BEFORE: Prepon giving Rigs a healthy two-handed push in the tank top at kick-off press event: Laura leaving no doubt about intent-to-compete against the welter strongwoman. "I respect Righetti, but I refuse to kiss her ass like the boxing media and most fighters in our sport," Laura brazens at Mic. "She's good, but Amanda Righetti's been taking hard hits for a while now and we're seeing her come back to the pack...just like any other fighter. She had her moment, but people keep worshipping her like the sun will never set on Righetti's reign. I think it already has; I think she's beatable, and I think I'm going to be the one who really exposes her in the ring!" Amanda hard-eyed: unflappable redhead showing actual signs of irritation as Laura plays hardball. "I get that she's scared," Amanda reasons. "She's not ready for this, but her guys are calling it a great career move, so Laura's going along with the marketing. This'll be good for her - teach her to stand up for herself when these deals get signed. It ain't the Wiz gonna be taking the punches come fight night, Lor." Prepon in metallic cobalt bra; beige crochet bikini bottoms; white gloves; blonde hair in twisty bun/strands bracketing face. Amanda in lavender sport top; black sport bikini bottoms; black gloves; red hair loose, straight.

R1: Two-way step-and-poke midring - big women sorting each other out at range: Righetti's jab finding Laura's face with heft. Minute mark: jab bangs back Laura's face; she answers a slightly-wide right up top; Rigs rolls-with - tucks the receipt right uppercut to blonde sternum, then muscles the palm-down hook across Prepon's chops to shake Laura up. Prepon backpedalling...Righetti walks her down, stepping into hook-to-belly to drive Laura ropeside. Rigs methodical - left hand pushing at Laura's right inner-elbow; right hand cuff-cuffing the paunch, then carving up top to tune chin in tight. Rigs pushing, owning: Prepon grimacing - flinching with the pesky double-tap on her tummy, then really getting rocked back into ropes when Rigs pours in up top. That's the way of it - Laura ropebound - occasionally banging back short-shrug shots from the pocket, but under Amanda's systematic control throughout.

R2: Similar stuff - midring boxing sees Righetti outjab Laura, get her disrupted, then slowly forcing her ropeside. Rigs keeps the jab on - then reaches in that left hand to Laura's right elbow: redhead thick n' systematic here - double-touching the belly pesky right hands, then leaning in HARD to clout that chin. Laura absorbing clanging whacks, looking groggy...Righetti laying in after scoring, making Prepon take weight. Laura trying to wrestle Righetti off: no go...Prepon eventually accepts position at ropes, hunching forward to slug short-shrug uppercuts in between Righetti rolling combos to belly.

R3: Righetti's jab bloodies Laura's nose: Prepon confused, blinking, backing up as Amanda moves in. Heavy, swinging right takes Laura in her ribs behind left elbow: Prepon groaning, retreating into ropes, stooping forward in earmuff. Righetti squaring up methodical - eyes bright, head up as Laura's stooping forward behind her mitts: cue thudding beatdown, redhead on blonde. Amanda leaning in close - her left hand touching Laura's guard while the right smokes up into ribs. 'Manda dips torso-left for an angle on Lor's flank - redhead chop-chopping in meaty hooks behind right elbow, getting in there thick. Laura in trouble, sponging it up...as she loosens, Amanda's forcing uppercuts through the middle brushing blonde girl up against ropes - Prepon blinking in stupor. Body/head...body/head...Righetti putting it on Laura, pounding hard punches past the guard as Laura weakens, smashing Prepon's head/face to good effect. Laura wilting in the pocket, sponging it up: curvy legs hold her up, but she's staring woozy at bell.

R4: Prepon pawing her jab - eating rifling receipts to face: Laura really busting up under Righetti's ramrod poke. Amanda stepping in: short right hand all shoulder - fist bouncing off sleepy Prepon face; clip-across hook pasting Laura's mouth, moving her backward. Ropes: Righetti in with the gutting right shoved deep to paunch - she takes the time to push Laura upright before feeding her the complimentary left to paunch. Laura swooning, but stubborn: she's ragged in the pocket - cringing from body shots/rocked back by head shots...but she's game in the pocket - still looking for short-shrug uppercuts and the odd slapping hook to Amanda's body. Righetti applying more body than we've seen in the past - often after pasting Laura big-righty up top, just laying in to smother-and-reset. Bell: Laura's face turning to putty, eyes vacant...Righetti all business back to her corner, hardening her heart.

