BEFORE: "I'm giving Laura no chance to win this fight," Jessica brazens in prefight. "It's going to be Ann Hathaway part 2 - 'Lights Out Laura' - I'm done letting girls wriggle off the hook. It was never about my body - that's always been there - the main thing was my focus had slipped a bit because I'd been so dominant for so long, and I wasn't feeling enough threat from girls to hold my attention. Now, I'm 100% focussed on destroying chins and wills: Laura's making her move about 2 fights too late!" Vandervoort scowling prettily - obviously non-plussed by Biel-bravado. "I don't think Jessica's learned anything at all from her troubles," Laura says at podium. "She's dumb, and she's overconfident - THAT'S why she gets beat. But whatever - I've fought bullies before and I know what to do. I bet I can get her attention, though!" Laura in electric baby blue bikini; wet hair; small white gloves. Jess in pale leopard print bikini top/white bikini bottoms; small black gloves; brown hair wet/long.

During R1: Jess rocks Laura early via chipping hook-on-chin...blonde girl stutter-stepping in wonder, eyes wide. From there it's Jessica at play - mean smile in place as she stalks Laura - jabbing her tummy, shooting for her chin with either hand. Vandervoort retreating, using her legs, keeping hands up: blonde girl defensive, just getting out of the round after an early set back.

R2: Biel looking for flashy, one-shot fast-twitch power to Laura's chin, hoping to buzz those tanned blonde legs and pile on. Vandervoort spooked by the velocity - flinching back from whistling power - but staying in good form. Laura keeping hands up, circling Jess defensively: Biel showboating and lunging, takes the round by default more than damage.

R3: Jess feints, coaxing Laura into a peek-a-boo front: blonde tummy goes on sale, so Biel's in there right/left. Laura: face grimacing...stout body-whack has her cringing in earmuff. Jess in and out - getting off robusto when she's working, but she's doing a lot of posing/taunting...Laura allowed to recover after hard body shots as Biel fights flashy in spots.

R4: Laura starts to time her jab to Biel's face - pre-empting brunette, disrupting Jessica's pounce. Vandervoort organizing - jabs starting to set up oily right hands midway through - straight-poke to mouth knocking Jessi's head back. Biel unhurt, but obviously stymied here...Vandervoort steadies her ship, answers flash with fundamentals in the fourth.

R5: Biel opens throttle: Laura's front collapses. Wicked body-lashing right/lefts cramp Laura up in earmuff...Jess able to dip-left and tuck extra left hooks in tuff behind LV's right elbow. That gets Laura backpedaling: pounce-pursuit from Jess sees her penetrate via darting lead right hands or lunging hooks, chasing Laura to ropes. Vandervoort startled, blinking - Jessica chipping in quick-chopping short lefts and rights to face - just bumping punches off noggin to frazzle Laura. Vandervoort confused - Jess just puttin' the pepper to her blonde here, moving hands head and body. Bell: Biel with a cackling smile as she looks things over. Laura? Woozy.

R6: Jessica comes for Laura midring: crazy wide slugging side to side exchange...Laura's fists CLANGING off Jessica's jawlines in trade and BIEL GOES DOWN! Vandervoort seething - pretty face all seething with Jessi-hate: Biel dropped to her right/on all fours in shellshock. Wonky 8 Jess: Laura moves in pumping double jabs, then getting after it. Jess stooping forward in earmuff - thick, strong body just there for Laura's scouring body work. Vandervoort carving at ribcage - fists palm-down, small mitts gouging in-and-out as punches track Jessi's stout torso. Biel suffers, but rallies - eventually she starts joining in - catching Laura the hook-receipt to jaw; trading short right hands inside. Vandervoort rung up, but staying tuff: she hangs in trading, trying to retest Jessi's legs by the bell. Ref splits 'em up as girls aren't stopping: flashing eyes, heaving chests all around as slender Laura proves a competitor.

R7: Laura stepping in her jab - dropping the right hand...Biel slide-stepping to her right, keeping weight on right (back) leg, trying to slip-and-roll blonde thrusts. Vandervoort advancing through first minute, but come the second...Jess walks Laura in, issues check-hook off right leg in receipt for Laura's jab and CHECKS LAURA'S CHIN! Gorgeous short, cuffing clout jams blonde jaw - Laura's right leg slides forward and she's down! Vandervoort quickly up, but she's trembling: Jessi's quick-twitch power getting to sleek blonde girl in the seventh.

R8: Grim pursuit - Jess on Laura. Biel's aspect completely changed: no more pounce-stepping potshotting type stuff - now she's looking to body up, walk Laura to ropes - push at her and work the body. Vandervoort ragdolled ropeside - trying to keep elbows in/hands up: Biel pulling Laura's wrists down while pushing body-to-body - looking to wrap blonde girl in one arm and slug her body with the other. When Laura squirts out to either side along ropes...Biel steps-with and carves the ribcage - hacking merciless palm-down lefts and rights against sleek blonde flanks. Pressing close, Jess will work in the clinch - force-feeding short, reaming right hands to Laura's face as Vandervoort's tying up for ref's breaks. Brutal bell to bell pursuit visibly reducing Laura: Biel just making it all about muscle in the 8th.

R9: Laura rallies, executes fighting retreat early - stubby check jabs finding Jessi's face on the way in; sneaky right hand switch-ups clipping off cheek. Laura circling away after scoring - nice firm tip-tap punching confusing Biel. Half way point - Laura freezes Jess via one-two on face: while Jessi's taking a moment, blonde girl turns over a clip-across palm-down hook to chin to buckle Jessi's knees! Biel's eyes: DAMN IT! as she backs away shaky. Laura's eyes: I'M TUFF! Vandervoort stalking thereafter, but feints and Jessi's rapidly recovering legs convince blonde to stay cautious.

R10: Biel back atop Laura, muscling her to ropes. Jess laying in shoulder-on-chest - her right hand securing Laura's left wrist, holding it down; Biel's right arm writhing to get in under Laura's. Laura whining, wriggling to get out from under: Jessica seeking control first, punishment second. Biel scuffing and mauling - tucking in short shots; pushing off and deploying both hands in whirling palm-down body assault. Laura grimacing from vicious rib-work, but fighting back in spots. Crowd pleasing stuff - Vandervoort's lithe body trying to negotiate Jessica's strength...Biel doing her best to keep little blonde tigress pinned down. Bell: Jessica still smearing Laura - ref pulls brunette off as tempers flare. UD10 Jessica Biel - girls still bytching at each other as ring fills with the usual suspects.

AFter: Vandervoort rarely losing her temper, but she's still barking well after decision announced: Biel snarking back and offering to give her a little extra right then and there. "The more they squeak the more you know they got their asses kicked," Jessica says in postfight. "Look - she showed her wares, okay? She's got a little jab, you know, she's got some beach-slugging ability, but there's just not enough Laura Vandervoort to threaten a Jessica Biel. Could I have taken her out? Of course - early on I was getting all the looks I needed to close the show, but I didn't want to follow up Hathaway with another blow-out. I'm awesome, but I need rounds too! Had to keep Laura around long enough to at least work up a sweat!"
