit-n'-hot star of Chicago Code. "I'm the one in position to move; I'm the one who can parlay a win here into a bigger payday...I can't let Vaugier be a spoiler. Hurt her early; put her down for 10...that's the plan." R3: Vaugier chip-chippin' her way in with frisky double-jabs: tidy hooks/jerky right uppercuts ensue. Beals reading well - weaving in her stance, hooking the body and head...small gloves pounding out PIK! P-PIK! as girls get off rapidamente. Vaugier clipped to chin midway through - Beals' hook unhinging Emmie's knees: Vaugier shows temporary earmuff while Jen whacks hooks to suddenly available ribs. Down the stretch - Vaugier getting off straight one-twos in retreat: she walks Jen into a pounding triplet of face-punches to put Beals wobbly butt! Jen's eyelashes fluttering - lips parted: she's hurt and unprepared when a tight right uppercut picks up her chin/sets her down on all fours. Vaugier glaring down: gypsy-hair dangling across her eyes as she strides past.

R4,5: Bitterly contested minutes as Beals needs to make up a knockdown against...leads to a near-constant stream of vicious toe-to-toe two-way punching. Look at Vaugier prosecute Beals torso - digging in there with both hands pumping; reaching the left in to push Jen's right arm aside while delivering overhand rights into the chest or ribs...gorgeous. Beals no less effective in her spots - placing right uppercuts to the Vaugier sternum; outworking Vaugier in sizzling shoe-shine sessions; shrugging in tight double hooks to Emmanuelle's impetuous bra. 4th round to Vaugier, 5th to Beals as attrition builds up in both sets of proud legs. Upon any ref's separation - dark eyes flash, lips curl off teeth.

R6,7: Pattern emerging: Vaugier coming forward, pushing the pace; Beals output dropping minute-over-minute - her eyes going a little doe-y - her expression more concerned. Emmanuelle SO hardhearted - scuffing Beals face the jab; working savagely to the body - the small mitts biting in on beef or bone, gouging out with palm-down trajectory. Wilting retreats for Beals: some fight-back in spots, but she's trying to trade canvas for time, and Vaugier's not cooperating. Steady punishment for Jen...Emmanuelle hounding and pounding her woman around the ring.

R8: Jennifer busting up, disheveled: she firms, digs in, engages. Spirited stuff - Vaugier walking into a meat grinder as Beals grits teeth, digs up ribcage, swats away to chin in close. Emmanuelle getting outworked, but continuing to attack: she's got the fresher legs and body - can afford to draw Jennifer out here. Beals with no choice: she slugs away the last of her reserves - wins the round...but she's mouthbreathing and hurting at the bell.

R9: Emmanuelle back atop Jen: Beals jabbed into ropes and savagely beaten at apron. Vaugier at her most heartless - dark eyes pitiless as she dips side to side, scouring her foe's ribcage with gouging, palm-down lefts and rights. Beals shoved upright into ropes, then pounded upon her bra: Jen's mouth open, eyelashes fluttering as she tries to rally waning defences. It's one gypsy girl taking another out back the vardo and layin' on the harm. Bell: Beals cringing, paralyzed - right hand under her chin, left across her gut as she slumps on ropes.

R10: Beals a battered, tired vixen up off her stool: peekaboo stance with elbows in as she trudges forward. Vaugier set - rips wide right/left to either side of Beal's elbows - spanking that toned waist PIK! PAK! Vaugier pushing Beals back/walking her down; Jen keeps hands-put, unable to compete here: Ropes: Jen stooping forward in tight earmuff, helpless as Vaugier composes finishing onslaught. Emmanuelle bares fangs - batting left hooks outside Jen's right elbow; pushing Jen upright then scraping the left uppercut across the guard; hooking-and-crossing tidy up top, punching apart Jen's mitts and rocking her head. It's all too much - Vaugier humming along in black bra and panties, systematically punching Jennifer Beals to sleep. Beals goes out - slumps forward at the waist...Vaugier sidesteps as Jen noses-in at Emmanuelle's feet. KO10 Emmanuelle Vaugier.

After: Seething stuff: Beals competitive and strong, but ultimately broken down and used up...Emmie Vaugier showing her usual badass cred in dismantling the Flashdance Phenom. "No big thing," Vaugier shrugs in postfight. "That's Michalka, Perabo, McCord, Lively - any of those spoiled little tramps would've gone out the same way. At least Beals gave me what she had - she really fought her heart out tonight. No CW kid would've gone 10 with me. No way."
