This is a good prospect – the BBU welterweight champion against the experienced, in-form Liz, and should represent a good test for both girls. How will it go? It’s hard to bet against Javine, who can dominate an opponent, but Liv may edge her out.

Javine looks real good in a black bra and panties set, with Liv none too shabby in a pink outfit.

Round 1

Liv starts the faster, quickly going to work on Javine’s body, landing sharp short hooks to that fleshy midriff, but Javine is strong and eases the older girl away, landing some of her own punches as the actress slides backwards, and she hurts the American with the best shot of the round to date, a good right hook to the girl’s jaw, making her hold on, and Javine gets oputwitted there, moved to the ropes and beaten to the body, taking a lot of shots before the bell.

Round 2

Liv starts quickly again, looking good, looking confident against the big singer, but Javine has a big punch, and she lands one – right hook – and she has Liv staggering backwards, clearly shaken. Moving in, Javine looks powerful, and she hurts Liv again to the face with a sharp left hand, only to be turned by the more skilful boxer, turned and thumped to the body, but she gets Liv again with another right hook, and a left, and another left, and Liv looks dazed at the bell.

Javine takes that, evening the fight up.

Round 3

Well matched so far, these two swap jabs early on, but it’s Javine pushing Liv to the ropes, getting some good shots landing to the actress’s bruising face, but she’s leaving that body unguarded, and Liv gets her with a some good shots, the singer gasping as they land, full arcing hooks this time, and she is stumling back, gets moved around, pushed to the ropes, hurt again to the body, then with a savage four punch combo to her face, her head bobbing around as she takes punishment against the ropes.

Liv controls round 3, taking the initiative.

Round 4

The girls meet midring, exchanging tentative jabs again, then Liv absolutely nails Javine with a stunning right hook, the singer brave and taking it, but clearly quaking, and she stays upright, but offers little resistance as Liv guides her to the ropes and unloads on her, first to the body, now to the face again, and there’s blood spreading over her features from split lips – the Brit looks shaky as the round draws to a close, and there it is – big right hook from Liv again, lands to the younger girls cheek and floors her, Javine hurt and uncertain, rising at 6, still wobbling around, hurt again to the body, but not enough time for more.

Liv takes the fourth, and it looks tough for Javine.

Round 5

Javine is hurt, the left side of her face really swollen, and she takes a beating on the ropes soon after the resumption, Liv working away to the body to bring the singer’s guard back down, then switches to the head, but Javine isn’t finished yet! The Brit gets Liv with a hard left to her belly when she gets careless, and she has to back off, and she takes another good bellyshot, hurt and stumbling in the closing seconds.

Close round, but Liv looked better til she got caught.

Round 6

Those belly shots seem to have weakened Liv, and she is noticeably slower around the ring in 6, getting caught maybe too often by Javine’s powerful left hand, and she is forced to the ropes herelf this time, getting hurt with big blows to the body, breathing hard, wincing in pain, and Javine gets her with a right hook, a good shot, good enough to sit Liv on the canvas, her head buzzing, scrambling to her feet at 7, but she looks confused, and gets hurt late in the round, stumbling back to her corner.

Javine takes that round, and it’s getting tight again.

Round 7

Javine starts the round cautiously, but Liv seems shattered, and the singer gradually wears the older girl down, outmuscling her, moving her to the ropes, and Liv cannot get much back at Javine now, as she gets slid into a corner, where the Brit really unloads some good shots – not quick, not many, but measured, hard shots, and a right hook slams into the American’s cheek that she can’t take, and down she goes, very shaky on the canvas, getting to her feet at a slow 8, then Javine pushes her back to the ropes, hurts her again with that right, and poor Liv says hello to the canvas for the second time in a few seconds, somehow lasting the round out.

Anothre round for Javine – and one-sided too.

Round 8

Liv seems to be having difficulty seeing Javine’s right hooks as they spear in towards her, but she feels it when they land, and she looks pretty helpless as the singer thuds big blows directly onto that battered cheek – it’s too much for her, and the ref steps in to stop the fight.

Neither girl has much energy for a post-fight interview, Javine just managing to tell Denise van Outen, “Liv’s a great fighter – she hurt me – but I think I hurt her more!”