R5: Flat footed step-and-poke midring...Laura finally getting her left hand on track, scoring to Righetti's mouth/cheek. Amanda vexed early - trying to reclaim jab-supremacy: leads to spicy two-way face-spank as Prepon hangs in. Righetti eventually triggering stiff, sudden, straight right hands in concert with stubby-jabs: pounding impacts to face soon have Prepon giving ground again. Ropes: Amanda steps-to, gets strong to Laura's body...Prepon slumps into ropes, hands at temples. Righetti processing from there - vicious uppercuts and crashing crosses penetrating Prepon's guard, pounding her head back, leaving her destitute. Bell: Righetti whirls away without so much as a second glance. Laura? Hurting.

R6: Laura won't quit: busted up beauty stands her ground, jabs heavy to Righetti's face...redhead forced to stay disciplined and negotiate. Righetti's jab pounding into Laura's face now - landing like a kicked soccerball...Laura bravely staring into harm, not moving her head. Short, pulverizing rights twitch off Righetti's shoulder chipping away on Prepon's chin, loosening blonde knees and getting her moving backward. Once Prepon hits ropes, Righetti squares away - rips it in thick to either side of the torso; pushes Laura upright, then looks to part the guard with uppercuts and crosses. Vicious stuff...Prepon's head kicking back over top rope, then lolling forward...she's limp, sluggish, but too damn proud to give way. Bell: Righetti FINALLY glancing at the ref - her left eyebrow raised...when's he going to step in here?

R7: Laura keeps summoning just enough fight to prevent the ref from moving in - catching Righetti a sledgehammer jab, then trying to find a right hand as Amanda's encroaching. Righetti using her jab to demolish Laura's face, then placing that short-swing right hand deep to ribs, numbing blonde legs. Prepon stubborn, competitive in spots, but giving ground: once she's on ropes, she's just covering up, stooping forward, and suffering. Righetti pounds out the round, leaves Laura swaying on the spot: Amanda glancing at ref again as Prepon's a mindless hulk en route to her corner.

R8: There is is again: Laura jabbing Amanda's mouth, then turning hook-across-jug: Righetti forced to fight her way forward, paying a price on approach. Laura drops a rare right hand alongside Righetti's jaw...Preps moving backward doesn't get all of it, but at least it landed. Back and forth fighting drifts to ropes: Laura shuts down/covers up...Righetti pounds her foe's biceps as Prepon shows earmuff, then bludgeons jug near the bell.

R9: Laura breaks up the no-hitter! Prepon busted lumpy, but still competing - she steps in her jab; hooks off there; trades drifting right hands in close to outpunch her rival toe-to-toe. Righetti unhurt, but also unproductive...she disengages, circling wide-right to re-assess, brows frowning at the sight of Prepon resistance through 9.

R10: Righetti jabs Prepon to ropes - squares up - stays busy-but-methodical - and kicks every last remaining inch of Laura's stubborn ass. Bell to bell Righetti on Prepon...big Lor just slumped on ropes, stooping forward in earmuff, sponging hurt on pride alone. Righetti dipping side to side for good looks at ribs: she's tucking up in there beefy, placing shots in smash-torso fashion. Laura not clinching - forcing Righetti to punch-loosen the guard, then pound away up top...Amanda's back shiny with sweat as she puts in hard labour tonight. Bell: Righetti glaring, hot-cheeked...maybe a little nod of acknowledgement before leaving Prepon swooning on the spot. UD10 9 rounds to 1 - Amanda Righetti.

After; Prepon fighting her heart out to deny Righetti a 10-0 rout: Amanda not loving Laura's 'tude, but respecting the heart shown tonight. "It's no secret I wanted to knock this girl out," Righetti confides in postfight, "but she wasn't willing to give that up. Everything else, I took, but Laura didn't want to lie down, so she hung in there. Honestly, I think the ref should have moved in a lot sooner...Laura wasn't competitive with me, and she's probably just lost a chunk of herself that she'll never get back."
