BEFORE: Fight coming about following allegations of bullying onset of Covert Affairs - Emmanuelle helping herself to Kari Matchett and Perabo herself in apartment and pro-style wrestling action...Piper determined to answer. "Somebody has to stand up to her," Plucky Perabo says in prefight. "She owned me last time I boxed her - she's a very good boxer - but I can't let her skill intimidate me. You guys aren't seeing what she's doing to Kari in particular - dragging out their matches; working Kari over; not letting go of submissions...I just think enough's enough, and I'm drawing a line in the canvas over which Emmanuelle can't step!" Vaugier supremely confident as always...classy vixen a Canadian bantam champ, and a girl who's had her way with Piper Perabo in the past. "I dominate the blondes on Covert Affairs," Vaugier boasts, "and they can't handle it. Piper's forgotten that I BEAT HER ASS last time we boxed, and nothing's changed. It's gonna be second verse, same as the first...Piper beaten bloody and wondering what she's got to do, to get me to back off!" Vaugier in black bra and sturdy velvet trunks; small black gloves; unruly black hair in gypsy-tangles. Piper in white bikini top; blue splash print bikini bottoms; small white gloves; shoulder-length blonde hair loose. Stare down: Emmanuelle grinning aggressively; Piper resolute, frowning bravely.

During R1: Vaugier circling, sticking Piper early - Perabo bobbing/weaving against darting brunette jabs. Emmanuelle in and out on springy legs - letting hands go in tic-tac-toe patterns up and down Piper's torso...blonde girl lit up, covering up, crouching low as Vaugier's fists bounce off blonde beef. Perabo stubbornly forward - getting touched up for two minutes: final minute sees her get close enough to bat hooks against Vaugier's ribs/right flank to avoid shutout.

R2: Vaugier wheeling and dealing again: in-and-out footwork complemented by brisk, abrupt punches in bunches. Emmie humming on Piper early - hooking blonde right flank; scrubbing away head-and-shoulders as Piper's covering up; double-tap right hands triggered off the shoulder. Piper blinking - frequently punched up out of her crouch and onto her heels...she rallies tuff, weaves forward - always looking to bank hooks in Emmanuelle's supple body. Round ends with girls locked shoulder to shoulder, swapping hot hup-hup underneath to bell.

R3: Piper making inroads - cutting off the ring - rattling Emm via straight-stamping rights to chest; hunting Emm down via swinging left hooks to body. Vaugier grimacing...Perabo's heft to chassis becoming a real factor as blonde girl forces more toe-to-toe confrontations. Thumping blonde body blows answers by chopping combinations by Vaugier: Emmanuelle still able to out-work Perabo, even as Piper's coming forward, imposing will.

R4: BRUISING left hooks bouncing off brunette liver: Emmanuelle ashen-faced, backing away in distress...Piper forward strong, eyes blazing. More batting hooks chase Emmie to ropes - Perabo getting a lot more head-on looks than she was earlier in the fight. Piper able to square away: short, shocking straight right hands bracing Emmanuelle up top; snatching gancha hooks searching for liver in behind the Vaugier right elbow; a swift, carving left that swipes palm-up across the Vaugier sternum. Vaugier grim in the pocket - her elbows in - right hand loose atop left at her body...she's dipping and rolling, trying to distribute punishment evenly across her torso. Bell: Piper just clubbing away lefts and rights head-and-shoulders on a covered up Vaugier...ref pulls seething blonde girl off wobbly-butt brunette.

R5: Vaugier making a bid to regain initiative - jabbing and dropping stiff right hands up the middle. Piper bobbing on the spot - swinging hooks to right hip/liver...it's furious two-way trading early. Minute mark - Perabo bobbing under a smooth Vaugier one-two...blonde girl up out of the crouch with a wide swinging right, taking Emmanuelle clean on the chops! Vaugier's head switches right/left...eyes suddenly glassy...she steps wrong, stumbles to her right, then stumbles backward, face all groggy/distraught. Perabo pressing up the middle, tight-arc clubbing rights and lefts chasing Vaugier to ropes...Perabo squares away. Oh those thumping hooks-to-liver...Vaugier moaning, cringing forward as blonde girl hurts her. Piper just being brawny - crippling Emmie downstairs; bodying up to press Emmie upright to ropes; getting back to the body via hooks; dropping in stubby right hands off Emmanuelle's sleepy face. Vaugier breaking down - black curls in her eyes - her mouth open...legs trembling...she just can't get out of the pocket. Piper in close, but not smothering herself...she's letting hands go in short, pulverizing arcs - gloves bashing off all things Emmanuelle until VAUGIER GOES DOWN! No one punch does it - Piper just beating and beating her girl in chugging, systematic fashion...Emmie sitting down on hands and haunches, head bowed. IT'S OVER! Vaugier broken, can't get off her haunches...that's KO5 Piper Perabo!

After: Perabo lighting up the arena with her smile - blonde girl throws off Vaugier's shackles with a resounding, thumping, beatdown win. "It feels great," Piper acknowledges in postfight. "Emmanuelle has been running roughshod over a lot of girls - including me - so punching her helpless is just so sweet. Hopefully now she realizes she can't just do what she wants without consequences." When asked about her future plans, Piper's not afraid to drop names: "You know - I always want to stay busy, so I could fight just about anybody out there. But the girls I want? Neve Campbell. Kate Beckinsale. Olivia Munn. Grace Park. And I'm just going to say it: Evangeline Lilly. I really think I'm ready for that level of girl - especially now after I've dismantled Emmanuelle. My punching is there; my strength and conditioning is there...those girls can't say I can't compete with them now!"
