These girls met just over a year ago, for Rihanna’s debut – she beat Beyonce in 9 that time, and is looking to get the job done more quickly at lightweight tonight, “I’m gonna show these Brits what I can really do tonight, and give Ms Knowles a good beating!” For her part Beyonce comes to the fight beefed up a little, and she promises to slug it out with Rihanna, “This won’t last long – I’m ready to take this kid down!”

Clearly, both girls look fantastic in the ring, with Rihanna in a scarlet bikini and Beyonce in a gold one, and both girls look ready to fight this out.

Round 1

The fight starts off at firecracker pace, with the girls exchanging big shots in the opening exchanges, each of them feeling the force of the other’s punching, with Rihanna getting set against the ropes first, her head knocked sideways with a left hook, then knocked back again with a right. Beyonce is winding herself up, turning her body from side to side to rip those big haymakers in to Rihanna’s face. As the round progresses, Rihanna looks a little more likely to box rather than slug it out, changing her tactics, but then she starts loading up big left and right hooks, and she’s beginning to get to Beyonce, those clubbing blows landing hard in her face, and the older girl’s stumbling around wobbly butt at the bell.

Tough round – Rihanna!

Round 2

The girls meet mid-ring, with Rihanna jabbing away at Beyonce, but the older girl rips a blistering hook to Rihanna’s cheek, and she puts the kid on her butt for a count of 5, the girl looking unhappy to have got caught like that, and still stunned. Beyonce takes Rihanna to the ropes, looking to finish the job right here, but she needs to weaken her girl before she can do that, and Rihanna fights back, hurting Beyonce to the body, then nails her with a right uppercut to the jaw and sits the older girl down for a 6 count. The girls are trading blows again after that, trading free-swinging lefts and rights, and it’s Rihanna taking backward steps again, as she eats a booming left hook from Beyonce, and she’s down on all fours now, looking dazed, taking an 8 count this time, and gets hurt again to the body before the bell.

Round to Beyonce, but both girls are hurt, wandering dazed back to their stools.

Round 3

This is all down to recovery from that brutal round, and it’s Rihanna straightening her right hand out a bit, smacking those good jabs into Beyonce’s face, not much defence on show from the older girl as she starts to take a beating here, her head being knocked back again and again. Knowles is looking distinctly wobbly right from the early part of the round, and she drifts to the ropes, seemingly in a daze, taking shots from Rihanna one after another, and down goes Beyonce, dropped onto her face from a series of blows, scrambling upright at 8. There’s not long left in the round, but Rihanna follows up her success, by giving Knowles a wretched beating on the ropes, and the older girl looks well battered by the bell.

That’s Rihanna’s round again – she looks the better girl now.

Round 4

Rihanna starts the round using her jab well, papping it into Beyonce’s face, hurting the older girl and driving her Beyonce backwards, the older girl contantly being knocked to the ropes. Knowles is finding it tough to fight on the retreat, and she looks dazed and confused, her features beginning to swell. Rihanna lands those left jabs over and over again, then lands some heavy right hands before starting to switch her attack, hitting Beyonce's waist with firm strapping hooks. Rihanna gets some good, heavy hits to Beyonce’s body, and the older girl\ends the round staggering, wobbly butt.

Round 5

The round starts with Rihanna continuing to impose her will on Beyonce, and she pushes her to the ropes again, unloading some good bodyshots, really beginning to weaken the older girl now, showing her that she can hurt her. The round just progresses the same way, with Rihanna’s height and reach wearing Beyonce down, punishing the girl bigtime, walking her down all around the ring, but she can’t seem to put the girl away.

Rihanna takes another round, but both girls are exhausted.

Round 6

Rihanna reverts to her trained boxing style, prodding out those left jabs, but there’s very little venom left in them, and there kind of predictable, the tall girl just coming forward, jabbing, not watching the older girls really, and Rihanna eats a crashing right hook to the jaw, a punch from nowhere which drops the kid to her face completely senseless.

Beyonce knocked Rihanna out in round 6.

Rihanna is distraught on her stool as Beyonce tells Denise van Outen, “That’s the trouble with kids like Ri – she can’t keep it going! Sure she hurt me, but I knew I’d get her. That puts us 1 each and I’d like a decider!”
